Replaced tickets with crappy seats and call that a customer guarantee. And waited on hold for over 2 hours to actually speak to a person. This person unfortunately spoke very little english. Trust me on this one, I strongly suggest using one of the many other ticket sites...stubhub is sincerely a total disaster and you will regret it if you pay them any money.”
