“Iām happy because I got the tickets. The way they are distributed however is problematic. I had to get them, then accept them from a third party, then go back and accept them again. Itās more of a hassle than anything. Maybe try to make it more simple? I donāt get tickets often and the process was confusing and the Q&A as well as help was not helpful. I had to look up how to do it with AI rather than your own assistance program. But I got the tickets in the end, so again, Iām happy. Also, it was a āno phoneā event, and you keep asking me for photos, maybe incorporate that into your auto emails? I dunno, Iām still happy. Thanks.”
“My experience with Stub Hub in acquiring tickets for an event as well as paid parking for it was a smooth process. My only issue with the process would be to have an additional email sent after purchase with details about the venue about policies and or a link to check reviews about traffic and parking in the area along with best arrival times to avoid being late. I had a fantastic time attending the event but traffic and parking was definitely an issue at the venue.”

What we didnāt love is purchasing our parking through Stub Hub only to realize as we were downtown that the lot was a 17 minute walk from the venue - in 22 degrees while wearing high heels. Needless to say, we didnāt park there and found a spot on the street about 8 minutes away. Beware of paying for parking through the app! Itās non-refundable and doesnāt tell you itās not in the parking garage of the venue.”

“I got my tickets at a fair price. BUT, two things bothered me - the prices said "All in" meaning that all fees were included but there were about $40.00 worth of fees/taxes on each ticket added at the end. Had I known this, I might have gone with a cheaper ticket. Secondly, I was stressed out beyond measure with trying to figure out if I had a bar code or not to put the tickets in my wallet. I am old and spending close to $500.00 and not knowing for sure if I had verifiable tickets to go to the game made me really nervous. The bar code should appear immediately and on the ticket. It shouldn't be this stressful.”
