“The ticket buying experience was super easy, and i received the tickets within minutes after purchasing. We have purchased multiple tickets for baseball games, Disney on ice, monster jam etc. from stub hub and we have never had any problems.”

“Game Tickets were great, Mobile phone tickets were somewhat difficult to access. Spent an hour on the phone figuring it out.
Parking tickets were not able to be scanned at the parking garage. The e ticket that I printed out could not be read by the scanner at the facility 0as to big nd my phone could not be read either. Had to call the parking garage help number to get out, very un-satisfied with the parking purchase.”
“I ordered a ticket for parking 5 hours before the ball game started and did not receive the ticket within the promised time in the email. I created a chat and was promised that I would get the ticket in time. I did not get the ticket before we had to leave to go to the park so with the promise of refund if not received in time I went ahead and purchased a different ticket with immediate delivery and used it at the park. StubHub replaced the original ticket under a new order # but it was 2 hours after we had already parked and 4 minutes after the game had already started. When I asked for a refund of the original ticket - they refused because they had provided the replacement. How does that sound right? It isn't right. They sent me a useless replacement ticket that was NOT delivered timely -despite many assurances in the chat!!!”
“The Stubhub process was good -- I got a ticket I wanted at a good price. Retrieving my ticket from AXS was very difficult though. I know that's not you, but it was really bad and took multiple efforts over at least 30 minutes to get it. Their app is horrible.”
