“The worst experience! Ordered 3 tickets for concert, still had not received them by noon the day of the event. I called 4 times, 3 of which i was hung up on and when I finally got a supervisor all she wanted to do was read her "script" to me and tell me the rights of the seller. Stubhub in NO WAY was worried about me the customer. Told me if i didnt have the tickets by 4 pm i could have a refund... the event started at 4 pm so i didnt receive them by then, i would have no way into the event! HORRIBBLE.... DO NOT USE!”

“This is the worst company on the internet. They bait and switch tickets. You think you buy one thing such as covered parking close to the event and they send you another, in my case outdoor parking that was a 20 minute walk to the stadium. Their "guarantee" is completely false. When you try to get a refund online you get a "virtual assistant" that does virtually nothing but waste your time. DO NOT USE THIS PLATFORM these people are crooks.”
“StubHub advertised tickets with a clear view but when we showed up it had an obstructed view. We repurchased new seats during the event on StubHub so they’d have proof that we needed to repurchase because the venue referred us back to them when addressed at guest services but when we reached out to StubHub their responses were clearly scripted and had zero interested in refunding or issuing a credit. Blaming the seller and referring us back to the venue. Basically they have zero customer service didn’t even attempt to research and try to help resolve the matter. No longer a StubHub customer.”

“Bought tickets on Friday morning for Deric Cahill's Saturday night show at the Funny Bone in Virginia Beach and was absolutely shocked at the seats. Our table was in the first row after VIP seating. We were 25 feet from Deric. It was an amazing experience. He was awesome and I am glad I double checked Stubhub, because their prices were almost half the price as 3 other websites selling tickets for the same show!! I was purchasing 4 tickets, so Stubhub saved me almost $150 that we then could use on food and drinks at the show!!”
