“I experienced difficulty in the claiming of the tickets and in the transfer process with Ticketmaster. I believe the issue was with their firewall which detected the interaction with StubHub as suspicious activity. I resolved the issue by reconfiguring my setup options on my phone, but the experience was a painful one.”

My one big issue was the delay in the delivery of our parking ticket. We had to stay parked outside of the entrance until close to 1830 to finally receive the scannable portion of the ticket. In VIP…really?!?!?!”
