“I only used StubHub as a last resort to go to Travers. I swore I would NEVER use StubHub again due us losing $700 on Dead & Co 8/1/25 concert in SF- we got our 4 tickets the day of the concert but they were not transferable so we could not get them to the other 2 people in our group in time. StubHub said they delivered the tickets to us on time, they blamed the vendor etc, so, tough luck! We’re still mad at StubHub and will be forever until they refund us $700.”

“StubHub is terrible. They didn’t deliver the tickets or the parking pass. The theater was able to help me with the tickets but I had to repay for parking. Then when contacted for refund of parking, their answer was I had to request a refund in real time. What an idiotic answer only given by a company that is corrupt. Don’t use StubHub!!!”
