“I purchased tickets to a comedy show that was yesterday on may 9th and when I was trying to access the tickets when I arrived at the funny bone comedy club.\n It would not present the tickets. And it kept saying my access code was wrong and it took so long to try to retrieve them that I never was able to enter into the actual show where so I missed the show and wasted money for 2 tickets to see Tacarra Williams in Cleveland Ohio. Mind you when I purchased the tickets?I thought I was on the actual funny bone comedy club website, ordering the tickets and not through a third party, but once I purchased the tickets, I got an email saying that the tickets were through StubHub and I never went on StubHub to buy the ticket so I don't know how.That happened , but I will never use stubhub again and I would like my money back”
“Purchased GT (Grand Tier) elevated, centered, and unobstructed view of the stage, considered premium seating. Arrived at venue and the tickets wouldn't scan. Customer service was awful. Offered me balcony seats with limited leg room. My husband and I are over 6ft. Couldn't fit in the seats, had to leave. I purchased premium tickets and ended up with garbage tickets I couldn't use. I really thought Snubhub was legit, only to find out it's just another Scam. Not worth it, go to the box office.”
“Customercare sucked the parking pass was overpriced and I didn't even park my car in the spot i paid for it was so bad. Paid to park somewhere safe and then refused to to refund my $25. And it was only $5 to park with out a parking pass. It was in a vacant lot between the city park and the women's shelter. No way I was going to walk back to my car after dark. Thats if I would have even had a car there after the concert. Walked to the corner seen how far the venue was decided not a good idea to walk back after dark and some guy was already trying to get into my car. Less then 3 min after I parked it. No other cars where parked in the lot ether. No security cameras. Just homeless junkies in Portland, Or. Verry disappointed. Paid $30 to park somewhere safe”

“Purchased 2 tickets for a concert at a venue. After purchasing the ticket, I was prompted and scammed by the site to purchase general parking pass. Found out that the very expensive concert tickets already includes general parking. I attempted to cancel order for the worthless general parking pass (that they sold me for $54) within a few minutes of the order. I was told sorry about your luck. No refunds. Only option is to resell and scam someone else into buying it so StubHub can make even more money of the fraudulent and worthless parking pass.”
“I bought tickets via StubHub for a Phish show in Las Vegas. Our plans changed and I had to resell the tickets at a loss. Now, StubHub has contacted me saying the tickets I sold were not the same ones they buyer received, so I will be charged for them. This is the first time I've every bought or sold tickets through StubHub. They ripped me off. I will NEVER use StubHub again. I feel sick to my stomach about the hard-earned pay I just threw away.”

They sent my ticket for parking it was a lot 1 mile away NO ONE would buy this parking ticket for a Guardians game. They will not refund you false advertising. Don't get bit like we did.”
