“I had purchased two Lewis Capaldi tickets using StubHub for the April 29th Red Rocks show. The deadline for the seller to transfer was 4:30 pm vlthat day . Right at 4:30?I was asked by StubHub if I received the tickets. I replied “no” and immediately I received an email with an offer of two replacement tickets which were even better I replied”yes” and they transferred those two tickets to me.
Great service and communication by Stuhub!!”
“Seat availability and choice was good. Price was higher than TickPick by about 30% for the same tickets. I made the mistake of not checking TickPick before making the StubHub purchase.”
“Original tickets were not released prior to show, Stubhub notified me us this 3 hours pre show. Although it was a little stressful and chat not perfect, Stubhub found us excellent seats and we thoroughly enjoyed the show. Thanks Stubhub! Not sure how this would have been handled if we had sourced tickets elsewhere.”
“When I made my purchase I had selected specific seats (row/section) and the tickets that I received were for the same level but completely different row/section. We received an email that our tickets were “upgraded” but I preferred my original selection as we were attending the concert twice and wanted a different view. With this “upgrade” we ended up with the same view both nights. Extremely disappointing but the ticket transfer came quickly after the transaction so that, we appreciated.”
“Venue messed up the delivery of my tickets and Stubhub customer jumped right onto the problem and got me new tickets and got them delivered promptly, which saved the evening.”
“Good price on tickets -- its just seems to me like the promoter is anonymously offloading unsold tickets at around half-price the night or 2 before showtime -- not a bad deal as full price/face was around 2x what I paid on SH. And oh yes -- the show was not sold out; the Regency was perhaps 2/3 full. Yet "$31" tickets kept appearing after I purchased my pair. Pro tip: check out Stubhub before paying full price... to certain shows of course.
Only hassle was having to open an AXS ticket account to access the AXS promoted concert I was going to vs just getting the tickets from Stubhub. Hmmmmm.....”
“No wonder their stock price is under $8/share. I attempted to buy tickets from stubhub, and they did not deliver the tickets until thirty four minutes into the concert. They tried to deliver me tickets via link three times and all three times the links went to a 404 page. Their customer service is abysmal. They lie constantly, and they try to hide from emails in questions. Do not buy so much as a shoelace from Stubhub, they are crooks.”
