“The parking pass worked. However, if the attendant had actually scanned the QR code I’m not sure it would have. It was a screen shot including iPhone info like time, battery percentage, etc. I spent about an hour with customer service trying to confirm the pass was legitimate. I won’t buy a parking pass from StubHub again.”
“I never received the ticket I purchased, but when I went on the Chat for help, Matt did a great job. It was a very stressful situation getting ready to leave for the game and worrying because it was only an hour until game time and I had no ticket (purchased 3 days earlier). Matt found out that the seller never sent the ticket, but within about 10 minutes he found me a replacement ticket and I received it by email. He also followed up by text and a follow up phone call to unsure that everything worked out. I was impressed by his quick help.”
“We had an issue this time, two people showed up with tickets for the same seats that we had. Saying someone hacked into their stubhub account, so that created an issue with those tickets.”

“It was pretty easy to find a parking lot and purchase a parking pass. The day of the event I just showed my QR code and got right into the lot very quickly.”
“Overall, the experience was great in the end. Not having been on StubHub for a while, actually getting the tickets was iffy for a while. While I would have loved them to send me the tickets to my email so I could then load it to my wallet. I had to download the app and work with it for several minutes before I finally got the tickets. I’m reasonably tech savvy, but this would have been a disaster for those who aren’t.”
“As far as being able to get the ticket and everything the night of the show stubhub did amazing! Only thing that sucked was having to stand at the venue...that wasn't mentioned in orders of tickets anywhere.”
“The tickets I originally purchased through Stubhub were not the tickets I received from the seller; they were of a lesser value and in a different section. I immediately called Stubhub and reported the delivery of the wrong tickets. They attempted to call the seller but were unable to contact them. Kudos to Stubhub because they provided me with tickets better than I originally purchased. StubHub stood behind their guarantee to the fans and made it right. My only complaint is that I was not able to download my tickets on the date of purchase vs waiting to the date of the event.”
