“Easy to purchase and received tickets pretty quickly. But when we got to the gate, our e-tickets were indicated as Invalid and the scanner made loud beeps which was very embarrassing. “Bought the tickets many months before the concert, and 2 days prior to the event my order was no longer available on my account. I spent the whole weekend phoning and although the agents were helpful I only got the tickets 3 hours prior to the show. The new tickets was not the one I had originally. It was not a very pleasant experience as I had given up of receiving the tickets.”

Parking tickets were not able to be scanned at the parking garage. The e ticket that I printed out could not be read by the scanner at the facility 0as to big nd my phone could not be read either. Had to call the parking garage help number to get out, very un-satisfied with the parking purchase.”
“The Stubhub process was good -- I got a ticket I wanted at a good price. Retrieving my ticket from AXS was very difficult though. I know that's not you, but it was really bad and took multiple efforts over at least 30 minutes to get it. Their app is horrible.”
“Got parking pass at a discounted price. However, the site is deceptive by not disclosing all fees and taxes upfront. The user should not have to click on a filter- the seller should provide all info upfront in the price. Even Ticketmaster is now doing this.”
