“I sold two pairs of tickets through StubHub in separate transactions. StubHub delivered one pair to the buyer. I transferred the second pair directly through Ticketmaster as instructed. I provided clear proof that all four tickets were transferred and accepted.
Because my StubHub dashboard incorrectly continued showing “transfer pending,” I spoke with four different representatives to make sure nothing was missing on my end. I followed up multiple times and repeatedly submitted proof of delivery. A supervisor promised the issue would be escalated and that I would receive a response within 24 hours. Nobody contacted me.
Despite having proof that the buyers accepted the tickets, StubHub then attempted to charge me nearly $700 for supposedly failing to deliver them. StubHub had already collected payment from the buyers and had documentation confirming successful delivery.
I spoke with another supervisor today and was told the matter would be escalated again, but could take 30 to 45 days to resolve.
StubHub has the buyers’ money, the buyers received the tickets, and StubHub still tried to charge me nearly $700. Now I am expected to wait more than a month for them to fix their own mistake.
Avoid StubHub at all costs.”

“Stub Hub has now deceived us twice. The picture is not at all accurate to what the seat view is and customer service says only the words in the description are accurate. We bought tickets with center view and it was actually far left, only revealed immediately AFTER purchase. They won’t do anything about it. After that experience, I won’t use Stub Hub again, I don’t trust it. Then last night, my friend was buying ticket for us and used Stub Hub. We bought pit tickets right next to the stage for $$$ and then didn’t get the tickets. Stub Hub sent us a link to upgrade the tickets for $15 so we did and they switched our tickets to total nosebleeds that were worth hundreds less than we paid. Again, customer service is terrible and playing dumb “I can’t see the link, my system won’t allow it” and won’t do anything. Despicable company practices, you are warned.”
“I am extremely disappointed with my experience with StubHub and, more importantly, with how their customer service handled a situation that should have been covered by their ticket guarantee.
My tickets were not released until just hours before the concert, and when they were finally released, they never showed up for me. I contacted StubHub expecting them to help resolve the issue, especially considering the guarantee they advertise to customers.
Instead, I spent approximately two hours waiting and trying to get assistance, only to ultimately be told that they were not going to replace my tickets under the guarantee. By that point, the concert was approaching, my tickets were still unavailable, and I had wasted valuable time waiting for StubHub to provide a solution that never came.
What makes this especially frustrating is that customers purchase through StubHub because we are led to believe there is protection if something goes wrong with our tickets. A guarantee means very little if, when a customer actually needs it, they are told it cannot be honored.
I did everything I was supposed to do as the customer. I purchased my tickets, waited for them to be released, and immediately contacted StubHub when they did not appear. I should not have had to spend two hours fighting for assistance only to be left without a reasonable solution.
This was not a minor inconvenience. This involved an event that I had planned for and paid for, with a very limited window to resolve the problem. The lack of urgency, assistance, and accountability from StubHub was unacceptable.
After this experience, I have very little confidence in StubHub's guarantee or customer service. I expected a company of this size to stand behind the protections it advertises and take care of its customers when something goes wrong. Unfortunately, that was not my experience, and I would be extremely hesitant to purchase tickets through StubHub again.”

“Purchased tickets and was sent verification by email to my phone. When I got to venue I opened email to get tickets. In order to view tickets I had to enter access code they sent me plus my email address. Code didn't work and I tried 2 other codes they sent me. After 50 minutes of trying to access the tickets the concert had already started and I was never able to access the tickets. Nowhere on the emails did it list their customer service phone number but was able to chat with an AI bot which wasn't any help When venue security checked their system no seats were open in the front row where I was supposed to be seated.. Cost me the price for the tickets, airfare, hotel, and car rental. Never again will I use Stubhub!”
