“Quick easy transactions. Finding tickets in confusing with all the filters and recommended statuses. Literally logged into two different devices and the ticket prices are $5-$7 different for the same seats. Some tickets don't appear on some searches. There should be an easy way to see ALL tickets at once.
Fees are obscenely high - i will probably be switching to Seat Geek.”

“I purchased what I thought was a $20 parking pass when I paid for it I found out there was a $10 hidden fee so I paid $30. Upon entry to the garage, I discovered Cesears Palace has no scanner for a QR code, so I had to use the intercom which took awhile l making the cars behind me honk. Same thing happened on the way out. Hidden fees for tickets are illegal now, but for parking Stubhub can get away with it? Never again”
