“I bought tickets that were never sent to me, yet I was still charged. I tried contacting support, but they couldn't help me because it seems they simply don't verify the sellers' information or the validity of the tickets. The response was that I contacted them three days after the event, and the reason I contacted them three days later was because the transaction wasn't showing up in my bank account.”
“Sold me tickets to event event with age restrictions and never advertised it. I submitted proof from the actual venue and they fought with me and gave me the run around for a month. Then told me the tickets were released while they investigated. Telling this is my fault and now I’m out $140 for an event I cannot bring a child too. I even have in writing they see the age restrictions. Do not use this company you are not protected with their fan protection you will be screwed! First and last time using this company!”

The first time I used Stubhub there were problems and I didn’t get the tickets I ordered (I got tickets, but not the good seats I purchased) after traveling all the way to Las Vegas, but with documentation of screenshots from messages, download errors, photos, order confirmation, etc. Stubhub refunded my money and even called me personally.
