“Great show but the venue was unbelievably crowded & they only had 2 gates open to let people in. Also, ordered $20 parking pass with my tickets. The area was so crowded with streets blocked by police that I couldn't find the lot that I paid for. Ended up spending another $40 to park in the nearest lot before showtime. Spent $60 on parking. Good times!”
“I had a very good experience. Purchase was easy and straightforward. But a problem came up. For some reason, the tickets I purchased ended up bein invalid. I found that out when Stubhub notified me of the problem a few days in advance and provided replacement tickets with a **substantial** free upgrade. At least I think being moved from the bleachers to a front row box seat at a sporting event is an upgrade!”
