Sent several screenshots but StubHub consistently pushed back and said the problem was on my end when it was NOT. Finally sent them email from SeatGeek confirming the tickets were removed from my account because the tickets sold were not authorized for resale, but StubHub still refuses to refund for tickets I don’t have. I had to go to credit card to dispute charges and get money back. Went on NFL team site and bought tickets which appeared in my SeatGeek account right away so the issue was NOT on my end. I will not use StubHub again. The second game tickets won’t transfer til the day of the game so I had to buy new tickets for that game also to ensure we have tickets on gameday. I will be asking credit card to remove that charge as well. Do not buy..,”
