“I usually have good luck with Stubhub but the parking spot they issued was about a mile from the park. No attendant on premises to ask for help. The form on my email would not let me enter my license plate number. So I paid through the garage app for a sketchy place to park.
Then to enter the event only one of my two tickets went through to Apple wallet.
Took about 20 minutes to resolve and my grandson was impatient to enter. May be user error but I was frustrated.”
“Never use StubHub. Purchased FIFA World cup tickets in Dec, 2025. Still haven't received the tickets. Same answer, every time we called customer service, "Seller hasn't released the tickets, but we guarantee you that you will receive them 3 hrs before the game starts, if not there will be full refund". They are like robots repeating the same answer. Extremely frustrating experience. Will never use their service again.”

“I had a very disappointing experience with StubHub regarding my ticket delivery for a live event. In the days leading up to the concert, I contacted StubHub multiple times because I had not received my tickets. I was repeatedly told by different representatives that I should wait, as tickets are often transferred the day before, day of, or even a few hours before the event. I relied on this information and continued waiting.
On the day of the event, I still had not received my tickets. I spent several hours contacting StubHub and was placed on long hold times multiple times. I was also promised callbacks twice, neither of which ever happened. I received inconsistent information from different agents, and the situation was not escalated in a timely manner despite the urgency.
As a result, I was left uncertain about whether I would be able to attend the event and had to travel to the venue without a confirmed ticket. I ultimately received my tickets shortly before the event started, but the experience caused unnecessary stress, confusion, and I missed the opportunity to enter early and enjoy the full experience of the event.
While I am glad I eventually received access, the lack of communication, missed callbacks, and inconsistent support made the process extremely frustrating. I hope StubHub improves how it handles last-minute ticket issues and customer support during time-sensitive events.”
