Sold tickets on StubHub the buyer never received my tickets StubHub penalized me I never got paid for the tickets I sold because the process gets confusing since the seller has to figure out how to send tickets to the buyer using stubhubs confusing process StubHub needs to take responsibility and send tickets to the buyer once the tickets are purchased not make the seller figure out how to do it all tickets have barcodes and are assigned a unique label number nearly impossible to fake all StubHub has to do is hold the tickets and send them to the seller they have not figured out how to do that yet so I would not recommend this company there are people who are buying tickets and are being frustrated not getting them on time and sellers who are not getting paid like what happened to me

Never received tickets I paid for and they have Zero customer service. This company is a major scam!! Stay away!

I ordered 8 tickets in total for the Miami open from 4 different vendors/people through Stub Hub. I received 6 of them and the other 2 never came through. I spent hours going back and forth on the phone and via emails with many reps saying just wait, you will get them. I ended up purchasing new tickets and disputed the charges, which may CC did not reimburse me for due to Stub Hub's policies of saying they will replace them with comparable tickets (this also never happened). I will never use Stub Hub or Capital One again, particularily when there are so many solid reputable companies out there.

If you want to purchase tickets for any event do not use Stub Hub.They sell tickets to a third party and the they sell the tickets for whatever price they want and then the normal extra fees are added to the price and then after you purchase tickets and find them a lot cheaper on another site it is too late for a refund.The policy for a return is your screwed and now you must resell your tickets the same way you bought yours and it’s your turn to over price your tickets to some one else.Stub Hub is a benefit for someone who wishes to buy tickets and then over price them and try to sell them to someone who hasn’t looked around at other sites first and has no idea what the tickets are worth.do yourself a favor and use a reputable company when buying tickets for life events Stub Hub ain’t it .

I purchased opening day tickets for the Texas Rangers vs Chicago Cubs as a Christmas present for my wife, who is a loyal Cubs fan. The purchase date was December 6, 2023, which included seat selection. I received a confirmation that my order was complete and that I would receive a notification when the tickets were ready. I did not receive any notification about the tickets until the day before the game. StubHub notified me that the seller could not provide the tickets I had purchased but did have comparable tickets. I accepted the comparable tickets and waited to receive confirmation. The next day, which was game day, I still hadn't received any information regarding my tickets. I notified StubHub and they told me they would know something by 10 AM CDT. At 10 AM, I still had not heard back, so I again contacted StubHub. They then told me that the seller had until 12:05 PM CDT to supply the tickets. If the seller did not respond, I had the choice of a full refund or alternative tickets. At 12:05, I received an email from StubHub that the seller could not supply the tickets and that I should click on a link to view my options. I thought that the link would allow me to accept substitute tickets, but when I arrived on the page, I received a message that an action had already been taken. Still confused, I contacted StubHub once again and they could not tell me what was going on. Finally at around 3 PM CDT, 3 hours before game time, StubHub notified me that they could not supply tickets and would refund my money. My opening day experience was ruined. I purchased tickets in good faith months before the game, but that was not enough. I would like StubHub to explain to me why this happened. I don't want to hear the legalities. I just want to know how waiting until 3 hours before the first pitch to notify me that I won't be getting my tickets is any form of customer service. Buyer beware. If you don't receive your tickets immediately after you purchase them, there is no guarantee that you will receive them, no matter how far in advance you purchase them.

How do you possibly add all these exorbitant fees? I bought 2 $200 tickets which is ridiculous enough, but you add $150 in additional fees, listed as: Applicable fee-- I paid for the ticket, what is this fee? Delivery fee-- you're not delivering a thing! There's no paper tickets! Transaction fee- maybe $5 for credit card transfer. Seriously, how do you justify this! This is utterly ridiculous!

