“I requested tickets to the Toyota 4runner parking lot at Ball Arena in Denver and was under the impression I bought Toyota 4runner parking lot tickets only to be told upon arrival at the location that those tickets were not valid for the 4runner parking lot. Use caution with this company not sure how they can advertise tickets that they are not actually selling.”
“Did not disclose on tickets we were in a wheelchair row said we had to go through an entire process to get refunded. We had hours of communications over months and months of recorded calls and then January 11th they said it would take about a month before I could be refunded and now in March they are refusing the refund. They broke their disclosure policy and fan protection guarantee in addition to breaking their word on being refunded across multiple employees over multiple months- which were recorded because I had heard from other duped customers you need to save everything as this company frequently screws their customers. Buyer beware. My husband’s company was also screwed on NHL tickets last year come to find out (because they never transferred them) so the game was missed. Had I known that, I would never have used them. This is a pattern with this company.”
“I do not recommend. They can sell the ticket you purchased to someone else the day of your event. They also only have a few minute window to receive your refund and if you don’t select it then, you cannot go back to it later because the link expires. Then they will NOT refund you. It’s not worth losing your money. Buy directly from the event venue whenever possible.”

We had sold mlb spring training tickets however the ticket codes did not populate to the buyer. Attempted to re-enter but blocked by stub hub.
Asked stub hub to help - 1st rep broken English. Asked for another rep - waited over 18 min.
Asked for a supervisor and was told to hold. Waited 54 min and was disconnected. At NO TIME during the hold did anyone from Stub Hub update the status
Called back asked for another supervisor and told wait would be 2hrs
I’m a senior and strongly recommend you find another vendor that has some customer service- Stub Hub has none.”
“I purchased tickets for an event that the original seller never released. I contacted Stubhub 30 minutes before the start time when I was literally on my way to the arena and they replaced my tickets, free of charge, with slightly better seats.”
“The tickets I originally purchased through Stubhub were not the tickets I received from the seller; they were of a lesser value and in a different section. I immediately called Stubhub and reported the delivery of the wrong tickets. They attempted to call the seller but were unable to contact them. Kudos to Stubhub because they provided me with tickets better than I originally purchased. StubHub stood behind their guarantee to the fans and made it right. My only complaint is that I was not able to download my tickets on the date of purchase vs waiting to the date of the event.”
