“I would not purchase tickets for parking through stubhub. It is definitely not hassle free. They don’t provide information beforehand where or what time you can park. The parking venue only allowed parking after the venue opened, which was ridiculous. So I found a much better parking area.
Tried speaking with customer service and they were less than helpful.”
“couldn’t really see the ice for the game where we were terrible viewing there were folding chairs with people sitting and couldn’t see the ice and if they were standing couldn’t see at all barely the screen”
“The map showed these tickets in the section directly behind home plate, like within a few rows. When I received the tickets, they were in a different section 30+ rows farther back. Would have looked at different options if the map represented the seating location properly.”
“I paid the for over priced parking but could not access the lot and had to find alternate parking...additional cost. Stubhub will not refund the money. The concert was great, ticket transaction was flawless.”
“My only issue with the Stub Hub,
The tickets I purchase, is not shown on the seating arrangement. Simply the section, Row & seat numbers.
I have purchased on separate occasions
1 st, 2nd & Third row seats over the past tours.
What’s not revealed is often times the
Seats are off to the side with obstructed visibility. So in a way, sort of a bait & switch. Or just wishful thinking….????”
“The concert, or the venue, opened their doors around 8:00pm. We ordered our tickets around 9:30am. The tickets were not ready until 6:30'ish. And not through StubHub. The seller redirected me to Ticket Master. We live over an hour away from the venue. Luckily I told my husband to let's just go and see what happened and that's when I got the email half way to New Orleans, to accept the tickets under Ticket Master. But the concert was phenomenal.”
“The 135 dollars I paid for parking was not worth it.. they had me park in a garage that I had to go around like 4 times to find the right entrance because they kept giving me wrong directions. And all the construction didn’t help at all.. bad experience not worth the money.. on a positive note the concert was awesome. But parking sucked”
“Seating was unclear. “Amazing seats!” It says while showing a picture of a seats on the second floor near the balcony. Meanwhile, I get there, I’m in the VERY LAST ROW of the entire arena. Sucky seats and misleading advertisement. Great show though but that’s bc the band freakin rocks. Prob not gonna use this site again.”
“Quick easy transactions. Finding tickets in confusing with all the filters and recommended statuses. Literally logged into two different devices and the ticket prices are $5-$7 different for the same seats. Some tickets don't appear on some searches. There should be an easy way to see ALL tickets at once.
Fees are obscenely high - i will probably be switching to Seat Geek.”
“Not worth the money. The doors opened late. The show started late. The show ended before 9:45p. No meet and greet. No merchandise. Tracey did not meet expectations. His crowd work was weak. He read jokes off a sheet of paper and seemed more interested in impressing his girl who was just off stage than putting on a good show. He showed more energy at the Knicks game the next day. Maybe I’ll go see him there. The casino was ok. They did not offer drink specials. The crowd was stiff and boring. I would have left early too.”
“Once I received the tickets the game was very good. I experienced a big problem trying to received the tickets. I spent close to 45mins on phone on 2 separate occasions with stub hub. Finally received tickets 2 hours before event.”
“I purchased two tickets to a sold out show. I ended up reselling one of them on Stubhub as I only needed one ticket.
Turns out the tickets were fake. I got a refund for my order, but I'm being fined for selling a fake ticket, even though StubHub themselves guaranteed it!
This is after multiple service agents told me that I had done everything right and would not be fined since they guaranteed their tickets.
The only reason I'm not giving 1 star is I have had a couple of good experiences in the past with them.”
“I tried to buy a ticket. It was $109. I clicked to buy, it said my price was locked in and I had 10 minutes to purchase. I clicked to purchase, and it said my ticket was no longer available. I went back to the website and it was available, only at $147. what a scam. I also bought a parking ticket. I had a choice between Aria parking lot and "other parking". I chose the higher priced Aria lot. I received parking at Caesars Palace, a 24 minute walk away, instead of 2 minute Aria walk. I feel sorry for people who don't live in Vegas and wouldn't know the locations of the lots. The confirmation said Aria, but the address on the ticket was Caesars. Such a scam.”
“These company just charge so much extra for the tickets fees then charge extra for the resell of the same tickets on resell, and then gouge you on the sell of the parking ticket. Profit is not a bad thing but Greed is ! This is for the big wigs but doubt this will make it to post because it’s true !”
“The view on the ticket sale page misrepresented the actual view from our seats. The picture showed a straight on view of the stage, we are way off to the left in the last two seats. Do now trust the picture”