Tickets not delivered drove three hours tried to enter the venue and was told that the barcode I had was no good. I contacted StubHub. They attempted to contact the seller with negative results I paid $782.11 and drove over three hours one way I will never buy from SeatGeek or StubHub again I will never buy from these dirtbags again

ABSOLUTELY HORRENDOUS EXPERIENCE WITH STUBHUB - AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE! I recently had the misfortune of dealing with StubHub, and let me tell you, it was nothing short of a nightmare. I purchased two tickets for the Madonna Show in Montreal scheduled for August 19, 2023, a Saturday. Little did I know that this would be the beginning of a series of disappointments and frustrations that would leave me questioning why I ever decided to use StubHub in the first place. To add insult to injury, I went ahead and reserved a hotel in Montreal, only to end up losing my entire stay due to the rescheduling of the event. When the new date was finally posted, I promptly contacted StubHub to explain my situation, thinking that they would be understanding and empathetic. Boy, was I wrong. The so-called "customer service" representative I spoke to had the audacity to suggest that I sell my tickets if I couldn't make it to the rescheduled event. Following their advice, I did just that, attempting to salvage something from this whole mess. Unfortunately, my tickets remained unsold, and I found myself back on the phone with StubHub. This is where the true nightmare began. Despite the initial assurance that if my tickets didn't sell, I would be refunded the amount I paid for them, StubHub suddenly changed their tune. When I contacted them for the refund they had promised, they callously informed me that they had no intention of refunding my hard-earned money. In a nutshell, StubHub is a deceitful and heartless company that preys on the vulnerability of its customers. They make promises they have no intention of keeping and, in the end, leave you high and dry with an empty wallet. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS! I urge anyone reading this review to steer clear of StubHub and explore alternative ticketing options that value their customers and uphold their promises. Save yourself the stress, frustration, and disappointment – StubHub is not worth your time or money.

Don't buy from STUBHUB THEY DON'T GUARANTEE THEIR TICKETS LIKE THEY ADVERTISE EVEN AFTER THEY AGREE TO. IF THE BAND CANCELS THEY WILL NOT REFUND.

I bought some tickets they didn't have them and they told me 30 minutes before the event and I ran out of tickets I drove 9 hours to see that event don't trust StubHub

Stub hub is freaking trash I purchased tickets for Dallas cowboys game to take place on Dec 30th for my sons surprise 13 birthday I bought the tickets pd got confirmed then in they canceled my tickets and refunded my money I hate them ill never use them again just ruined my son bday surprise n then couldn't give me a reason why it was cancelled

wow.....it seems stub hub is consistent with its complaints!!!!!!The service you get just plain sucks!after they acknowledged there was a GLITCH in THEIR system they still refused to credit my account for the billy joel tickets.it seems that stub hub is manipulating free enterprise so they can capitalize for themselves!just read the other reviews,the tone sounds very similar

StubHub ripped me off. I bought football season tickets. When I purchased them, I already anticipated selling most tickets and only attending a couple games. So the games I knew I wouldn’t attend, I sold on StubHub. Everything went smooth for the first few games. I transferred the tickets to the buyers and I got my payment the following week how I was supposed to. Then for one game I sold tickets for that would have made most of my money back, the buyer never received or accepted my transfer. I transferred these exactly the same way I did the previous tickets with no issue. So if it was the buyer’s fault or StubHub’s faulty system, I am not sure. But either way, I got a complaint notification email an hour before the event took place. So I did not see it until after the event. After sending proof I transferred the tickets several weeks prior to the event, StubHub did not accept my proof. Then, instead of coming out even by not receiving my payment, StubHub charged me for the cost of the tickets when I never received any payment to begin with. So instead of making money by what I charged for the tickets and doing everything the way I was supposed to, I lost the amount of the charge myself. So my loss was 2x the amount I should have actually made on the sell. I called them to explain the situation, and they weren’t much help. Finally, after clearly stating my unhappiness in a demanding way, I got a request sent to receive a reimbursement. So I did get reimbursed on my unfair charge, but was never given my payment for the sell. So I got a few hundred dollars ripped off. Customer service is awful. They don’t work with you at all. I’ll never use Stub Hub again. Save your money and use a more professional ticket platform. It’s fraud.

