“I bought tickets for a "live" show at the Fox Theater, thru Stubhub. I show up, and it's a movie on a screen sing a-long. This is deceptive marketing practices. Will never purchase tickets thru them again.”

“False advertising games in the stadium I chose. Customer service tried ask for screenshots of the experience to verify if it was true. Why would I have screenshots of my mobile online experience? They refused a refund for 45 minutes while I continued to tell them I wanted to speak with a supervisor.”
