“Tickets to an event were easy to purchase. Had the tickets immediately transferred to me. That was a great experience. However, NEVER buy a parking pass through StubHub. Mine never showed up. Every time I inquired, they said it would show up closer to the event. I finally got through to a person while I was driving to the event. The seller never sent the ticket. They could have told me this way earlier so that I could get a refund. They sent me a new parking pass, which I accepted because I was driving to the event and just assumed it would be an equivalent pass. The spot was a long way from the venue. I ended up going over to Spot Hero and buying another parking pass close to the venue.”
“The performance was enjoyable. When I bought the ticket, it indicated the Marquis Theater. I inquired at the hotel, but they had no information. The box office informed me that Google had not updated the location. I discovered the show was at a different theater, which caused me to miss 30 minutes of the performance, and my mother's birthday celebration did not proceed as planned. I kindly request that Google update the location, as it is still listed incorrectly on the ticket.”

“We loved the tickets and game, and the process to purchase was very simple. But, after purchasing the tickets, and adding them to my Apple Wallet, a message came up saying the tickets were disabled. I contacted the patriots ticket office, as it said in the disabled message, and they said it was an issue with Ticketmaster not allowing the tickets to be sold more than once, so I had have them verify my purchase and text the updated tickets to me. Not sure how this process can be fixed, but I think the customer should be informed, ahead of time, this is going to happen so that they know it is a common problem.”

“I had a great experience attending the game. Purchasing the tickets using StubHub was super easy. I received the tickets the next day of purchase and what I liked the most was that the tickets were legit. My only cover is that the prices were super high. I understand those are the parties re-sellers post but I believe StubHub should impose a limit on re-sale value tickets. I purchased the ticket with three times the face value. Please do not allow re-sellers to rip off other buyers”
“Our seats were great, on the 30 yard line up 30 rows. We loved the band and the light show. The game was exciting to the end and we stayed to the whole time. The parking ticket, however, was a $110 loss. We purchased a ticket to the Gold parking area. We arrived at 2:00 PM. There were no spaces left. Fortunately we found a $10 lot just pass the Gold lot. Plenty of available spaces. Frankly, we were misled and deserve a refund or at least some compensation. I can't help but wonder how many others lost their money on a Stub Hub parking ticket. How can you over sell parking spaces?”
“Once you buy on StubHub you have to wait for all of these emails to download and release the tickets and it just seems an abundance of communication when it could be so much simpler. I also purchased parking tickets that when I purchase them showed they were exactly by the United Center's entrance. When I got there the guy scanning them said I wasn't a lot several blocks away because they were Spot Hero tickets. We went back and forth and he finally let me in, but honestly the whole StubHub experience was not great.
There has to be a much simpler way than how they handle it.”

“Everything went well with my 8 tickets, tried to sell 2 and then removed them as a family wanted them. Those 2 tickets were later sold 4 months later after I had cancelled my for sale post. Stubhub said I had to cancel and delete the 2 tickets. Very confusing, had to pay an additional $420 reimbursement to the person that thought they had purchased them.”
“Never add the parking pass. It's a scam!!! I have used Stubhub three or four times for tickets and so far I haven't had any problem with the tickets but Never buy the parking absolutely terrible. The parking was so far from the venue I had to pay for another parking lot closer. They don't tell exactly where the parking is until the last minute and then it's hard to find. They made me miss and hour of the concert and I got their one hour ahead of time. I called for assistance and no one could help me. Call a day later for my money back and they gave me the run around. Apparently they us a third party and don't want to be accountable for any errors. My loss!!!”

“Great show, beautiful venue... always wonder how 2 tickets with face value of $70 each, works out to bill of $345.. doesn't seem right.. won't be back”
