It was my first time going to the venue and finding the parking was a little challenging so I wish the parking information came with a map or directions to get to the various parking areas. Nonetheless, when we were able to find it everything was smooth and very organized which made it easy to get to and from the venue.”

“I bought tickets for Texas Rivalry game Texas vs. OU through StubHub. Tickets never came through, reached out and got the seller and was able to receive tickets for the game and was told he did not go through StubHub. The parking I purchased through StubHub went to a third party ParkWhiz which turned out to be a scam. When I went to parking lady attendant said she had a couple of ppl with the same issue and that her parking was not even available through the website. They were private. When I tried getting refund through StubHub they escaled it and said I would get email and never did. Do not trust StubHub! They are a bunch of scammers!!”
“We ended up with great seats to Hamilton in NY, but didn’t text them until an hour before the show. They were better seats than I originally purchased. We loved the show. That being said it took a lot of finessing and working with customer service to get our tickets. We were on the phone while out to dinner trying to get the tickets. It was too stressful and almost ruined our evening. Even though we got the upgraded tickets I won’t use stubhub again. The woman in customer service was amazing, but having to wait until an hour before the show to get tickets I purchased the month before is not acceptable.”
