“I wouldn’t even give ithem one star. I bought assigned seats to a concert and they sent General Admission PIT tickets. They said it was a “replacement.” I think they could sell my assigned seats for more money so they dumped me into the PIT. I can’t use the PIT. My fiancé is handicapped and can’t stand for long. I tried twice to chat with them and the chat conveniently stopped working both times. I finally found the number for customer service and they said there was nothing they could do except refund my money. The tickets came from Ticketmaster with a completely different order number. Thank goodness I saved the original order with the original order number if I would have been screwed. DON’T USE STUB HUB!”
“This order involved iPhone tickets that were not printable or easily transferable. I was not able to attend the Michigan-New Mexico game due to a last second emergency, and since I was not able to transfer the tickets to a friend, the tickets went wasted.
I will never order iPhone tickets that cannot be printed, again!”
“Order tickets on Stubhub which were never transferred to me. They are processing a refund for me but I was told to go to the venue and they would print tickets for me. Well I went and that was totally a no go! Be very careful when ordering tix though them!”
“Horrible beyond purchase point. Collecting money the only focus. I’ve used them in the past but didn’t run into any issues. Had a show postponed Aug 11/25. It’s been hell. Nobody can offer help, couldn’t get a refund, can’t resell until new date is announced, all policies are against consumer. New date has been announced, won’t update in app preventing me from selling. Even got emails inviting me to buy more tickets to the new date. 3 calls no one can update to allow me to sell. Wait 5 days, wait 5 days is the only thing I get and time is running out to resell. Last time for me.”
“We bought tickets 2 months before the Max McKnown concert and were so excited to go. 4 hours before the concert they send me and "update" saying they can't fulfill the tickets but they will give me lawn tickets instead and a $40 credit. My husband has physical limitations that make it so he can't sit on the lawn, which is why we bought seats in advance. VERY BAD BUSINESS PRACTICE. Won't be buying with them again.”
“Lil Wayne concert was canceled August 1st Ticketmaster has already sent refunds because of his illness and StubHub is waiting for a reschedule date instead of issuing a refund. I personally will never purchase from them again”
“I purchased D.L. Hughley tickets on July 26th in Orlando Fl. through Stub Hub. The tickets were not transferred and/or available for scan. I called customer service, I was on their phone with them for hours, missed the show, filed for a refund with an order number. They sent an email stating that the funds will be returned within 7-10 business days. Today on 9/1, I never received any physical transaction of 138.95 to my account. These people are continuing to tell me they will have someone contact me via email about the problem in 48 hours. I have never had money stolen from a legit business in my life. I am not letting this go because its the "principal" and its my money! I am so dissatisfied and traumatized. Please think twice about ordering tickets from STUB HUB. the y just took my money. I feel helpless.”
“Not used them before. Bought 2 Oasis tickets but only one transferred into my Ticketmaster account. 90 mins of anxiety and immense frustration to resolve the issue and that was thanks to the Will Call guys help at Soldier Field. Got into the show 30 mins beforehand but the experience ruined the build up to the concert.
I’m sure the majority of transactions are pain free but my experience was horrible.”
“It was 30 minutes before the concert was set to start and we still hadn't received our tickets. I called customer service. I had to login to Ticketmaster (?) and email a screenshot showing that I had no tickets there. I don't know why I would since I hadn't purchased through Ticketmaster and Stubhub hadn't released any. Anyway, she verified it. Then she said she could offer to issue new tickets and upgrade them due to the inconvenience. I said that was fine, we just wanted to get in to the concert which was now set to start in less that 15 minutes. So she sent the new tickets. By the time we actually got them, it was 5 minutes before the concert, and they were NOT an upgrade! They were a major downgrade! I'm so angry! Our original seats were in a center section, and the "upgraded" seats were all the way in the far right section. But they were 3 rows closer, so I guess that makes it an upgrade???? I will never use Stubhub again!”
“Purchased tickets for a show my daughter and I have been trying to see for two years now. Went through a seamless purchase process with StubHub until I "accepted tickets" which is the FIRST TIME I was advised my tickets were "wheelchair only!" StubHub's AI apologized that the ticket ad was not marked as "wheelchair only" and my "customer service team" would make it right.
What customer service actually said was, "No refunds, the AI doesn't know what it's talking about, just sell the tickets for a profit and buy new tickets, YOUR fault, no refunds." Everytime I tried to end the chat I got more messages from customer service telling me essentially that I should have magically known the seats were wheelchair only and I should just make a big ol' profit by selling these tickets.”
“I bought tickets from Stubhub, I paid for them with my money, and didn't receive anything. They only took my money and Stubhub didn't give any support and did not deliver the tickets to me after I paid for them. They said the Tickects were from Tickmaster, which also didn't deliver anything. I was scammed and my money was stolen without any guarantee or refund from Stubhub. This is ilegal and bad company which wants make money only.”
“Stubhub sucks, never will I use them again. They dont deliver your tickets on time and they have you wait until the event time starts to tell you no refund. DO NOT USE STUBHUB”
“It's a total scam.
We wanted to sell a ticket, unfortunately the wrong number was admitted and so we had to cancel the sale. They charged us for the amount that we wanted to sell the ticket for and never gave it back.”
“Bought tickets for Coldplay. Very expensive. Stubhub said tickets would arrive day of. They didn't. It was my birthday. Couldn't buy another ticket show was sold out. Horrible experience”
