“The process of getting the game tickets was easy. I looked how it showed the view. Very helpful when you don’t know the stadium. The processing fees were outrageous and tax add on top of that.”
“Using StubHub was pretty easy in general but there probably should be an optional site for seniors or those who are not tech savvy. For instance it’s important to let customer know that tix are digital ( no paper) & that parking & admissions are delivered separately.”
