“I didn’t get a chance to use my parking pass. We got funneled in traffic to the Valet line which was impossible to get out of, so not only did I pay for the parking pass, but I had to pay for Valet as well. The Valet line was so long and moving so slowly we missed the opening race.”
“The address provided in the App was different from the actual location in the attachment and made it unnecessarily difficult to locate the garage combined with the traffic and street closures due to the concert it took an extra hour to get to the garage.”
“Beware of buying tickets from StubHub. I have a known a few people now that have been scammed out of tickets. Tickets were paid for but never transferred. Many hours were wasted with customer service trying to get the original or even replacement tickets as promised. Customer service promised numerous times to call back and never did. The only reason they get a 2 is because after a long, grueling process, the funds were eventually refunded, but who wants to go through that. I would recommend buying tickets through another vendor as StubHub seems to be a high target for scammers these days.”
“Although we did eventually get tickets to the event, we never received tickets we had purchased FIVE MONTHS AGO. Fortunately, StubHub as able to provide alternate tickets 3 hours before showtime but it was a really stressful experience.”
“The tickets came fine, day of show...what was suspicious was that I was watching for prices to drop, there were approximately 1000 seats left for a 9000 venue at 8:30 am. 30 min later there were 40 seats, yet prices didn't go up or down, and those remaining seat numbers stayed steady all day...it sure appeared that ticket availability and price were being manipulated to ensure ticket prices didn't drop.”
“I got the tickets but the delivery time was not good, the game was at 12 and it was 4 hours driving for me and i got tickets at 3 am which doesn’t give enough assurance, refund wouldn’t have worked since i had to rent a car and drive anyway”
“I was gouged on the ticket prices. I paid just over 3X the face value for 2 tickets. I am very disappointed. The seats were just ok and were directly in the hot sun. I will hopefully not make this mistake again.”
“It was easy to buy tickets, however, several issues came up. Stubhub "upgraded" our seats due to not having the tickets we bought. The upgrade was not want I wanted and in my opinion placed us into inferior seats. When I contacted customer service, it was extremely difficult as each representative was dealing off of a script and was not able to resolve our issue. Ultimately they told me I had to send the tickets back to them in order for them to process our refund. This was ultimately determined to be impossible as the tickets they had sent us were as such they were untransferable. It took 2 representatives before they told me I was right with regards to transferring the tickets. I was then told they would resolve the issue in 2-3 hours, however, 5 hours later they still had not refunded me for the tickets. Now the event was less than 1 hour out and I was unable to make any other purchases for seats that I wanted. I had found tickets form a competitor which were several dollars less than Stubhub and issues I have had with these competitors in the past were resolved much more rapidly. Ultimately the tickets I was given by Stubhub I had to use and thankfully they still worked. I understand Stubhubs thought process though, they already had my money, why would they give it back, or give me what I paid for. They will push their unselected seats to me and keep using the seats I wanted to lure others to make the same purchase and then force others down the same road, allowing them to off load their undesirable seats. The reason I am giving 2 stars instead of 1 was my family ended up having a great time, we didn't let the ticket purchasing or placement experience keep us down, and I want others to see this post and realize the issues they likely may face when using this service.”
“I would go through a different platform to buy or sell tickets. I sold tickets using their app which froze during listing only to have it list twice. I was selling 2 tickets but it listed duplicate so I had 2 buyers for 4 tickets when I only had 2. So because of fault if StubHub I HAD TO PAY for the tickets I couldn't deliver. Also if you do order tickets, you don't get them until DAY OF the event. Sorry but that's far too risky. GET TICKETS ELSEWHERE”

Great production, terrible seats with no warning and inconsiderate venue staff.”
“We bought our Kenny Chesney tickets in November 2025 for the concert this month because we specifically selected seats in a certain area to take in the full Sphere experience.
Then, just three hours before the show, we were told the tickets we originally ordered were no longer available. We were offered a refund or a different pair of tickets. By that point, we had already paid for our hotel and flights and traveled to Las Vegas specifically for this concert, so a refund was not a realistic option. With only a few hours before showtime, there was no real opportunity to find comparable seats either. We were essentially forced to accept the replacement tickets.
Kenny Chesney put on an amazing show, and the energy inside the Sphere was incredible. However, the replacement seats were not comparable to the area we had intentionally chosen and paid for months in advance. At a venue like the Sphere, where the seating location is a major part of the visual and overall experience, being moved at the last minute makes a huge difference.
Two stars because the performance itself was great, but the ticketing and last-minute seat replacement process was extremely disappointing. We planned early, paid for travel and lodging, and still did not receive the experience we originally purchased.”
“Photo online was not the view from our seats. Tried to get specific seat location on StubHub and it was not available. Parking pass through Parkwise was not recognized at the parking garage. Parking was very expensive.
However, I really enjoyed Phantom of the Opera.”
“Easy purchase, great communication, I til I got to the arena and was told my tickets had been cancelled due to a suspicious reseller. They did accommodate the purchase but not without some effort. Sucked!!”
“Tickets transaction was fine but the parking that they steered Mme to was a nightmare! Got to the tiny lot (maybe 20-30 spaces) when they said to and it was full. Waited until game time, my grandson missed the giveaway and I finally parked in one of the 2 handicapped spots. I hated to do. I am a healthcare advocate so happened to have my mom's handicapped parking sticker but it was humiliating. I tried to contact them and even sent them a message. No acknowledgment at all. Might buy tickets from them but will never get my parking from them.”

“Stub Hub was overpriced. Parking garage they had us use was over ten blocks away..That includes the long East/West NY blocks. And the seats weren’t amazing for the price. So stub hub exaggerated everything! Hope not to need them in the future.”
