Bruce Springsteen concert has been postponed twice. Stubhub refuses to refund as it's not canceled! Ridiculous policy. I can understand if the customer decides to back out that it's the customers issue.
This is the band postponing until 2024. I paid for tickets in February of 2023. Stubhub will have had my money for a product not received. That is a rip off. On a hope that maybe next year the tickets will be used? BS and a horrible way to do business.