They sell tickets for events. When events are postponed then they want you to sell the tickets. I purchased 1245.00 for tickets to peace out tour in Cincinnati Ohio for 01-04-2024. I can't attend another date. And also they don't even have another date. It's 12 -08-2023. I will never buy another thing from this company. I recommend that you don't either. I don't see how it is legal to even do what they are doing to people. Very stressful to deal with this company except for when they take your money.

Back in July I bought 2 tickets to see U2 at the Sphere in Vegas on Dec 2nd for $800 each from StubHub. They were great seats and I was so excited. I got an email confirmation from them saying my purchase was confirmed and my StubHub dashboard said "Event Status Confirmed" in big green font. They "guaranteed" I would have the tickets by Dec 2. So we boarded our dog, booked our flights to Vegas and got a hotel which together cost well over $1,000. The tickets never arrived. I called StubHub an hour before showtime and they said well too bad we don't have those tickets anymore. They tried to get me to accept TERRIBLE seats for the same price! Talk about bait and switch! When I checked online earlier that day I saw similar seats to the ones I bought in July were selling for 3x what I paid. I'm convinced they resold them for a higher price or they let the seller resell them for a higher price so they could get a higher fee. And when I complained all they did is point to their User Agreement that basically says they can do whatever they want and owe you nothing but what you originally paid. So if they can make more money they will and just say screw you when you call to complain. There is NO GUARANTEE THEY WILL GIVE YOU THE TICKETS YOU PURCHASED FROM THEM. Do not use StubHub! They are crooks and they will hang you out to dry and leave you standing outside the Sphere with no tickets if they can make a few extra bucks. Shameful!

Stubhub is horrible! 3rd party sales. Bought tickets, concert venue would not accept. Venue had numerous issues with Stubhub constantly at every concert!

I ordered 4 tickets to the Drake concert and had great seats for my budget. I received the tickets and accepted them from a 3rd party person and they were for the Wrong date. My receipt had the correct date and they ran my credit card immediately. This all happened on a Monday. I called customer support 5 times between Monday and Saturday. Nobody responded or did there job until I asked to speak with a supervisor. I had to return my good seats for the wrong date and they were supposed to give me a link for correct date tickets. Well 4 days went by without a message or call from stubhub and so I again called on a Saturday. They Finally found my order and sent the link for new tickets.. Guess what there was no more tickets left for the concert because stubhub took to long to get back to me. The only thing they could do was give me a refund for my purchase, while I lost my seats. It was not even my fault it was stubhubs fault for issuing the wrong dated tickets. They did not help me find tickets for the correct date and they made me feel like it was my fault. So I ended up purchasing crapy seats for more money. They did give me a voucher for a percentage off. But that didn't even help. I paid more money with the percentage off and got horrible seats. I do not recommend Stub hub for ticket buying. The customer service is absolutely horrible. They seemed like they had no idea of what they were doing. Because of the Service I received I lost good seats and the pricing for the concert. Please check tickets from stub hub. There fan guarantee is bullcrap and worthless. Plus you can't understand anyone at stub hub and they don't understand what you are asking. I am so so upset about the situation.

Unfortunately StubHub failed miserably to get me my ticket in time. I missed a concert after waiting for months to attend . I made plane and hotel reservations based on their original email to me. A short time later another email pretty much with correct the time frame I didn't want a refund, I wanted to see this concert. Of course, any tix available through them were now double the price, so u are left out in the cold. They are also giving me a small voucher for future events, yah, I wouldn't use them again for free. Caveat Emptor. Let the buyer beware. I would have given them a minus star, not available. Shame on them!!!

Bruce Springsteen concert has been postponed twice. Stubhub refuses to refund as it's not canceled! Ridiculous policy. I can understand if the customer decides to back out that it's the customers issue. This is the band postponing until 2024. I paid for tickets in February of 2023. Stubhub will have had my money for a product not received. That is a rip off. On a hope that maybe next year the tickets will be used? BS and a horrible way to do business.
