“My wife bought some tickets to a play and was sent tickets for the wrong day. She is yet to get her money back. Since then, I have bought all my tickets on Seat Geek and plan to continue to do so. And Stubhub used to me my go to place to buy tickets. I would give it zero stars if that was an option.”

THEN WHEN YOU CALL TO REQUEST A REFUND THEY WILL TELL YOU THAT THE SELLER HAS UNTIL THE DAY OF THE EVENT TO CORRECT IT OR THEY WILL HONOR ANOTHER TICKET OF EQUAL VALUE. THE DAY OF THE EVENT IS TOO LATE TO RESELL A CRAPPY SEAT!
I EVEN TOLD A SUPERVISOR I WAS RECORDING THE CALL & HE ACTUALLY TRIED TO TELL ME I "WASN'T ALLOWED TO RECORD THE CALL!" UMMM SIR, MAYBE IN YOUR COUNTRY PEOPLE CAN'T BUT, THAT DOES NOT WORK IN THE US.
THEY HAVE IT INCORPORATED IN THEIR CALL SCRIPTS THAT THEY ARE PLACING THE CALL ON HOLD FOR "5 TO 10" WHILE THEY REVIEW THE INFORMATION AND THEY WILL KEEP DOING IT OVER & OVER. IT DOESN'T TAKE ANYONE 5 MINS TO LOOK AT A EMAIL. THEY DO THIS THINKING YOU WILL GET TIRED OF BEING ON HOLD & YOU WILL JUST HANG UP
ALSO IF YOU LOOK THEM UP ON THE FTC WEBSITE THEY HAVE MULTIPLE JUDGEMWNTS AGAINST THEM!

“I had purchase tickets to a show at Dorothy Chandler pavilion. Upon arrival I was told that the tickets I purchased were no good as they belonged to someone else. I got on an AI chat attempting to fix the situation. Since it was an opera show it starts at the notes time. No late entry. The box office offered me discounted tickets so I took them. During intermission StubHub emailed me that the seller uploaded me incorrect tickets. Stub hub had sent me replacement tickets after the shows start time. No refund they say as they had provided tickets after the fact’. I have tickets for one more event and then I will no longer do business with these thieves. I’ve submitted complaint with better business bureau. Good luck out there”
“My tickets never showed up on the day of my Chevelle concert but Stubhub figured it out and slightly upgraded my seats. I was very happy with my new seats, the venue(Grand Sierra, Reno NV). The people at the concert, from the fans, to the drink area, to the seat finders were amazing. Also, the Chevelle concert was fabulous, and the lead singer sounded amazing still! Loved everything about the night!”
“Their site says that gift cards don't expire, but apparently they do. I tried to use my gift card and got a message that it was no longer valid. Not a message that it had a $0 balance, but it was just no longer valid. Customer service was absolutley no help at all. They say they investigated the matter, but of course no one ever contacted me about it. I contacted them and guess what, their "investigation" deemed that my card was no longer valid! What a surprise. Of course, no one could tel what exactly that means.”
“I (as HK visitor) use StubHub to purchase baseball and NBA tickets in Boston easily after failure to do via Ticketmaster.
It is good experience to use as less issues.
