“I do not recommend. They can sell the ticket you purchased to someone else the day of your event. They also only have a few minute window to receive your refund and if you don’t select it then, you cannot go back to it later because the link expires. Then they will NOT refund you. It’s not worth losing your money. Buy directly from the event venue whenever possible.”

We had sold mlb spring training tickets however the ticket codes did not populate to the buyer. Attempted to re-enter but blocked by stub hub.
Asked stub hub to help - 1st rep broken English. Asked for another rep - waited over 18 min.
Asked for a supervisor and was told to hold. Waited 54 min and was disconnected. At NO TIME during the hold did anyone from Stub Hub update the status
Called back asked for another supervisor and told wait would be 2hrs

“I purchased tickets for an L.A. Kings game well over a month in advance. I was told I would be able to see my tickets on the day of the event, and I never received my tickets. Instead of issuing me a refund for my original seats, I was given a replacement which included an extra seat that I didn’t even need. I am never buying from Stubhub again!”
“I drove 3 and 1/2 hours to the concert venue waited all day for my ticket to arrive just to be told when I entered the venue that StubHub couldn't come through with my ticket and they were very sorry. 100% fan predicted my butt. It was a sold out show. I would leave 0 if I could”

“I was trying to purchase concert tickets from a venue and somehow I clicked on "stubhub" by accident who overcharged me for the tickets and had way more in fees that I didn't notice until later. I had selected seats on the left to be later assigned seats on the right. I called Stubhub and they informed me it was my fault for making the purchase and nothing they could fix.
I'm not sure how they "hijacked" my purchase and the fact they were not willing to do anything about this I contacted the Attorney General's office.”
“Terrible scam artists. Sold golf tickets on here, but mistakenly put the wrong age groupo for one (as they didn't list the right one). Didn't work for the buyer, so no problem, tickets returned, no money exchanged hands. Stubhub then charged me more than the value of the tickets I was selling as a penalty. Needless to say will never use again and will warn anyone I can to steer clear. Scam artists.”
“If I could leave a no star, I would. Bought tickets before Christmas on Stubhub and event is on Feb 21. It says tickets will be available same day as event, understandable, had that with another ticket company. Day of event no email with tickets, we'll maybe it would come 30 mons before event, nope, 15 mins nope. Go to ticket booth they cant find them and they can't help, get ahold of stubhub after being hung up on, stubhub app says tickets are confirmed, and i have my order number and should be on their way once they are released, customer service says they will resend the email to confirm tickets. Get the email,click on it and tickets are unavailable and he says we have to click refund and pay for the tickets at the ticket counter, and not only us but it was happening to the same guys next to us same situation. I was beyond furious and we were 30 mins late to our event. Never again.”

My husband suffered an amputation (below the knee) so it will be a bit difficult to be in regular seats witb his prosthetic that he just got. Trying to walk and deal with the process. StbbHub WILL NOT make any changes to it what so ever. No empathy, no consideration to his situation, I guess he needed to be dead so they could do something. Its discriminating against disabled ppl. “I ordered my tickets a month in advance for the fantasia and Anthony Hamilton Valentine’s Day show in Houston. I never received my tickets and didn’t have time to call because my boyfriend had made other plans to make up for it. Since I didn’t call and spend my Valentine’s Day on phone they didn’t honor my refund. Do NOT buy tickets from them”
“I bought tickets that were never sent to me, yet I was still charged. I tried contacting support, but they couldn't help me because it seems they simply don't verify the sellers' information or the validity of the tickets. The response was that I contacted them three days after the event, and the reason I contacted them three days later was because the transaction wasn't showing up in my bank account.”
“Sold me tickets to event event with age restrictions and never advertised it. I submitted proof from the actual venue and they fought with me and gave me the run around for a month. Then told me the tickets were released while they investigated. Telling this is my fault and now I’m out $140 for an event I cannot bring a child too. I even have in writing they see the age restrictions. Do not use this company you are not protected with their fan protection you will be screwed! First and last time using this company!”
“Bought a ticket and parking pass. The ticket access worked and I was able to transfer it. But the parking pass access did not work and I was unable to access it before the event. I ended up paying cash for parking and twice I tried to get a refund thru the agents but they just kept telling me I should have accessed the tickets using the access code.. which did not work ( the link to find the order did not exist on the page the email sent me to ). Don't buy parking thru them.”
“Concert was rescheduled one day before event. We could not make the rescheduled date and wanted a refund. We did have insurance on tickets. We attempted to cancel through stub hub but was told to give service rep access to our phone where he proceeded to tell my husband we did not have insurance, so the process he, rep, needed to do was to have my husband open his cash app application, go into iPhone app and a couple of other apps. I stepped in and told him No. The rep proceeded to tell us that this was the only way he could give us a full refund. I informed the rep that we would just go through the bank and report fraud. The rep had already had my husband send him 230 dollars and tried to get my husband to send another 270. We immediately called the bank. The rep had also taken another 230, which the bank informed us of. This was crazy crazy. Never do that again.”
“purchased tickets in December and I find out later that I will not get my tickets until the day of the show, actually 4 hours before the show starts. They will refund the cost of the tickets but nothing else like Parking or other expenses (flight to get to the city the show is in, hotel costs, dining costs and time) I purchase tickets I expect to get them before the day of the show. buyers be ware. Never Again will I buy from Stub Hub. I will go direct next time so I can get what I paid for when I paid for it.”
