“I purchased a parking pass but the hotel that they gave me doesn’t take them any more. Also when explaining it to the CSR Brandon I told him everything but was never resolved. Then had to go and pay 30$ to park. Hotel front said they was told not to send people there but still using it. If you purchase a parking pass and it’s at the Holiday Inn on Penrose Ave. please get your money back because they won’t honor it. And Stub Hub knows but still taking peoples money.”
“Everything went great, I found the tickets to a sold out football game at El Monumental with a normal price and the service felt nominal at this point. I don't like though that my personal email address and other details were shared with the Seller and would be better if the ticket transfer was possible more privately.”
“The tickets were easy. Parking was a different story. They advertised a 1 minute walk but by the time the parking was scheduled it was better than a 15 minute walk. With the extra fees it was definitely not worth using stub hub for parking. I cancelled the parking but now I'm still waiting on a refund. They say 5 to 10 business days and it wouldn't surprise me if I have to follow up.”
“We were never informed of the process to attend this event. We arrived an hour and a half before even coming close to the entrance as they were collecting phones. We had a babysitter watching our 7 year old till midnight and feared that if it took two hours to collect phones it would take the same or more to get them back and we would never be home by midnight. I called Stub Hub and was refused any sort of solution. I can tell you this will be the last time I use Stubhub. If you check my account I have spent a great deal of money with your company and I can promise you it will be the last.”
“Delivery of tickets was very quick and the seller even wrote a nice note for me! I also appreciate StubHub keeping Me updated via phone call and email.”
“The ticket seller for my Lady Gaga tickets (Tokyo) never sent me the tickets!! Stub Hub however sourced new tickets 45 min before the show so big thumbs up for that. The tickets were suppose to be released at 3 pm for a 6 pm show. That seems ridiculously close to the show time. It was rather stressful, scrambling to get things sorted out in a short period of time.”
“It was very easy to buy and use my ticket for Just in Time in the bad weather. It provided a win-win for the person who couldn't use the ticket and for me to get a ticket for a price I could afford.”
