“My first time using Stubhub and it was great. Very easy to look for tickets and check out was a breeze. Tickets were transferred to me quickly and that process was great as well.”

I purchased tickets. The tickets are outrageously overpriced (1,500% of their actual price). Plus, I checked with the ticket office. Tickets have not been released yet (and when they do, they will be 10% of what these scammers charged). So, these folks are selling tickets they do not have for scalper prices, taking the money, and then NOT providing the tickets.
I have contacted them MANY times! I contact them daily to cancel the order. Since I have not gotten the tickets, it is no big deal to them. Naturally, get the same generic response from them. Their ‘solution’ is for me to sell the tickets, basically scamming someone, as they scammed me.
Also, although they took my money now, they don’t promise any tickets until the EXACT date and time that the show starts! Outrageous! I live in Thailand! How could I possibly take that risk? This is ridiculous.

“I bought a parking pass that showed the venue's address as the location of the lot; however, when I received the parking pass email confirmation, the location was over 5 blocks away. I have a physical disability and the distance is unmanageable. I submitted a ticket with Stubhub on July 16, 2026 with all the details along with sharing the fact I am disabled. It has been over one month and no resolution. The evidence I submitted clearly supports my case, yet Stubhub is continually stating the issue is being reviewed. To take this long to resolve a simple discrepancy is unacceptable. The company's FanProtect guarantee is simply words on their website and a buyer should not feel assured they will be protected. I have included screenshots that details sales page then the actual address of parking lot.”
