“I got a steal of a ticket, instead of paying $800 for the VIP section, I paid $80. I had a great time, I was just disappointed they didn’t take pics with us. I mean we are VIP, you should have been kind to us Benny and Selena. A selfie takes only 2 seconds. You could have done all of us at VIP for 10 minutes maybe less. Anyway, Thank You Stubhub!”

Turns out - Great Garage location for the concert however I found out once we got there that I would have only had to pay that day $15/parking. “My experience started out very stressful, but I was ultimately very happy with how StubHub handled the situation.
The original seller initially provided images of physical tickets through the “Get Tickets” option, but the barcodes were partially cut off and could not be properly scanned. After contacting StubHub about the issue, we were told the seller would provide corrected tickets by 5 PM on the day of the concert.
Unfortunately, 5 PM came and went and the seller never provided the corrected tickets. At that point, I escalated the issue with StubHub because the concert was that evening and we still did not have usable tickets.
This is where StubHub really came through. They allowed us to select replacement tickets with similar seating, and the replacement tickets worked perfectly. We were able to get into the concert without any further issues and had a great time.
I definitely could have done without the stress leading up to the concert, and I wish StubHub had intervened sooner once it was clear there was an issue with the original tickets. However, when the original seller ultimately failed to deliver usable tickets, StubHub honored their guarantee and made sure we were able to attend the event.
Based on how they resolved the situation, I would use StubHub again. Their customer service turned what could have been a terrible experience into a positive outcome.”
