“The parking experience in the yellow zone at Spa was a disaster. It took us three hours to leave the parking field. The people directing traffic were extremely inefficient and there was definitely a difference of experience between the different color parking zones.”
“Was not advised that a metal railing would impede the view from my sec 202, row 1 seats. This should have been disclosed before purchase so I could decide if I wanted these or other seats. First-ever time you disappointed me, StubHub :(”
“The parking pass we purchased was a rip off. When we arrived there were better options at a 50% - 75% discount than what stub hub offered. Disappointing.”
“The parking passes that were sold to me to accompany a concert ended up being a 56-minute walk away from the event. I don’t think you should offer the parking purchase in the first place unless the location is within a 15 minute walk. I feel duped.”
“Purchased tickets to a baseball game. Stubhub recommended getting parking in advance, so we paid for parking. Stubhub failed to inform us that the parking was 1/2 miles away from the stadium.”
“I’m really disappointed with my experience using StubHub to resell my event tickets. Due to unforeseen circumstances, I couldn’t attend an event and decided to list my tickets for resale. Unfortunately, StubHub made this process incredibly frustrating.
My tickets were not showing up publicly for potential buyers unless I dropped the price significantly — and I mean far below face value. It felt like StubHub was intentionally hiding my listing unless it met some algorithm or pricing threshold. In the end, I was forced to sell at a huge loss just so the tickets would even appear and have a chance of being sold.
As a seller, I felt misled and unsupported. It seems like StubHub prioritizes fast sales over fair ones, even if it’s at the expense of the user. I won’t be using StubHub again for reselling unless they make their process more transparent and seller-friendly.”
“I was really looking forward to attending the event, but unfortunately, my experience with StubHub was quite disappointing. The tickets I purchased never arrived, which was incredibly frustrating. Although they issued me new tickets, I was only able to get seats on the 400 level instead of the original 200 level seats I had purchased and was hoping for.
Additionally, I was promised a voucher as part of the resolution, but I never received it. Despite multiple attempts to follow up, there has been no follow-through on that promise.
While I understand that issues can arise, the lack of communication and follow-up has left me quite disappointed. I hope StubHub will improve their process to better support customers in similar situations in the future.”
“Have been waiting over 2 weeks after selling my tickets to get paid. Even after they gave me a date that I should expect my payment. And that date has passed. $600 of my money is tied up with them. And it has been for weeks, and they can't give me a date when I should expect the money that I earned by selling my tickets. Their customer service is horrible and couldn't help me at all.”
“I have used them many times before. The fees are exorbitant, but it has usually been smooth sailing.
However, they recently sold me invalid tickets for a concert. Customer service were incredibly rude and unhelpful. I will probably need to contest the charges with my credit card.”
“Generally StubHub is good. However if you are buying any event tickets from StubHub, DO NOT BUY ANY PARKING 3RD PARTY PARKING PASS FROM STUBHUB. It is a scam! I bought a parking pass for Citi Field in Queens NY and the email I received stated it is a 3rd party parking garage operates in the Citi Field parking lot. However, Citi Field parking lot gate agent told me there is no such thing for 3rd party parking company section. I contacted StubHub support and the support agent told me I would need to go to the location where the parking garage is and ask them how to get the pass for Citi Field parking lot, and the parking garage is located in Brooklyn somewhere. I end up paying extra money for the Citi Field parking and I can't get my refund.”
“Purchasing and receiving the tickets was a pretty simple process, the part that made me mad was when asked if I wanted to buy a parking pass, which said yes and after paying $33, I get to the venue and the highest parking was $10. That’s simply just overcharging and taking advantage of the customer. I won’t use them again because of this”
“The tickets for the baseball game worked. fine. No problems at all and it would rate 5 stars. The advance purchase of parking didn't work at all. At the time of purchase and when we first received the "voucher" for parking, I was able to identify the lot. That was a couple of weeks before the game. We were traveling from the east coast to San Diego two days before the game. When the day of the game arrived, I could no longer identify the lot or find my QR code. Had to ride around and pay for parking on my own. Lost the $25 or whatever I paid. I won't use you for parking again.”
“Kenny was pretty good, but my goodness…whose idea was it to have a dj there?? Brandi Cyrus was not mine nor my husbands cup of tea. And many others around us were not thrilled with her. It was a terrible performance by her. I’m not trying to be mean here, we just really couldn’t stand her set. Idk that I will go to another Kenny Chesney concert if she is the opener. Also, it would have been nice to know that the walking distance to and from parking was miles long. I have a prosthetic leg and am younger, but the walking and the high temperatures outside made for a very bad combo and my leg rubbed and rubbed against my liner and caused a sore. We were also dripping in sweat from walking so far from parking. Not good!!”
“Actually I love that StubHub is very efficient and easy to use. What I’m disappointed in is the extra fees, charging $75 for 2 tickets is absolutely insane. I will be paying better attention when I hit purchase to the extra fees. I can se $15 per ticket let, but not $75 for two! Very disappointed in this but definitely an expensive learning experience!”
“Seller did not release tickets. Had to wait an hour before the start of the show to see if I would receive ticket replacements. Very stressful and almost ruined the experience since the venue is an hour away.”
“I purchased game tickets for the padre game and they asked if I wanted to purchase a parking pass and I clicked yes thinking I could chose from the many parking pass locations offered but it automatically picked a horrible parking location and price for me and the sale was final. Caveat emptor and no cancellation or refund. A truly horrific policy considering the price and distance from the event. Total misleading option from StubHub and total mission failure on the parking pass. Normally I trust StubHub but I will approach with caution if at all after this experience.”
