“Had tickets to a concert in a different state and the concert was postponed. Stubhub refused to refund my 3 tickets and I could only go on the originally scheduled date. I asked for a refund and they refused and when I asked to speak with a Supervisor they refused. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS THIRD PARTY SELLER!!!!”
“Stub Hub is a crappy scam company. I bought tickets a year in advance to a concert. Never got the tickets, they made me wait until an hour before the concert, which I drove 4 hours to go to and got 3 hotel rooms for. Then they offered me obstructed view upper deck tickets to replace the tickets that i bought which were 100 level seating. They would not let me speak to a manager, I ended up using ticketmaster last minute for new tickets. Complete Scam, never use stub hub.”
