“Purchasing and receiving the tickets was a pretty simple process, the part that made me mad was when asked if I wanted to buy a parking pass, which said yes and after paying $33, I get to the venue and the highest parking was $10. The only issue I’ve had - I’m from Slovenia, was with tickets tranfer to Ticketmaster account. Ticketmaster doesn’t operate in Slovenia, so a friend from Austria helped me create a Ticketmaster account using his phone.”
“Purchasing tickets was easy for the stray kids concert on June 10th which I had purchased back in April and received two days before the concert the only trouble I had with StubHub was the hassle of going through to transfer my parking pass that I sold to a buyer and I had to contact customer service for it and luckily they got it to the buyer and completed my transfer. I have used StubHub last year for a breaking Benjamin concert and receive my tickets fairly quick”
