“They forgot to let me know my tickets were refunded to primal owner and had to go to event just to get told my tickets were refunded and they could not get me new tickets cuz they were sold out and all I got was a full refund”
“I ordered an EDC LV 3-day pass through them and the wristband shipped super fast. The initial date for receiving the ticket was set super close to the festival date, but there was a fedex tracking that posted under that and we got it with plenty of time. I was kind or leery because of so many negative reviews but honestly it was a great experience for us. I would use it again.”
