The concert was great, as were the seats and the amenities. The pricing was better than expected.
I can't say the same for the parking situation. Even though we purchased a Diamond pass it was still a nightmare.”
“Easy easy easy. Easy to find tickets, easy to buy, and easy to use them at the venue. I particularly liked the regular emails leading up to the show that gave me multiple links to find the tickets.
I think the service charge is excessive but pretty standard in the industry.”
“first time buying tickets on Stub Hub. It was super easy and it was cheaper than buying same tickets on other sites. The seats were awesome! Only issue I have was I wish it was clearer that the ticket price was USD. I was on StubHub.ca and choose the CDN dollars icon, I purchased the tickets for the seat I wanted(it was for Blue Jays game) and when i received the confirmation email the tickets were in UDS. Makes a big difference when you convert USD to CDN(yes I live in Ontario). I just wish it was clearer when purchasing them.”
“I am overall happy with the ease and convience of Stubhub. What I found disappointing was paying over $30 for parking on the Stubhub site, showing up at the garage on the day, and seeing that they charged less than $15 for the day.”

“Parking was great price but there should be something mentioned or highlighted to PRINT the ticket. There was no attendant and I hadn’t printed the ticket so I just had to hope no one would ticket or tow me! (I did NOT get ticketed or towed). Maybe just an all caps mention of “PRINT YOUR TICKET” would have been helpful.”
“Selection of seats and various prices available, but honestly, my tickets were pricey and should’ve been listed with an obstructed view as unfortunately part of the visuals were missed due to stage set up. But easy to purchase check out and access tickets.”
