“I purchased tickets for the Bad Bunny concert in Madrid through StubHub and ended up receiving one fake ticket, which resulted in being denied entry to the stadium.
I traveled all the way from Sweden to Torrevieja and then drove 5 hours from Torrevieja to Madrid for the concert. I also paid for a hotel, rental car, fuel, and other travel expenses — all for absolutely nothing.
I have tried contacting customer service multiple times but have received no response and no refund for the invalid ticket.
I do not recommend buying tickets through this website, as they cannot guarantee reliable customer service or that their FanProtect Guarantee actually works. Despite heavily promoting this guarantee, they have failed to respond to my emails or provide any assistance.
It is extremely disappointing that StubHub allows the sale of invalid tickets and appears unwilling to take responsibility when problems occur.
I hope they contact me with a solution as soon as possible. Otherwise, I will be escalating this matter further and filing formal complaints with the appropriate consumer protection authorities.
