“It's easy to be impulsive and buy tickets for something you just found out about at the best possible price. It's best if you already have an account and it was problematic trying to buy tickets without one, but other than that, I had a good experience using Stubhub.”
“Used for parking at an event in Atlanta (always a challenge) but had no problems; price was much more reasonable than most and location was very convenient to the venue. Communication, etc. was excellent and overall experience stress free - thanks!👍”
“Access to the parking garage was restricted, but accessible, by going around the block. Going around the block cost us about 45 min on a busy Saturday night. A heads up would have been NICE. Other than that, GREAT experience. 👍”
“I’m happy because I got the tickets. The way they are distributed however is problematic. I had to get them, then accept them from a third party, then go back and accept them again. It’s more of a hassle than anything. Maybe try to make it more simple? I don’t get tickets often and the process was confusing and the Q&A as well as help was not helpful. I had to look up how to do it with AI rather than your own assistance program. But I got the tickets in the end, so again, I’m happy. Also, it was a ‘no phone’ event, and you keep asking me for photos, maybe incorporate that into your auto emails? I dunno, I’m still happy. Thanks.”
“My experience with Stub Hub in acquiring tickets for an event as well as paid parking for it was a smooth process. My only issue with the process would be to have an additional email sent after purchase with details about the venue about policies and or a link to check reviews about traffic and parking in the area along with best arrival times to avoid being late. I had a fantastic time attending the event but traffic and parking was definitely an issue at the venue.”
“Very east to purchase tickets but it took a few minutes, maybe 5-7, to be able to pull them up and get scanned it. Luckily the ticket guy was able to help, but it took way longer than necessary.”

“Stubhub made me happy by allowing my best friend and I to go to a concert together. To be honest I had a small fear of the tickets being fake, or being released late. However my fears did not come into fruition, and instead I gained a new memory with my best friend. Thank you very much we both enjoyed!”
