“This was my first time using Stubhub and I was pleasantly surprised at how easy it was to purchase the tickets for Moulin Rouge and how efficient Stubhub was at following up that we received our tickets and parking pass. Using the parking scanner was an issue and we ended up getting a new ticket and paying for it again but everything else went smoothly and we got great seats for the show. We used Stubhub because Ticketmaster was a hassle and their fees were ridiculous! Yes, we would use Stubhub again!”

I wish StubHub was more transparent about the extra fees that show up in the shopping cart, not before.”
“When ordering my ticket, I was able to choose the row closer to the stage (Row 2 in the section), but when i got to the stadium, I realized it was the second last row in the section. I'm not sure if I didn't look at it close enough when I was purchasing the ticket, but I was slightly disappointed when I was so high up, since the section was in the nose bleed. Luckily, I had plenty of room to my left that I could utilize with people to my right, and no one in front of me, so I had a pretty clear and good view of the stage and concert. My only complaint was the confusion of the row within the section.”

Only thing that would have made it easier was if I could have saved it to my Google wallet. Would have been smoother than opening my email to scan it at the venue. Will definitely use Stub Hub again”
