Collectively for five calls I asked a manager to help me with selling my tickets due to technical problems. He assured that he is going to personally help me with the process and call me to follow up. That never happened after the call ended. The customer service is very poor and useless, they know how to sweet talk you but don’t help you with the issue and quick to give you false assurances. They wait to less are exceedingly long with the music that starts screeching your ears

“1) I wish you would show us where our actual seats are supposed to be. It was hard to tell if they were in the middle of the row or seats on the end.
2) I was made to pay for a parking pass when we did not use it because we already knew that we were using Uber to take us to the game.
It would not complete my order of buying tickets until I clicked onto either choice of parking.”
