“Went to a FIFA World Cup game in Toronto but did not like the way the mobile tickets were transfered to the FIFA site... Lots of confusion with difficulty finding tickets/code on FIFA site. What added to the confusion was what we were told...that FIFA release game tickets/codes only a few hours before game time as an added security layer. I was grateful that the ticket office at Toronto Stadium was able to sort things out(2hrs and 15mins prior to game time!) and properly find my tickets on my mobile device. I've always just downloaded tickets from StubHub and then into my google wallet in the past... Way easier. StubHub App=easy... FIFA App=difficult/not good”
