“I purchased what I thought was a $20 parking pass when I paid for it I found out there was a $10 hidden fee so I paid $30. Upon entry to the garage, I discovered Cesears Palace has no scanner for a QR code, so I had to use the intercom which took awhile l making the cars behind me honk. Same thing happened on the way out. Hidden fees for tickets are illegal now, but for parking Stubhub can get away with it? Never again”
“I thought StubHub was including all fees in the price displayed online. However my parking pass at the UNITED Center for the big 10 men’s basketball tournament displayed $38 but I was charged $47. On top of that if I would’ve paid at the parking lot instead of online I would’ve paid only $40! Wtf!”
“-0 out of 10 i do not recommend at all, had a delay with my tickets , missed over a hour and half of my event. They refused to give me any of my money back, if it wasn’t for ticketmaster i wouldn’t have got in, I stood outside over an hour all my friends were able to enjoy, and then there’s me stuck outside after i paid 345$ for a ticket NEVER again the absolute worst concert experience of my life thanks for nothing stubhub👎🏽”
“Ordered 2 tickets in a seated section for a show my wife wanted to see. Everything looked good until I got the email tickets: Seats were General Admission? A simple error I thought. I contacted stub hub via the chat bot. Wow! Just kept copy/Pasting some FAQ information about how tickets were not refundable. When I complained they told me I could just re sell them on stub hub. When asked how much that would cost me they said people often make money doing that! Really? When I tried I lost 35% the cost of tickets. Stay away from this company. Customer service is useless. They refuse to give me the number for head office”
“I highly recommend avoiding this platform at all costs for reselling tickets. I had purchased the same seats for back to back NHL games. For the first game I transferred the tickets to them for buyer transfer, which happened a month ago with email confirmation. They confused it with the next day seats where I transferred directly as requested (different sale times). After a dozen emails and 4-5 phone calls this remains unresolved and they are threatening to $ penalize me along with not providing ticket proceeds. Stick to Ticketmaster and other platforms. Never again.”
“Very concerning experience with StubHub.
On March 14 at approximately 8:18 AM, I was browsing tickets for the Sting Concert May 6 and attempting to check the final price before deciding whether to purchase.
Instead of showing a clear confirmation step, the payment suddenly processed and my credit card was charged $433.
This transaction went through without any fingerprint or biometric confirmation, which is normally required on my device for purchases. In other words, the charge was processed without my authorization.
I immediately contacted StubHub and requested that the order be canceled. I explained that the purchase had not been authorized and that I had only been trying to view the final price and compare options.
Without knowing the exact seat assignment, final total price, or checking other platforms, I would never have finalized a purchase.
The tickets were sent but I have not accepted them and they remain unused. Despite reporting the issue immediately and not accepting the transfer, StubHub refused to void the order.
To make matters worse, the same tickets are available on other platforms such as Vivid Seats for around $366, meaning StubHub added over $80 in service fees.
A responsible company should investigate and reverse a charge that appears to have processed without proper authorization, especially when it is reported immediately and the tickets have not been accepted or used.
Instead, StubHub chose to enforce the charge and refuse cancellation. Because of this, I am now forced to dispute the transaction with my credit card company and file formal consumer complaints.
Buyers should be extremely cautious when using StubHub, as their checkout process can result in unauthorized purchases and excessive hidden fees, with little support when problems arise.”
“This company is arguably the worst company I've ever had the unfortunate experience to mistakenly use their service for tickets. Infind them to be scammers and crooks buyer beware and inrecommend other companies”
“Fkn horrible. My 6yo granddaughter was let down after DAYS of excitement and a 4 hour drive. Wtaf are y'all doing?! A refund and then sold out? I already knew it was sold out. You forced me to take another gamble or a refund and my granddaughter cried for quite awhile after we were in the parking lot of Garret coliseum ready to go in with full KPOP inspired outfits. Fk y'all, respectfully tho.”
“I had issues with the QR code tickets at the Entrance gate in Indian Wells last Sunday afternoon, however someone helped us get in and fixed it. Other than that it went fine.”
“I sold tickets on StubHub someone hacked my account and the funds were sent to their PayPal account. Not mine. I’ve been selling and buying no STUBHUB for over 20 years. STUBHUB did not stand behind the transaction and I got beat out of $810. do not recommend step up.”
“StubHub parking is way too expensive. There are not good descriptions of how far you need to walk to your destination until after you pay. I ended up canceling and losing 25 out of 30 dollars.”
“I purchased 4 tickets in a Suite and they were not together. One was in a front row far left looking at the court and the other three were in the second row far right.”
“I purchased two tickets for the Lakers vs. Knicks game through StubHub for about $1,250. The tickets were supposed to be delivered via AXS Mobile Transfer, but even after contacting customer service and verifying my email, the tickets still did not appear in my AXS account.
Customer support asked me multiple times to refresh the app, sign out, sign in again, and send screenshots to prove that I had not received the tickets. This process took more than 40 minutes on the phone without a clear resolution.
When customers pay over $1,200 for tickets, the delivery process should be reliable and transparent. The platform should ensure sellers transfer tickets promptly instead of leaving customers stressed close to the event.”
“I am writing to formally express my extreme dissatisfaction regarding order #636646566 for the Matt Rife show on February 28, 2026. After speaking with your representatives, I was informed that a refund was refused, which is completely unacceptable given the circumstances.
I purchased two tickets for this event, yet only one barcode was available upon our arrival at the venue. We spent over 30 minutes on hold with your customer service department, and the second barcode was never delivered. By the time we were offered alternative seats, they were inferior to our original purchase and the show had already started. We did not use or scan these replacement tickets.
I will never use nor recommend your platform to anyone again.
Chris”
“The price was $22 at Stub Hub and the lot price at Salt River Fields was $10. The app made it think it was a special numbered parking space that was "special". I was mislead by StubHub”
“I purchased tickets and parking pass for an All Time Low concert in San Antonio for 10/26. Parking pass order 627584327. The parking lot attendant said if we get a parking invoice to let them know prepaid parking. I received the paper parking invoice last week and immediately disputed it. The parking lot enforcement just denied my dispute a few minutes ago and is now charging me for parking. I reached out to StubHub a few minutes ago and they refused to help me since I didn’t report this issue with in 30 days of the event. The parking lot enforcement didn’t even print the invoice until 2/12/26. I’m now stuck paying for parking even though I was charged $50 for the parking pass on Stubhub. This will be the last time I ever do business with Stubhub.”
“I requested tickets to the Toyota 4runner parking lot at Ball Arena in Denver and was under the impression I bought Toyota 4runner parking lot tickets only to be told upon arrival at the location that those tickets were not valid for the 4runner parking lot. Use caution with this company not sure how they can advertise tickets that they are not actually selling.”
“Did not disclose on tickets we were in a wheelchair row said we had to go through an entire process to get refunded. We had hours of communications over months and months of recorded calls and then January 11th they said it would take about a month before I could be refunded and now in March they are refusing the refund. They broke their disclosure policy and fan protection guarantee in addition to breaking their word on being refunded across multiple employees over multiple months- which were recorded because I had heard from other duped customers you need to save everything as this company frequently screws their customers. Buyer beware. My husband’s company was also screwed on NHL tickets last year come to find out (because they never transferred them) so the game was missed. Had I known that, I would never have used them. This is a pattern with this company.”
