“I purchased tickets back in April for The Isley Brothers at the Windcreek Casino on June 28th, and to receive a email telling me that you've been trying to reach me to inform me that my tickets were canceled is down right crazy. I will never in my life buy anything from you all. That was tasteless and poor customer service. I am definitely telling all of my family and friends to not purchased anything from you. For future references, don't canceled tickets on the customer who order two months before the concert. Wasted my time and had me thinking my tickets were secure. Never again!!!”
“Stubhub is basically running a racket. No refunds under any circumstances except a “death in the family” they told me. They say you can make your money back by re-selling but that’s an obvious lie. When you re-sell, then the buyer has to pay the same fees that you do so stubhub gets to cash in on double the fees while providing no actual service to you. The tickets are always more expensive on their website than from the venue because of the scalper fees.”
