“THE SEATS WERE GREAT, BUT IT TOOK AWHILE TO GET THE TICKETS (30 MINS) AND ANOTHER (30 MINS) TO ACCESS THE TICKETS TO BE SCANNED BY MSG ATTENDANTS. “It was communicated to me early on that I wouldn't receive the tickets until 4:00PM day of show, which candidly, made me nervous. At 4:05 the tickets had not come, and I went to a virtual chat with customer service and while on with them, the tickets arrived to my AXS account. Customer service stayed live with me until I opened my AXS app and confirmed the tickets were in, and I was good to go. Really impressed with the responsiveness of the virtual chat, and really, the tickets arrived all but on time - so no complaints.”
“not all that happy. When i got to the parking garage the attendant said that the lot was full. I told him i had a reserved ticket. he looked at it and told me to go ahead and enter the garage to see if i could find a space. Luckily we found one in front of an exit door. Evidently no one checked to see if this garage holds spaces because they evidently don't!”
