But everything went very smoothly, I didn't have to wait long for a confirmation or the ticket itself, it was all sent via email in a couple of minutes. Great way to save some money or get tickets that aren't available anymore on the official website. Would definitely recommend/do it again!”
“PURCHASING THE TICKETS WAS PRETTY EASY. IT WAS THE PARKING PASS THAT I PAID AND ADDITONAL 41 DOLLARS TO PARK IN THE GARAGE DID NOT GET ACCURATE DIRECTIONS TO THE GARAGE. SO ENDED UP PAYING TO PARK ON THE STREET. CONTACTED CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THEY WERE RUDE AND REFUSED ME A REFUND. I WILL NOT BE PURCHASING THROUGH THE STUBHUB APP NO LONGER”
“StubHub - IMO - is much easier a platform to use than many of the others - one in particular that I will not name. The site is easy to use both on the app and on the laptop - I prefer the laptop for the screen size - but all that to say, the site has rarely, if ever, crashed on me and the representation of the purchase is fairly accurately depicted. If you are not familiar with a venue the seating or parking is a bit more tricky but all in all, stubhub and the maps provided are really quite accurate.”

“Everything went well with my 8 tickets, tried to sell 2 and then removed them as a family wanted them. Those 2 tickets were later sold 4 months later after I had cancelled my for sale post. Stubhub said I had to cancel and delete the 2 tickets. Very confusing, had to pay an additional $420 reimbursement to the person that thought they had purchased them.”
“I honestly would steer away from this company. Lack of empathy and business ethics. I purchased two seats selected seats to find out it was general admission. The price on the tickets were 3x cheaper the amount I paid for them. It was a great concert but the principle and misrepresentation and customer service was completely heinous.”
