“My two issues are the are resale pricing and my seat was slightly obstructed view of Idol walk due to two cameras for the show. That was one of the main reasons for choosing that seat. I had to stand on a chair to see the Idol walk which was not fair to the people behind me. There should be a cap on how much a reseller can charge over face value for seats. This would cut down on scammers and provide less incentive to buy tickets for resell purposes. That way real fans will pay the fair value and see the shows they love. I'm sure that is the intention of the performers.”
“Had to escalate a seller delivery issue. The agent, Ramon, was very helpful both in escalating to the Fulfillment Team and contacting the seller. Issue was resolved within an hour.”

I had to pay for parking somewhere else and stubhub Told me there was nothing they could do for me.. I still had to pay $133 .. you’re not able to download the parking pass right away .. it’s whenever they send it to you”
