“Shame that third party companies like this are used to facilitate ticket brokers… and resell tickets at inflated prices. And then charge insane fees for the tickets. Almost 150 dollars worth of fees for two tickets for a concert! And stubhub is just the mechanism to allow it to happen… so you are waiting on the broker to make your tickets available, often only hours or days before the event.”
“Great way to find last minute tickets to events. Only issue I have is ticket transfer isn’t immediate. We had to wait outside the venue for 15-minutes after it already started to get the ticket transfer.”
“The purchase process was smooth, overall I didn’t get my tickets till like 20 minutes before show. Very upset normally I like to arrive 60 minutes before it starts to avoid long lines. Wish you all would get mobile tickets to customers sooner if there tickets have to be replaced.”
“Stubbing is great. They’re should not recommend the parking at 4000 S. Figueroa St. This parking place is convenient and that’s its only redeeming quality. They put so many cars in there that it is impossible to get out. There’s no order, people are stopped in the driveways waiting for people so you can’t get out til their people show up. It’s madness. If you park here wait at least an hour before you go to your car to get out.”
“Buying the tickets was easy, and I did receive them. Unfortunately they made it sound like it was super easy to resell tickets that you bought. So I bought a little bit better seats and was just going to resell the other ones. Unfortunately it's not as easy as they made it seem and I ended up losing $600 and wasting two tickets to a concert because it was nearly impossible to resell them”
“First of all there was NO INDICATION that the parking was THREE MILES from the venue. Secondly, the price charged was grossly inflated over face value. Will NEVER buy parking from StubHub again! It worked, that's the only reason for giving any stars.”
“Frustrating experience! It took over 3 weeks to finally get the right tickets. First I was sent the wrong tickets to the wrong game with the parking location in another city 12 miles away. Then after countless attempts dealing with your customer service team over that 3 week period via live chat, email, and telephone there was success.”
“The ticket purchasing experience was fairly smooth. Unfortunately the ticket that was transferred came with additional benefits that were never clear and that I did not learn about until after the event. It also came in an electronic form that required I scan my ticket in the app - no download to wallet was available in the format that they used. I've used StubHub before without a problem but this was definitely a sub-par experience, particularly considering what I paid which wasn't cheap ($550+ for the ticket and about $100 in fees.)”

“There were two types of tickets being sold: general admission and general admission floor two. I went to stub hub because the venue was out of general admission. I could have paid less on the venue’s website for general admission floor two because that’s what was sold to me as “general admission” with no mention that it was floor two.”
“My complaint is withpricing.I searched Stubhub and Ticketmaster. The same tickets were listed but a different price.I went with ticketmaster(lower price)But when I checked out it went to Stubhub.I wasn't watching and bought. When I sw the total with the service charges,I was shocked! The service charge was 200.00.I have heard nothing but negative things about Stubhub now.I wont be using tubhub or Ticketmaster in the future.”
“It was all good until the baseball game was over. Ever since then you are blowing my phone up with emails and text messages. I dont need that. I probably won't use stubhub again . It was a rare occasion that I went anywhere to begin with”
“I purchased tickets for Yung Blud, Fillmore, Philadelphia for 9.18.2025. The Fillmore concert was cancelled and moved to the Met, Philadelphia. I contacted StubHub and they told me because my tickets were general admission they were not transferable to the Met and that I could not get my money back!!! I'm out $192.99. I contacted Ticket Master and they said I should get an email giving me the option of a refund or to sell the tickets. How can I sell tickets for a cancelled event??? So I want my money back! I've been told so many things I'm very confused and very upset!!!”
“Purchasing the pass was great but there were no directions or description of the location of the parking lot itself and it took us 20 min and several wrong directions from other parking attendants to find the lot. The signs marking the lot are small and not distinguishable. The lot itself was close to the venue and had no problems wi the location except for the above.”
“Stub Hub sold me parking for an event that was 5.5 miles away from the event. I tried to contact customer service via chat after the event but was told I had to contact them the day of the event, even though they do not list a phone number on their website. Do not trust this company, they don't guarantee your tickets and will rip you off. There is no recourse with this company if something goes wrong. STAY AWAY!”
“Price was good but walk to and from parking lot was further than expected and I was a little concerned about the security of my car. It was also difficult to find the small parking lot behind a building and the sign for the lot was broken.”
