Received via email day before game and easily downloaded to use on phone.
Only criticism would be the extortionate mark up on ticket prices. Ticket stated €39 but was charged £282 for two, bit excessive!!”
“They made purchasing and selling (as I bought two sets of tickets) an easy and stress free experience. Customer service was phenomenal, when I had to reach out regarding my sale. Th only thing that can get confusing is the mobile tickets and where they end up being stored on your phone. Finding the link to resell tickets can be tricky, but all in all I’d recommend StubHub to anyone!”

This went well to regain some of my initial expenses although I thought the numerous updates on price rise/ falls was a bit unnecessary. “I got parking passes in addition to tickets for the event. My parking pass didn't have a QR code. Luckily there were some people at the parking garage who attended the concrrt who were at the entrance. They had to call a number to get back into the garage. And luckily, somehow, we were able to exit the garage with our cars. God knows what would have happened if no one else was there.”
