“Unless you are buying tickets for an event nobody wants to attend, do not use this company. I purchased World Cup tickets in December of last year for myself and my son for the match in Seattle on 6/15/26. We live in Detroit, so I also purchased two airline tickets and booked a non‑refundable hotel for the trip.
The day before our travel, I received an email from StubHub informing me that the seller’s tickets were “not available,” which meant we suddenly had no tickets at all. They directed me to click a link to find replacements, but despite more than 100 attempts, nothing was ever available.
This was extremely stressful and disappointing, especially after months of planning and excitement. StubHub failed to honor their guarantee, and their last‑minute cancellation cost me significant time, money, and frustration.”

I purchased a parking pass for the FIFA world cup. When viewing the map of the parking lot you clearly see the lot next to the stadium. Well the lot is 8 miles away. StubHubs customer service will not refund and only offer to re sell no matter how many times I explained. Re sell will not cover the amount I payed. StubHub knows this is misleading yet they allow shady selling practices from their sellers. Take your business somewhere else they're not going to vouche for you if you get screwed.”
“I originally purchased 5 baseball tickets in Section 117 Row B. These tickets were never delivered. Instead, I was issued replacement tickets in Section 122 Row B.
The replacement tickets were not comparable to what I purchased. They had a significantly worse viewing angle and did not have visibility of the jumbotron, which is essential for viewing replays, statistics, and core game information. This materially reduced the value and experience of the event.
StubHub advertises a FanProtect Guarantee stating that replacement tickets will be comparable or better. These replacement tickets did not meet that standard.”
