“After seeing 95% one star reviews on Yelp out of over 300 reviewers I have a hard time believing this site reporting nearly 70% positive. We paid over $500 per ticket for opening day at Dodger stadium in a reserve section behind home plate. The tickets weren't available until the day of the event and then many sections over in an area where the tickets are cheaper. The best that Stubhub could offer was a voucher for $400 off a future purchase. We didn't get what we paid for and Stubhub pays the seller for the cheaper seats and pockets the difference. Don't know how else you can describe this transaction other than fraud. To make matters worse they sell us parking in what they call Dodger Stadium. It turns out the parking pass is not valid at Dodger Stadium but for some lot downtown 2 miles away. More fraud. Stay away from these con artists. Lesson learned. Will never use this service again.”

This week I found same-day tickets to a sold-out show I have been wanting to see. They were very reasonable priced, I purchased them in under 2 minutes and they were delivered to my phone within minutes. It could not have been easier process. AND THE CONCERT WAS AMAZING.”

What if you made an option the buyer could set a price the want to pay for seats in a specific section. Then a seller could choose to sell them the seats at the buyers price.”
“I had a ticket issue and StubHub customer service was excellent in resolving it.
After not receiving tickets from the seller in the hours before the show, StubHub immediately provided replacement tickets that actually upgraded our seats! Everything went very smoothly after that.
I do wish there were better processes to ensure tickets are real and delivered on time by sellers, but ultimately StubHub made sure I was covered and the event went off without a hitch. Thanks so much!”
