“We purchased "Reserved" concert tickets to a recent event. When our tickets were scanned at the event we found out the seats on the tickets did not exist. The event organizers felt bad for us and allowed us to stay. We were only allowed in the back of "SRO" (Standing Room Only") area. We could hear the music but could not enjoy the live experience. Our reserved tickets were expensive. A supervisor at Stubhub (Sebastián) felt they met their obligations since were able to attend the concert. No refund was offered. We paid for a first-class experience and were relegated to the baggage storage area. Do not give Stubhub any of your money or business. They are engaging in deceptive business practices and will not honor their customer satisfaction pledge.”
“The 135 dollars I paid for parking was not worth it.. they had me park in a garage that I had to go around like 4 times to find the right entrance because they kept giving me wrong directions. And all the construction didn’t help at all.. bad experience not worth the money.. on a positive note the concert was awesome. But parking sucked”
“Very bad experience from communication to not receiving my tickets as they promised despite paying for it in advance. Don’t use them it is more like a scam to me as once you pay they bombarding you with no reply auto emails saying your tickets have been sent but you never receive them. When you contact them to complain you have to sign is and chat online with a representative who never come back to you with any answers just a waste of time ….”
“Don't get parking through Stub Hub. I tried all day to open the parking pass, had to call before I drove the hour to the Arena. All day long, "something went wrong, we're working on it. Try again later". I called, thought it was taken care of. Get to the parking garage, won't open. I went ahead and paid for parking AGAIN. Who wants to sit and deal with that? I called the next day, after talking with the computer, they connected me to Stacey, Jorge, Princess, who all ended the chat while I was replying. Finally, talked to Andrea, who told me, too bad. I told her this parking thing sounds like a scam. I'll never use them again.”
