“The ticket was legit and you inform when it’s coming! The only “bummer” is if you need to travel you need to wait in case you buy a ticket with just some days left . But i had a very positive experience.”
“We got concert tickets and a parking pass through stub hub. The concert tickets were great! I am not sure if it was because of stub hub or parking hero that they work through that is the issue. But we drove around for almost 20 minutes to find out designated parking spot to be told we aren’t in the right spot and eventually had to just pay for parking separately.”

“Ordering and receiving our parking pass was easy and simple. Per the venue information...it stated that there was no parking available at the venue. I had to search everywhere to confirm that parking was indeed available onsite at the venue. I would suggest that there are clear instructions and information on this.”
