“My wife and I were visiting family in Detroit and decided spur of the moment to go to the Tigers-White Sox game. Only obstructed seats were available on the MLB website. StubHub to the rescue!”
“I heard all the 4 Rush shows in T.O. were sold out, but since l was going to be in T.O. for the Monet to Matisse exhibition at the AGO on Tuesday Aug. 11th, l checked Stub Hub for a single ticket. There was the odd, $1,000, $750 ticket here and there, a little pricey for me, then l noticed one for about $350 in the 500’s section, so l bought it, not expecting much. When l arrived, to my surprise, l was led to a premium entrance with no lineup, up an elevator to a suite, with its own bar, snacks provided, and a dedicated attendant/waitress. There was only 7 people in the spacious suite which had 10 seats (5 in/5 out), and no lineups for food, drinks, a washroom. Much more than l had expected for the cheapest seat available the night before the show. My suite was 504. Great night, great show, great suite! Sweet deal!”
