“I have just bought two tickets for Leeds V Burnley on Friday. All of the away end tickets were clearly highlighted in red on the initial purchasing page apart from my tickets. This was shown in faded smaller text on the following page which I missed (and is very easy to do so). I called Stubhub immediately to try and rectify and was told there is nothing they can do and I need to re-sell the tickets. The whole process has been very misleading and I cannot see why all away tickets would not all be marked in red. I am very disappointed with the customer service that I have received and would recommend anyone to use caution or buy elsewhere. Surely a genuine mistake due to misleading advertising should be rectified by the company that has sold the ticket?”
