“We were delayed entry at the gate because the bar code in the stub hub app would not scan for any of the gate scanners. Although they eventually allowed us to enter, it was a bad experience. I asked to have some of the service fee refunded, since the service was very bad, but Stub Hub customer service refused to provide any compensation at all!”
“If I could put a negative rating on STUBHUB I would. They claim they had transferred my ticket to AXS, but the ticket never transferred. I couldn’t get a hold of anybody seeing how the number just hangs up on you. I try to get a hold of somebody for hours. Never got through to anybody now they’re saying they can’t give me a refund for a show. I never attended because I didn’t take a screenshot. I will never use StubHub ever again.”
“We were worried that I made a mistake. Initially I had buyers remorse and we almost canceled it on my credit card. So glad that we didn't. The seats were great. The system is user friendly. Ill use stub again for sure.”

“This was my first StubHub experience. I was very happy. I got $1800 orchestra seats for Jacob Collier at Carnegie Hall for about $350. If there is anything I could offer StubHub as feedback, I would love it if they sent the digital ticket sooner, rather than 24 hours before the show. I did this on faith. Flew to NYC, took a hotel room, and just assumed I would get the ticket on time before the show. Which is exactly how it went down. But it would have been even better, if the ticket was made available at the time of the purchase. Otherwise, this was great. I had the best seats at the best performance.”
