“While purchasing tickets to a concert i went to last night stubhub asked if I wanted to purchase a parking pass. I added the parking pass which came out to almost 50 dollars.
Last night I get to the event and the parking lot is over half mile away, and there were several larger parking lots much close to the Sports Illustrated Stadium the event was at.
What made it even worse was not the walk, which we did not mind, but the fact that everyone that was parking at this parking lot of paying 20 dollars to park!!!
So stubhub puts me in one of the furthest parking lots AND makes me pay 150% more then everyone else!
Im done with stubhub altogether and will no longer use them as a service.
One additional note. The parking lot attendant said I was lucky, because my bar code worked. He stated several people with StubHub parking passes did not work that evening because their barcode would not go through.”

. My experience with purchased parking tkt for Brandi Carlile performance in Charlotte at the Spectrum was terrible ! The parking address didn't existe ! After an hour of driving around & calling parking company , I finally parked my car with assurance that it will not be fined or towed ! Few other cars were also in the same situation , we were all looking for the correct outdoor parking lot ! StubHub couldn't be contacted !!!”

“I only used StubHub as a last resort to go to Travers. I swore I would NEVER use StubHub again due us losing $700 on Dead & Co 8/1/25 concert in SF- we got our 4 tickets the day of the concert but they were not transferable so we could not get them to the other 2 people in our group in time. StubHub said they delivered the tickets to us on time, they blamed the vendor etc, so, tough luck! We’re still mad at StubHub and will be forever until they refund us $700.”
“Horrible company. Terrible customer service. They listed sell tickets that do not exist. They refuse to give money back under any circumstances. Their ticket guarantee is fake and they do not follow it.”
