“Absolutely the best place to get your tickets. I bought 2 tickets to see Chris Issak Christmas show. As usual and fully expected the seller didn't have my tickets. They were very very far from the stage but was all that I could afford. So the seller, at first offered me worst tickets. So I called Stub hub. I explained my disappointment in a very nice way. The seller sent me front orchestra seats. 6 rows from the stage behind the pit at the Gallo Center in Modesto California. We were so close you could see every detail in Chris's sparkling suit. Every drop of sweat! It was hands down fabulous. Stubhub is the best. But if you call up with a bad attitude you're going to probably be a one star reviewer! Stubhub is fabulous and keep their guarantees. You are in charge of how they treat you. I highly recommend! Thank you Stubhub! Merry 🤶 Christmas! That being said, I purchased Aerosmith tickets and since all future events have been cancelled until further notice, I asked for a refund for the 4 tickets I bought. NOPE, not gonna happen! Apparently, the future events have been "postponed" so Stubhub refused to refund my money even though no future events have been scheduled and may never be due to the severity of Steven Tyler's injury. I'm not taking this "lying down" - I'm filing complaints with every applicable agency and a civil suit against them. We'll see where that gets me . . .”

Ellos dicen que habĂa algo mal en esto (lo cual no es correcto porque aĂşn ahora puedo corroborar cĂłmo está detallado). Dicen que el comprador devolviĂł la entrada lo cual dudo imperiosamente dado que las comprĂł minutos antes del juego y la compra fue confirmada. “StubHub ripped me off. I bought football season tickets. When I purchased them, I already anticipated selling most tickets and only attending a couple games. So the games I knew I wouldn’t attend, I sold on StubHub. Everything went smooth for the first few games. I transferred the tickets to the buyers and I got my payment the following week how I was supposed to. Then for one game I sold tickets for that would have made most of my money back, the buyer never received or accepted my transfer. I transferred these exactly the same way I did the previous tickets with no issue. So if it was the buyer’s fault or StubHub’s faulty system, I am not sure. But either way, I got a complaint notification email an hour before the event took place. So I did not see it until after the event. After sending proof I transferred the tickets several weeks prior to the event, StubHub did not accept my proof. Then, instead of coming out even by not receiving my payment, StubHub charged me for the cost of the tickets when I never received any payment to begin with. So instead of making money by what I charged for the tickets and doing everything the way I was supposed to, I lost the amount of the charge myself. So my loss was 2x the amount I should have actually made on the sell. I called them to explain the situation, and they weren’t much help. Finally, after clearly stating my unhappiness in a demanding way, I got a request sent to receive a reimbursement. So I did get reimbursed on my unfair charge, but was never given my payment for the sell. So I got a few hundred dollars ripped off. Customer service is awful. They don’t work with you at all. I’ll never use Stub Hub again. Save your money and use a more professional ticket platform. It’s fraud.”

“They sell tickets for events. When events are postponed then they want you to sell the tickets. I purchased 1245.00 for tickets to peace out tour in Cincinnati Ohio for 01-04-2024. I can't attend another date. And also they don't even have another date. It's 12 -08-2023. I will never buy another thing from this company. I recommend that you don't either. I don't see how it is legal to even do what they are doing to people. Very stressful to deal with this company except for when they take your money.”
“Back in July I bought 2 tickets to see U2 at the Sphere in Vegas on Dec 2nd for $800 each from StubHub. They were great seats and I was so excited. I got an email confirmation from them saying my purchase was confirmed and my StubHub dashboard said "Event Status Confirmed" in big green font. They "guaranteed" I would have the tickets by Dec 2. So we boarded our dog, booked our flights to Vegas and got a hotel which together cost well over $1,000. The tickets never arrived. I called StubHub an hour before showtime and they said well too bad we don't have those tickets anymore. They tried to get me to accept TERRIBLE seats for the same price! Talk about bait and switch! When I checked online earlier that day I saw similar seats to the ones I bought in July were selling for 3x what I paid. I'm convinced they resold them for a higher price or they let the seller resell them for a higher price so they could get a higher fee. And when I complained all they did is point to their User Agreement that basically says they can do whatever they want and owe you nothing but what you originally paid. So if they can make more money they will and just say screw you when you call to complain. There is NO GUARANTEE THEY WILL GIVE YOU THE TICKETS YOU PURCHASED FROM THEM. Do not use StubHub! They are crooks and they will hang you out to dry and leave you standing outside the Sphere with no tickets if they can make a few extra bucks. Shameful!”

“I was promised to get my tickets prior a football game and haven’t received them. I traveled to another country and paid for accommodation, waited in a 3 hour line in order to get to that game. As I arrived at the Stadium counter, I was informed that I don’t have tickets on my app account. Because of their bad costumer service, three people waisted money for nothing! Their guarantee doesn’t mean anything! I’m asking for a compensation for this but I’m sure those scammers won’t even answer me now.”
“I ordered 4 tickets to the Drake concert and had great seats for my budget. I received the tickets and accepted them from a 3rd party person and they were for the Wrong date. My receipt had the correct date and they ran my credit card immediately. This all happened on a Monday. I called customer support 5 times between Monday and Saturday. Nobody responded or did there job until I asked to speak with a supervisor. I had to return my good seats for the wrong date and they were supposed to give me a link for correct date tickets. Well 4 days went by without a message or call from stubhub and so I again called on a Saturday. They Finally found my order and sent the link for new tickets.. Guess what there was no more tickets left for the concert because stubhub took to long to get back to me. The only thing they could do was give me a refund for my purchase, while I lost my seats. It was not even my fault it was stubhubs fault for issuing the wrong dated tickets. They did not help me find tickets for the correct date and they made me feel like it was my fault. So I ended up purchasing crapy seats for more money. They did give me a voucher for a percentage off. But that didn't even help. I paid more money with the percentage off and got horrible seats. I do not recommend Stub hub for ticket buying. The customer service is absolutely horrible. They seemed like they had no idea of what they were doing. Because of the Service I received I lost good seats and the pricing for the concert. Please check tickets from stub hub. There fan guarantee is bullcrap and worthless. Plus you can't understand anyone at stub hub and they don't understand what you are asking. I am so so upset about the situation.”
“Unfortunately StubHub failed miserably to get me my ticket in time. I missed a concert after waiting for months to attend . I made plane and hotel reservations based on their original email to me. A short time later another email pretty much with correct the time frame I didn't want a refund, I wanted to see this concert. Of course, any tix available through them were now double the price, so u are left out in the cold. They are also giving me a small voucher for future events, yah, I wouldn't use them again for free. Caveat Emptor. Let the buyer beware. I would have given them a minus star, not available. Shame on them!!!”
“They charged my credit card $500., they called it a penalty for being unable to transfer tickets due to a third parties glitch. All of this took place within the first hour of the purchase, so the buyer was not inconvenienced. They confirmed it was not my fault, but charged me anyway. After 6 weeks, 20+ phone calls and countless emails, I gave up trying to get it back.”
