“After having to reset my account, everything else went smoothly. The tickets came to me quickly & there were no issues once we got to the arena & staff scanned our mobile tickets. We have historically not sat in section S, so I was skeptical but we had really great seats, a perfect view of the game & the price was reasonable.”

“While the heart attack of receiving an email ON THE WAY TO THE CONCERT saying that our seller wasn't able to deliver the tickets (I'm confident they sold them for more), Stubhub did automatically replace them with better tickets. But the hour it took for confirmation of where those seats were, and to be able to access our tickets was a bit of a cardiac arrest. The only advice I have is that Stubhub should verify the seller's delivery well in advance of the event to avoid this last-minute stress.”

“We got the tickets fine but the parking was a joke!!! It said it was a 15 minute walk. Very misleading! According to Google Maps it was a 29 minute walk. It was 1.7 miles to the event! We had to hire taxis to get us to the event and back to our car. I called and complained but no refund under a 30 minute walk. Also, when I ordered the tickets, it didn’t give me a chance to bypass the parking. I’ll never order through stubhub again!!”
