Wouldn’t give us a refund when they couldn’t deliver the tickets.

My experience with the AX app that you guys use for tickets is horrible. On this past Thursday, April 9 I did not receive my tickets. I’ve called multiple times and couldn’t get through. You were having technical difficulties at the time I put in a ticket still no response. Finally got hold to a live agent on today, which is Tuesday April 14 and there’s no record of anything so not only did I not get my parking pass I did not get my refund so in other words, I believe the took my money!! please be aware that if they give you an email link that is not your email address. The ticket link will not work and StubHub will not do anything to honor what you paid for.

Misleading suggestions and recommendations leading me to purchase overpriced ticket. Trying to resell it but I don't think anyone wants it even for half the price. Exact location was not disclosed but they recommended me to purchase and saying amazing view only to discover that it was the last row in the theatre. What a joke! Not only that, the seat next to me is still available for less than half of the price. Customer service could not and did not do anything to rectify the matter.

Customer service terrible, first time purchasing from them and never again, the event was postponed since February and still they don’t want to refund my money. Don’t buy tickets from them, use Ticketmaster . 👎👎👎👎👎👎

bought tickets for april 4th moose game and never got my tickets, was promised a refund and never got it, SCAMMED ME, no wonder nobody uses this site anymore

es la peor plataforma por favor no se dejen estafar , compre unos boletos desde enero y estamos a menos de una semana del evento que es en abril y no me han entregado mis boletos y ellos tienen mi dinero desde enero estamos en abril ni dinero ni boletos y ellos quieren que me conforme con la garantia de fan que dice que si a lo ultimo no te dan tus boletos te dan otros o tu dinero que tarda entre 5 a 8 dias en que aparezca en tu cuenta ,es totalmente ilogico e injusto por favor no compren aqui , una pesadilla lidiar con estas personas que no son nada profesionales y no te dan solucion en nada repiten y repiten lo mismo que tienen hasta el dia del partido para saber que es lo que va a pasar y tu sin poder hacer planes por que si te regresan el dinero ya no puedes comoprar bolewtos con ese dinero por que tardan una semana completa despues del partido , ellos no apoyan al cliente minoriratio ellos apoyan a los clientes que les estan vendiendo los boletos en masa y que por supuesto son los que les dejan mas comisione pero los fans los que compramos los boletos para ver los eventos somos los importamtes por que nosotros somos los que pagamos los que gastamos y son a los que menos nos tienen en cuenta , asi que por favor si nos unimos nos vamos a hacer respetar , nos derben de tratar mejor por que si no compramos los partidos no se llenan y haber si siguen dejanos de lado

Beware! Purchased and paid for tickets for a show 5 months in advance. They told me 2 hours before the show that they can’t deliver my tickets. How in the world is this okay? Who pays for all the planning that went into getting ready for the show? Accommodations, car service, time off work, etc. stubhub concept is complete trash and I’m surprised they still exist. Will never use again and make sure to tell people never to use them. Customer service was useless, and did nothing but put me on hold and waste my time, all within two hours of the show.

I’ve had 10–15 successful transactions on StubHub, but this experience completely changed my perception of the platform. A buyer had trouble scanning a ticket, but I responded within minutes and immediately tried to troubleshoot by calling and texting. The buyer never responded and instead purchased a replacement ticket. I contacted StubHub right away and was initially told the buyer should have contacted them before buying a new ticket. After that, everything changed. I was then told I wasn’t even allowed to communicate with the buyer, which contradicts normal expectations and prior guidance. StubHub ultimately denied my payout and charged me an additional $43, without meaningfully considering the timeline or my efforts to resolve the issue. What’s most frustrating is the inconsistency and lack of professionalism. I received conflicting explanations, was not allowed to escalate to a manager, and was given no real opportunity to present my case. Even attempts to provide feedback were ignored. I understand enforcing policies, but the way this was handled shows a lack of fairness and accountability. Based on this experience, I would strongly caution others before using StubHub as a seller.

Always buy your tickets from the actual vendor, stub hub is a third party service and they sell you tickets at insanely jacked prices, more than 3 times the original. They sold me $40 tickets at $133 each. If you pay and then they cannot find your tickets they will hold your money untill the event date passes for a refund!

Tickets were not transferred to ticketmaster as they said. They lied about speaking to ticketmaster saying I had already downloaded the tickets. Ticketmaster had no record of the tickets

We were on our way to Las Vegas and ordered tickets to Wizard of Oz at the Sphere for 1:45 pm showing. We ordered tickets at 12:36 pm as we were 30 minutes away. When we arrived to the Sphere at 1:15, we checked our tickets that were sent at 12:46 pm but weren’t scanning or opening up because they sent us tickets for 11:00 am show. The show is only 1 hour and 15 minutes long so show was over by 12:15 pm and we ordered tickets at 12:36 pm. We didn’t have an option to order 11:00 am tickets because show was over but that’s what we received. We spent hours talking to 5 different Stub Hub agents and supervisors trying to get our $ back for selling us tickets for a show that was over. They all denied our claim saying it wasn’t under Stub Hubs Fan Protection for Fake, invalid or won’t scan policy. They had no remorse for us, different accents scripted responses and longer resolution times. Please be careful as we will not be ordering through them anymore and warning all our friends and family. We should’ve looked at their low rated reviews.

Parking was not at venue. It was .5 mile away. Instructions were not clear. When we arrived where it was the valet cost was $25 flat rate and we paid $50 thru StubHub!!! Never again! I was robbed. To add insult to injury the valet parking at the Kaseyas center ( venue ) was $55 dollars.

They took $493 from us—avoid buying from them. Our tickets weren’t delivered on time (confirmed by the box office), so we had to repurchase at the venue. StubHub later refused a refund because we didn’t contact them before the show, even though they acknowledged the delay. We lost $493 plus another $500 on replacement tickets.

I bought resale tickets and realized it was for the wrong date. Weeks after purchasing I have not received the tickets. In order to resell them I have to send the tickets to the new buyer. I do not have the tickets so I do not know how I can do that. If they send me the tickets an hour before the concert, I won't have time to resend them to the new buyer. I would then be responsible for not sending the tickets. Awful customer service and awful policies. Dont buy from them

Sold tickets for the wrong section. General admission tickets sold as Gold circle for 10x the price. Stubhub board and CEO are complicit as they are aware of the issues … no help at all and had to revert to the card blocking the purchase! Never buy from them … a place to enable fraud!

They get the ticket from Ticketmaster or the prime vendor, you can get it from there as well. But they mark up the ticket at least 3x to 5x. It’s a scam and doesn’t worth it at all. I did check the price for more than 100 events and above truth remains the same

Tickets never delivered. Was at venue and all stubhub could do is refund my money. But not the parking, traffic and kids disappointment.
