“Ticket barcode would not appear until a couple hours before the show. And then it only showed up after I dealt with 2 customer service agents. In one of the chats, the customer service agent was working on my case and then the chat closed out and I had to restart with someone new. In the other chat, I was told to call Ticketmaster… who had no record of my tickets at all. I traveled out of state for a concert without having a scannable ticket available until a few hours before the show… even though I spent $600 on nosebleed seats. The ticketing process was anxiety inducing and not a pleasant experience. I will not be purchasing from stubhub again.”
“I purchased a StubHub Row A Left Balcony Theater seat rating of Amazing(!) with an obstructed view. The ticket printed detail on ‘A safety rail obstructs the view of the stage’.
My obstructed view also included a second railing rigged with very large, down spotlights and cables that blocked my view of the left, front and center stage.
StubHub misrepresented the Amazing(!) rating and obstructed view detail.”
“Very bad experience with Stubhub. 8 hours before game I still had no tickets. Chat and called them many times to be said I had to wait as far as 1h before event!!! Tailgate is finished at that point. Was offered replacement tickets that never arrived. Missed the football game. Never buy tickets with delivery from buying date to event day. Just buy when it says immediate delivery. Their Fan Protect Guarantee is good only for refund. Will hesitate a lot to buy again on Stubhub!”
“I purchased tickets to the Red Clay Strays show in CLT. I was told the tickets would be delivered the day of the show, the tickets never arrived and I had to purchase through Ticket Master standing in line to get in the show. They did reimburse my money but what a pain!!!”

“Stub hub assured that ticket will arrive 3hrs before and we were at the event and didn’t arrive i have to call them with anxiety was very high that moment and told us that the seller didn’t fulfill the tickets Very disappointed with them. It sucks to remember that feeling, supposed to be we have a good seat but offered a general admission. only. We were standing and i have senior with me that time. And never paid us the difference. Didn’t have a choice but to accept the new ticket because we were already there. Who else happened that to them? The only consolation here was the concert was the best.”

I called to cancel but no luck according to their policy. “They sent me an email apologizing for something going wrong with my order but when I checked the app, I didn't notice anything wrong. After contacting customer service, apparently there was a substitution after the initial seller of the tickets couldn't fulfill the order. I would have preferred they keep behind the scenes issues behind the scenes instead of freaking me the f out. Also, once the tickets were made available they sent me a link that went to a Ticketmaster website but there there no way to transfer the tickets to my Apple wallet. Thank god I had cell coverage at the venue because without it I'd have been screwed. While I did get the tickets I paid for and was able to get into the show ok, the whole experience with the uncertainty of whether I'd even get real tickets and get into the show left a sour taste in my mouth regarding this whole third party ticket thing. I know they say they will refund the money if the seller doesn't come through but that doesn't help when I spent thousands on air-fare and hotel to travel to a far away destination for the concert.”
“Never got tickets. Called customer service several times. Said id have tickets on day of show . They were from 3rd party who never sent them. Makes it very hard to plan something 4 hours away with insurance of getting tickets. They didn’t care. Will never buy from them again. Did get my money back after hours of calls.”
