“Sold two tickets for CMNT vs Ecuador and even though they literally sent me emails saying “your sale is complete” and “your tickets have been uploaded”, they then scammed me and said I didn’t upload my tickets and now refuse to pay me and refuse to respond to my inquiries. They are also refusing to allow me to dispute. Absolute rude thieves.”
“Did not deliver tickets, then offered worse tickets as a replacement (despite the guarantee saying comparable or better tickets would be offered). Custpmer Service said if you don't like it you can get a refund and buy other tickets, which now on the day were 5x the price. Bluntly told that was their policy.”

I have been a season ticket holder for years and not only did they not pay me after I transferred the tickets and provided proof of it to them by sending them the info they requested from tickets master. They had the balls to try and charge my credit card also. What a joke this company is terrible”

I have contacted StubHub twice since this has happened and they keep requesting proof it was cancelled. I sent a screenshot from the venue stating the show was cancelled and still nothing from StubHub. It has now been close to 2 months and still no help from StubHub. If you can purchase your tickets some other way do it - I will never use their service again.”
“Stubhub made me happy by allowing my best friend and I to go to a concert together. To be honest I had a small fear of the tickets being fake, or being released late. However my fears did not come into fruition, and instead I gained a new memory with my best friend. Thank you very much we both enjoyed!”
