“not all that happy. When i got to the parking garage the attendant said that the lot was full. I told him i had a reserved ticket. he looked at it and told me to go ahead and enter the garage to see if i could find a space. Luckily we found one in front of an exit door. Evidently no one checked to see if this garage holds spaces because they evidently don't!”
“Easy to use but when I got to the venue, the parking lot was full and I had to go to an another lot farther away. The lot cost 5$ as opposed to the $30 plus I paid.”
“Nothing really.
I wish the type of parking was more clearly stated. Also, the price was $13, but at checkout I had to pay $19. Advertise the total price so as to not mislead the customer. Be more transparent about which levels and spaces are to be used on the day in question.”
“The fees and taxes added to the fees ended up being 1/3 of my ticket prices which seemed fairly high. None of the links worked for me to download my parking pass either which caused quite a headache as I got to the parking lot. The attendee finally just allowed me to park after I showed them my proof of purchase. What was priced as a fairly reasonable parking pass the fees nearly doubled the total costs. The purchasing experience was extremely easy and efficient but I was not impressed with the amount of fees that were added to the transaction. I was not impressed with the functionality of downloading the parking pass as there was zero support to help circumvent or troubleshooting.”
“I believe that it may not be StubHub’s fault. I paid for my tickets to see The Great Gatsby at the Hippodrome before 1:00pm. I was chatting back and forth with the StubHub agent. My tickets did not become available until 2:15pm. The show started at 2:00. I was very upset considering it was 4 of us and we were waiting for the other 2 tickets. We had been at the Hippodrome since 12:30. I never had this problem before.”
“The event ticketing went without issues. Then I decided to add on the parking in the "closest garage." The Park Whizz came with a jacked-up fee (+50% of the advertised price, which was already expensive) and misinformation about a walk corridor to the event and broken elevators in the garage. Although I may use StubHub again, I would never use any additional services after the parking fiasco.”
“The tickets were great and an affordable price. I like that the fees are all included and the price is as advertised. However, we also purchased parking for our venue, (Prudential Center, Newark, NJ. ). It was in the dead of winter. When we arrived we discovered that our parking was 0.9 miles from the venue. This is unacceptable.”

“The tickets were easy. Parking was a different story. They advertised a 1 minute walk but by the time the parking was scheduled it was better than a 15 minute walk. With the extra fees it was definitely not worth using stub hub for parking. I cancelled the parking but now I'm still waiting on a refund. They say 5 to 10 business days and it wouldn't surprise me if I have to follow up.”
“It would help if StubHub allowed us to save the tickets to a wallet to make them easier to access at the gate. The worker at the Sphere said their biggest problems are with StubHub tickets, and people not being able to access them quickly.”
“Reservation showed parking garage clearance of 6'1" on ticket, so we switched vehicles to a much smaller, less comfortable vehicle for fear of not fitting in garage. Upon arrival, the clearance was actually 6'11" which made more sense. Its obviously a typo on the stubhub site, but a pretty important one. Also, Reservation was misleading, as i selected close to arena (parking lot adjacent to) but was given a spot several blocks from the location when my ticket showed the next day. We walked past several lots who showed parking at a cheaper rate on our way to the venue. I was sort of disappointed. Parking garage was safe and well lit though. That was a plus.”
