“I bought resale tickets and realized it was for the wrong date. Weeks after purchasing I have not received the tickets. In order to resell them I have to send the tickets to the new buyer. I do not have the tickets so I do not know how I can do that. If they send me the tickets an hour before the concert, I won't have time to resend them to the new buyer. I would then be responsible for not sending the tickets. Awful customer service and awful policies. Dont buy from them”
“I'm a season ticketholder for OU baseball. I found myself needing two additional tickets and grabbed them on Stubhub. I checked a couple of other ticket buying sites and they were priced almost full price. I picked up general admission tickets from Stubhub for only $15 (total) including the small fee. The app is very easy to use and I will definitely use it again if I need any more additional tickets.”
