“I bought Toronto Coldplay tickets for Mon July 7, 2025 for a family Birthday gift & received tickets for Sat July 12, 2025. I repeatedly called Stubhub complaining but their computer system & customer service is terrible. I was told the concert date had changed & to go on the July 7 date even though the tickets didn't match, then another call to go on the July 12 date. I begged for a refund repeatedly as I am not driving 2 hours each way to concert to be turned away on the wrong date. No one could provide a clear answer. After many calls & escalations with no result, a couple days before the concert when I was so upset they finally gave me instructions to return the tickets with no promise of refund. I will never buy from stubhub again.”

Purchase tickets for Friday night show and was given Saturday night.
Called operator who was super friendly but kept giving me the runaround that we gotta give the seller a chance to rectify the situation with which went on for three days and I had to keep calling StubHub to keep it moving forward today. I sent the wrong tickets back and they offered me a 25% discount to keep the wrong tickets After I told them I wouldn’t be in town for Saturday night show .
Great operators but just a terrible system when dealing with deceptive sellers I won’t use StubHub anymore.

“They screwed me on tickets i never rec'd. Claim the seller delivered, but I was on the phone w their people dealing w non receipt. I was told id get a refund, but the company failed to provide that refund. Nothing but a run around. I wil never use these people again!!”
“They took my money for seats at a show and gave me lawn seats instead. 24 hours of chats, emails, and calls and still no resolution. The tickets you buy are not guaranteed and customer service is a joke.”
“They did not provide the original purchaser’s ID in time for the start of VIP perks even though we asked for it weeks ahead of time. Many chats, many emails said I was protected under FanProtect guarantee for refund.
They asked me for proof the tickets weren’t used. Ticketmaster said they could not provide it. They then started sending me emails repeating the same thing, that I received the ID in time for the concert (won’t address the fact that it was too late for VIP) and that their records show the tickets were used.
On chat, I demanded proof they were used. Agent admitted they have no proof, they asked me to provide proof so they have been lying the whole time about the tickets being used.
FanProtect guarantee is worthless and I am out over $2000. They also end chats when they do not want to answer your questions.”
“We bought tickets for dude perfect for our kids for christmas. We went to the show and the tickets would not let us in. We purchased them from Stubhub which transferred them to ticketmaster where it showed our seats. But when we got the entrance there was no barcode. The customer service said that our seats were sold and we finally had to purchase the tickets again and missed the whole first part of the show. Very disappointed for our kids. We hopefully will get a refund, but who is going to pay for the stress and disappointment of missing most of the show.”
“They are by far the most unreliable vendor of tickets and I have used most sites out there. Left me and my kids high and dry for a concert tonight, that we were en route to, and their only remedy was a refund. Try explaining that to a carful of teenage girls.”
