“StubHub is terrible. They didn’t deliver the tickets or the parking pass. The theater was able to help me with the tickets but I had to repay for parking. Then when contacted for refund of parking, their answer was I had to request a refund in real time. What an idiotic answer only given by a company that is corrupt. Don’t use StubHub!!!”
“Didn’t get notification to receive my tickets but instead asked if I had 3 hours before the show. Did not receive the tickets originally purchased and had a seat instead of the floor ticket my son wanted. Had him completely disappointed on his birthday. I was not happy and may never use stub hub again”
