“It was very easy to purchase tickets from stub hub. I did have a few issues with installing axs app. Now that I have the app installed I will use stub hub more often. The seats we were able to purchase at a late date were very good.”
“I had great difficulty obtaining my tickets. I was forwarded to the app AXS, but was unable to download my tickets. It was quite stressful. However, customer service was so diligent in spending the time with me to ensure that the situation was remedied. Although, it was 30 minutes until the show began, customer service really went above and beyond to ensure that I was satisfied. Anything less would have caused me to miss the show. Customer service was great!”
“I purchased tickets for the November Bonnie Raitt concert in Milwaukee. I purchased them in July, thinking I was set. The day of the concert I had not received my tickets. I received a link stating my tickets were no longer available. They gave them to somebody else.”
“You're supposed to buy tickets directly from them yet it is always from a 3rd party seller. How?! That's the scam from many companies not just Stub Hub. Unfortunately in my case, after utilizing tickets bought I will not be purchasing anymore from them. Ticket cost $90 on their site. When received the tickets it shows original cost is $40. It's insane this companies are allowed to dot his.”

I filed the claim as soon as I returned home, yet StubHub refused the refund due to a “deadline” and now they’ve ignored my escalation for 3 days.

“The play was wonderful, and I was glad to have gotten the tickets for a reasonable price. I wasn't happy that I was given a certain row when I ordered, but I ended up 13 rows further back. I wasn't given any warning before my tickets arrived. I had only gotten the tickets 24 hours before my event, so even if I wanted to change, it was too late.”
“I was told it even says on my order I was getting a specific row but they have upgrades that you are not warned about. It’s awesome but when you are buying tickets in a certain place for a specific reason it’s not. Protection plan also does nothing and there’s no refund. Usually I don’t speak out about things like this but I am genuinely so confused and do not trust this company.”
