“Very bad experience from communication to not receiving my tickets as they promised despite paying for it in advance. Don’t use them it is more like a scam to me as once you pay they bombarding you with no reply auto emails saying your tickets have been sent but you never receive them. When you contact them to complain you have to sign is and chat online with a representative who never come back to you with any answers just a waste of time ….”
“Don't get parking through Stub Hub. I tried all day to open the parking pass, had to call before I drove the hour to the Arena. All day long, "something went wrong, we're working on it. Try again later". I called, thought it was taken care of. Get to the parking garage, won't open. I went ahead and paid for parking AGAIN. Who wants to sit and deal with that? I called the next day, after talking with the computer, they connected me to Stacey, Jorge, Princess, who all ended the chat while I was replying. Finally, talked to Andrea, who told me, too bad. I told her this parking thing sounds like a scam. I'll never use them again.”

One of their competitors (guess who) decided they were going to cancel my ticket that I bought six months in advance four hours before the show. Stubhub had essentially the same ticket for 40 dollars less, and had it delivered to me and ready to go within an hour of me purchasing it. You guys rock, keep it up.”
