“Ordered & PAID for tickets for a baseball game, tickets were there for a few hrs, then were unavailable/returned.. game was this past Saturday night, was told I'd get a full refund, after communication with seller went nowhere..it's Tuesday of the following week & have yet to receive refund & been hung up on 3 times today trying to get to the bottom of this..this is the seller fault but stubhub has my money so now itson them.”
“Bought parking tickets for two nights in a row. The first night they never showed up and I had to pay for parking the second night. It was six blocks from the stadium so we parked where we parked the night before and paid full price.
The tickets were great. Spent way too many hours on the phone trying to resolve the parking issues.

“Bought tickets for a show. Did not know until later show was canceled. Instead of refunding to original payment , Stubhub put my money in a wallet. I called told them why would you not credit back to original payment. Now I am being told 5 to 8 days to credit my acct. I was speaking with someone who could hardly speak English making him hard to understand and he gets an attitude. A so called supervisor at that who was annoyed he had to get on the phone. “I ordered 2 MLB tickets, with parking. The process was a nightmare. The MLB tickets kept disappearing and reappearing. In line at the gate I got an error message trying to retrieve them, but it was resolved in maybe 20 painful seconds. Trying to get the "QR Code" for the parking pass was almost as bad. It very hard to get and it wasn't a QR code. It was a pdf with inactive links, and a (text) number that got me in the parking garage. Outside of the StubHub experience, game day went very well. Got to see 35,000 fans go absolutely nuts over Duran's inside-the-park home run. !”
“Tickets for concert were pricey, and the seat map was completely inaccurate. The view was so bad that we had to move to staging room only. There was a balcony literally in my line of sight. And of course stub hub isn’t letting me upload the photo.”
“The parking lot we paid $200 to park at was actually trashy place and when we got to the location 1.5 hrs before kick off, the turned us away because it was full. I don’t know how it could be full if everyone used one paid spot.
I saw at least 3 more folks who also paid and was turned away.
It was a very bad experience and we ended up parking a long way from the stadium.

“Ticket barcode would not appear until a couple hours before the show. And then it only showed up after I dealt with 2 customer service agents. In one of the chats, the customer service agent was working on my case and then the chat closed out and I had to restart with someone new. In the other chat, I was told to call Ticketmaster… who had no record of my tickets at all. I traveled out of state for a concert without having a scannable ticket available until a few hours before the show… even though I spent $600 on nosebleed seats. The ticketing process was anxiety inducing and not a pleasant experience. I will not be purchasing from stubhub again.”
“I purchased a StubHub Row A Left Balcony Theater seat rating of Amazing(!) with an obstructed view. The ticket printed detail on ‘A safety rail obstructs the view of the stage’.
My obstructed view also included a second railing rigged with very large, down spotlights and cables that blocked my view of the left, front and center stage.
StubHub misrepresented the Amazing(!) rating and obstructed view detail.”
“Very bad experience with Stubhub. 8 hours before game I still had no tickets. Chat and called them many times to be said I had to wait as far as 1h before event!!! Tailgate is finished at that point. Was offered replacement tickets that never arrived. Missed the football game. Never buy tickets with delivery from buying date to event day. Just buy when it says immediate delivery. Their Fan Protect Guarantee is good only for refund. Will hesitate a lot to buy again on Stubhub!”
“I purchased tickets to the Red Clay Strays show in CLT. I was told the tickets would be delivered the day of the show, the tickets never arrived and I had to purchase through Ticket Master standing in line to get in the show. They did reimburse my money but what a pain!!!”
“Purchased tickets to Braves game and a parking pass. The seats were as requested. HOWEVER, when purchasing. Parking pass THEY selected a location without asking my preference contacted customer no service. They said sorry, I can sell the parking pass What a miserable experience

“Stub hub assured that ticket will arrive 3hrs before and we were at the event and didn’t arrive i have to call them with anxiety was very high that moment and told us that the seller didn’t fulfill the tickets Very disappointed with them. It sucks to remember that feeling, supposed to be we have a good seat but offered a general admission. only. We were standing and i have senior with me that time. And never paid us the difference. Didn’t have a choice but to accept the new ticket because we were already there. Who else happened that to them? The only consolation here was the concert was the best.”
