Stubhub contacted me to confirm that I hadn't received them, and offered me an immediate full refund back to my credit card OR a Stubhub credit for the amount I paid PLUS an extra amount. I chose the Stubhub credit since I still wanted to go to the game. I got new tickets and have some credit money leftover.”
