“The purchase process was smooth, overall I didn’t get my tickets till like 20 minutes before show. Very upset normally I like to arrive 60 minutes before it starts to avoid long lines. Wish you all would get mobile tickets to customers sooner if there tickets have to be replaced.”
“Stubhub is a terrible heartless greedy corporate monstrosity. I could not transfer one of the tickets I purchased to the Yankees playoffs to my friend so I had to eat the ticket. They would not refund me the price of the ticket amd fought my credit card when I initiated a dispute. Please, for the love of God, do not use Stubhub.”
“I had bought tickets for Mat Mathews through Stubhub and one of my tickets was scalped. I've been trying to get my money back from them since they say they are fan protected. Which is bs. They have gave me the run around for 4 days now and I'm reporting them to the BBB. I will never buy from them again. I went to look on my account this morning and why was 2 now tickets bought for an event that I did not buy. So I had to unlink my credit card that was on file. Smh do better Stubhub. I still have not received my refund. In the picture the one shows I was going to the 8pm show. Go to show downloaded it and it's for the 5pm show and they scanned it and that ticket had already been used.”
“I bought floor tickets for me and my wife from StubHub and waited outside the building and my tickets never came. StubHub attempted to give me other tickets which was way away from the floor seats like I purchased. It was very embarrassing to wait in front and never get in and because it was so last minute. I couldn’t even get any good seats to see the ring ceremony. We paid for parking tickets through stub hub they wouldn’t refund parking.”
“Was a bit worried reading some of the reviews and experiences, but fortunately I had a good experience. Tickets were pretty much sold out from release and there was no official resale avenue I could take (i.e. Ticketek Marketplace), so tried StubHub. Bought some great seats a few days out from the concert date, got them straight after payment. What caught me off guard was the fees - $160 tickets (originally $140 - I'm happy to pay that mark up) but fees were $85 per ticket. I don't think they were originally listed at all. But regardless, I wasn't willing to miss out on this concert so I was gonna pay anyway.”
“A seller did not send me tickets for an evening game by the afternoon deadline. StubHub worked very quickly with me to provide other tickets so we could still attend.”
