Not impressed. Bought 2 tickets to big football game a 4 hour drive away. Yes I have a paper ticket, with the wrong time on it,and an email saying I have tickets but nothing can be found on the app.
Maybe I’m just old but I don’t have a lot of faith in a company that is run like this. Just hoping I don’t drive across the state to an event that I don’t have tickets for. Doubt I’ll use Stub Hub again. Too stressed out.
