“Everything went wrong. Could not add my tickets to site because site would only allow me to add my Reserved Seating tickets as General Admission even though my event has NO General Admission seating. Finally had agent sent me a special link to add my tickets but then saw that the site had THREE listings on the site for the same event, date and time as mine but if you clicked two of the three links my tickets for sale did not appear. So someone could only buy my tickets if they happened to click on the right link out of the 3 options Then the site kept changing the price of my tickets. It would also show my Payout to be higher than the Selling Price. I called StubHub and the agent told that they would pay me to amount shown for the Payout, which I knew was a lie. Stubhub was not going to sell my tickets for $81 each but pay me $103.50. Over all just a totally bizarre, frustrating and horrible experience.”
“This is the WORST company to deal with. Our concert was postponed twice. It has been rescheduled, but my husband and I cannot go. Now they are telling me I cannot resell them!!!
They have been taking me around in circles!!!”
“I didnโt get the tickets until 2 hours before the show started. And I had to call Stubhub to remind the seller to release the tickets. Why would Stubhub allow the resellers to hold on the tickets for so long after the tickets were sold?”
“The tickets were fine, the concert was great! It is the fees that get you a low rating. You expect to pay a certain advertised fee and then there are so many extra fees that it almost makes it not worth going.”
“I trusted this platform with my investment, but soon after, I lost access to my funds, and their support team stopped responding. I was heartbroken and feared my ยฃ55,400 was gone forever.

Their team was professional, transparent, and required no upfront fees. They guided me through the recovery process and successfully reclaimed my funds. Iโm beyond grateful for their help and would highly recommend their services to anyone facing similar challenges.”
“We ordered tickets that we didn't think would be via FEDEX. We then learned it needed a signature, and we weren't home but tried the FEDEX link to sign which didn't work. The tickets if paper wouldn't have been accepted at the venue. They were finally delivered 2 days after the event.. We are looking for a refund.”
“Not impressed. Bought 2 tickets to big football game a 4 hour drive away. Yes I have a paper ticket, with the wrong time on it,and an email saying I have tickets but nothing can be found on the app.
Maybe Iโm just old but I donโt have a lot of faith in a company that is run like this. Just hoping I donโt drive across the state to an event that I donโt have tickets for. Doubt Iโll use Stub Hub again. Too stressed out.”
“I sold my tickets. And never received my payment. When I have called several times. They told me different stories and that I have already received it but even the representative thought I was stupid didnโt know my own account number. I will not be purchasing or selling anything on stubhub again!!”
“I've spent a ridiculous amount of time trying to confirm I transferred sold tickets successfully. I even have confirmation from the buyers but Stubhub keeps emailing me saying I will not be paid and tickets are not transferred. Additionally, the page to confirm a transfer freezes up and never submits. I've tried contacting support and should not have to spend another hour of my time due to a broken system.”
“My experience was pretty similar to all of these other bad reviews. The only reason for 2 stars is because the customer service people were friendly and tried to help. The problem is, they have to work within this rigged system the company has put together. I purchased tickets for the Holiday Bowl. I received the email stating my tickets were ready to transfer. Every time I attempted, I would get an error page that said, "Oops, something went wrong" with a picture of a penguin next to a flag. I reached out to StubHub starting on 12/4. Each time I was asked to try different browsers, clear the cache, you know the drill...and then I would be told my case was "escalated to the appropriate team", and they would be reaching out to me. They rarely did unless I emailed or called. I was sent new links a couple of times, but each time I received the error message. At one point, customer service said I needed to contact Ticketmaster, since it was their link. Ultimately Ticketmaster said that with that error message, it means StubHub did not transfer the tickets correctly. On 12/24 I was assured that I was going to be contacted with replacement tickets. I let Christmas go by and late Tuesday I email again saying I haven't received anything...the event is within 24 hours now. I received a reply stating they were working on it and that I would get replacement tickets...they'll contact me when they know more. No contact! So I call 5 hours before kickoff. After 1 hr on hold and 1 hr with the CS rep, they said there were no tickets available for me and they are issuing a full refund. I did immediately receive an email with the refund receipt. But I think this speaks to what others in these reviews suggest: StubHub had no intention of sending me these tickets. This was a highly desirable event, so they sold my tickets at double or more. If there were any left, they would give them to me. But I'm out of luck. If I had known the tickets were coming from Ticketmaster, I would have just ordered from them. Lesson learned. At least I am local and didn't waste money on hotel, etc. I just feel let down, but well aware that I will be staying in my comfortable home. I'm grateful for that, given what others in the world are experiencing. But StubHub should not be allowed to operate this way.”
