“Ii know that I was not suppose to get my tickets until maybe the day before the show but I was pleased I got them about 2 weeks after I ordered them. My tickets said refresh 24 hours before show for the barcodes. When I called with concern you let me know that this was normal. I was happy I got my barcodes 10 days early. The show was great and Im glad I was able to get tickets. This is the second time Ive used stubhub and Im pleased and will use it again in the future. ³”

“I got the tickets and attend the show, which was incredible, so, all in all, my experience was a good one, since it ended well. But the whole process was very anxiety producing! I felt like I was throwing money into the void without 100% certainty that the tickets would make it to me. That and, when I couldn't see my tickets on StubHub, I reached out to customer service, and they told me I had to log into the venue's website for access. It all just felt like such a gamble, and I feel lucky that it worked out. I'm hesitant to trust the process a second time!”

“Got tickets to one of the best shows on Broadway, Center Mezzanine for our anniversary. My wife said it was one of the best shows she's seen. Purchasing was easy and it was easy to use the app to display the tickets.
Our view was pretty good, but I would say that the selection screen seemed to show more of the stage than we saw. There was a little bit of an overhang over us, and I didn't realize that when booking. I also thought we were a bit more forward in the mezzanine than we were - I'm not sure if that was my mistake or not. So, that's why I took off a star. The show was more than five stars. So, thanks.”
