“I purchased tickets from StubHub and the show got canceled. Per the original ticket vendor, per the venue and per the artist himself the show was CANCELED. StubHub refused to acknowledge the show was canceled and repeatedly tried to tell me the show was “rescheduled” despite concrete evidence that it was in fact , CANCELED, and refused to refund my $250. Disgraceful. Their customer service will simply try to talk you in circles and are not helpful whatsoever. I will not be using StubHub ever again.”
“The StubHub app made it very simple to purchase the tickets and find the best seats. You can easily see what sections are available and the best ticket prices for seats in that section. The tickets were delivered quickly and easily after I made the purchase. Definitely will use them again.”
“My ticket was not released on time. I contacted customer service . The young man who helped me. Had to research how best to get me to the show. He called me back and sent me a new ticket not for the original seat, but the view was comparable. He was amazing. The show was fantastic. Thanks”
“We spent about $10,000 to fly to Pittsburgh for the Steelers/Texans game. We bought 10 tickets, and airfare/vrbo. I checked the site a day before the game and saw that the seller would not release the tickets. We were then given an option to get a refund or find alternative tickets. Well we were moved to a different section, and higher up... YET STILL PAID THE SAME AMOUNT. Stubhub sent me a $30 voucher. That is an absolute slap in the face. I will NEVER use Stubhub again!!!!!”
“We purchased the ticket for a performer that we really wanted to see. They were sold as ORCHESTRA section 300 row AA. When we got to the venue and brought the ticket up on our phone the seats changed to Section 300 Row Y and seats 5 and 6. Some how we went from the first row in the venue to the third from last row. When I contacted StubHub the next day they said we had to call them the day of the event and since we used the tickets nothing could be done. The sales practices of this company are very misleading and they hope that the customer will end up at the venue with not enough time to have to fix the issue.”
“I was charged a 950 seller error because after a ticket was sold it remained live (even though it said the sale was closed and taken off line and this was confirmed by a worker via phone), i tried to dispute and they never even got back to me. I then got a random 500 charge not connected to any purchase or sale, that they cant even find. They said theres nothing they can do for either. They then asked if i could fill out another dispute and the link wouldn't even work.”
“Everything about this transaction went smoothly. From the purchase of NFL Wild Card seats, to them being transferred to me quickly. Overall, we were extremely satisfied.”
“It was HORRIBLE for both parking and tickets.
For parking We get there to 6653 N 95th Ave, Glendal, Arizona at 1638, 1 hour before game time and they tell us the parking lot is full. How's that possible if you sell tickets for it, you should know how many spaces there are. They sent us behind them to a hotel parking lot which was fine but upon trying to leave the arms wouldn't work and we were all stuck inside until someone came and lifted the arm up for us all to get out. Also the ticket they give you says make sure your license plate is in the little space for it but there's no way to add it on, so I had to call them to add it on there so I don't get towed and to get back out without double paying.
Buying tickets was confusing as well. I purchased my tickets on here but they were delivered through Seat Geek so I had to download that app. Then had to make phone calls to make sure tickets were legit because it doesnt tell you they may come from somewhere else.
So all the extra time that had to be taken with stuff that could be told to you up front and making sure you could add your license plate would have saved emails, waiting on hold for an hour twice and having to deal with their AI bot would have been saved. It was stressful and killed the excitement before game day being worried.”
