“In August 2025, I purchased a nearly $400 parking pass from StubHub to the Oasis concert at the Rose Bowl stadium in Pasadena, California, which was scheduled for September 7, 2025. I received an email on September 2 that my ticket (parking pass) was delivered. THEY WERE NOT DELIVERED. I spent the next five days experiencing lies and delay tactics from the company's customer service staff, and spent over 2 hours on the phone speaking with them. The parking pass was never delivered, replaced or refunded. The Company’s “FanProtect Guarantee” is fraudulent, and the company does not honor its Policy and operates with deceptive practices. The Company’s Policy states: “Summary of FanProtect for Buyers: • You will get your tickets in time for the event • If any of these things do not occur and you comply same amount for use on a future purchase. ALL NOT TRUE. “Getting Tickets on Time: If you don't receive the tickets you ordered by the date communicated to you when you placed your order or in subsequent communications, notify us. We will, in our sole discretion, attempt to locate and facilitate delivery of your tickets. If we do not receive confirmation that the tickets you ordered will arrive in time for the event, we will, in our sole discretion, provide you with comparable or better replacement tickets at no additional cost, issue you a full refund of your purchase (including any fees and shipping/handling charges), or issue you a credit for use on a future purchase.” ALL NOT TRUE. Note that the statements above by the Company’s Policy are fraudulent as the Company does not honor the terms of its Policy and its employees operate with deceptive practices. I complied with my obligation under the Policy: “To receive the benefits of the FanProtect Guarantee, you must comply with our User Agreement and all policies, guidance and emails we send you regarding your order, including any timelines or procedures to notify us of issues.””
“I'm new here to texas and was looking forward to attending my first rodeo..I paid for my ticket with a great seat and was offered parking and was told it was about a 15 minute walk..I was OK with that so I never looked where the parking location was until I was heading there..after following my GPS and arriving at the location I then put in address of my venue it was 5 miles away!!!! And I paid $50 extra then I drove the 5 miles only to discover there were parking all around the venue for $25 for ten hours..I don't not suggest getting parking thru stub hub”
“purchased tickets to John Legend on May 19 2025 for event today October 19th @ 7:30 pm. As of 1:30 today 6 hours before event I still have not received my tickets .Called Stub Hub and they stated I should receive 3 hours before event. I have to drive about 100 miles to attend without tickets in hand. My telephone conversation was recorded and I stated if I get to the event without tickets I want a FULL refund at 4:30 pm. Very Poor Customer Service Do Not buy via Stub Hub.. Do Not

“Absolutely disgraceful. One of the worst, most deceitful experiences I’ve ever had. I bought two tickets for Bayern vs Dortmund over four weeks ago — center line, Section 230, perfect seats. I even extended my flights and hotel stays just to catch this game.
On Friday, I reached out to confirm the tickets — they assured me everything was fine and that I’d get them by 3:30 p.m. on Saturday. At 3:30, they casually tell me there are *no tickets* and offer me standing section garbage instead — behind the goal, nothing like what I paid for.
They claim they’ll refund me, but what about the hundreds I spent rearranging travel and hotels? They clearly sold my seats to someone else for a higher price and dumped me with leftovers. These slimeballs are scammers — totally dishonest, greedy, and shameless. Avoid them at all costs.”
“Worst experience ever. Unable to retrieve parking passes. Had proof of chat with the virtual assistant. Had paid for protection guarantee and they still would not help me at all. SCAMMERS!! NEVER USE STUBHUB”
“@StubHub — This experience has been beyond unacceptable.
I’ve made over five calls to your customer service team this week—starting Monday—for an event that’s tonight (Saturday). My tickets never transferred from StubHub to Ticketmaster, and after confirming with Ticketmaster, it was not user error.
I provided multiple screenshots of my StubHub account, my Ticketmaster account (showing no upcoming events), and matching emails. The issue? The tickets were apparently “already accepted by another email.”
Every time I called, I was told the issue was “escalated.” Yet, there were no follow-up emails, no apologies, no updates. One rep said the seller couldn’t resend. Another told me to wait for “alternative tickets or a refund”—that might take until a few hours before showtime.
Today, just an hour before the event, I suddenly get a broken link to “try again.” When I called (again), I was told I’d maybe get a call back up to two hours before the event (which starts at 8PM). I live an hour away—so what, am I supposed to sit in the parking lot hoping StubHub figures it out?
This process has been exhausting, unprofessional, and absolutely unacceptable.
You’ve taken hundreds of dollars and left me with no tickets, no refund, and no accountability.
@StubHub — Do better.”
“I bought tickets to the Formula One races in Mexico City on October 17th 2025 through Stubhub and Viagogo. The race is in one week. After my payment was processed, they sent me a whatsapp messages, saying that the charge I paid didn't include taxes (This despite the handling fee being ridiculously high), and that I had to pay their tax or they wouldn't send me a ticket. They also said, I couldn't back out of the transaction because my payment had already been processed. Good thing I used American Express to purchase the tickets.”
“Not a good experience. Bought tickets in a specific section and they sent me stand room tickets that were clearly in a different section which was also listed on stubhub. Notifies stubhub a week before the game and they had me send the tickets back. Called multiple times and spent hours on the phone with them as each of the deadlines that they gave me passed. Day of the game I called 2 hrs before thinking I would get my money back with their guarantee (and this was a large amount of money that they said I’d get back or new tickets - neither came) and was on the phone for an hour with no help and then hung up on. 5 days after the game I missed they gave me a refund for the price I spent.”
“Terrible experience with StubHub when I purchased tickets to Lionel Richie in Las Vegas recently. I was sent different tickets. Contacted StubHub and was told it wasn't their fault, but the sellers fault for sending the wrong tickets. Finally was told I could get 25% off the tickets that weren't nearly as good. I was then told to send the tickets back and I would get the tickets I purchased. I sent the tickets back and was told I would have new tickets within 30 minutes. Long story short I spoke with 5-6 different agents over the next 12 hours, sent multiple e-mails, had to prove twice through e-mails and pictures that I even sent the wrong tickets back and I never received any tickets. We flew to Vegas to see Lionel Richie and missed the concert. Horrible experience that carried over to the next day on the phone trying to get my money back and kept getting told that they would provide new tickets even though the concert took place 14 hours earlier. Horrible, horrible experience and I will never use them again. Avoid StubHub at all costs unless you want to be extremely disappointed.”
“Advice to others: If you’re purchasing tickets for a major event, I recommend using Ticketmaster or another platform that provides better customer care. StubHub may deliver your tickets, but that’s apparently where their responsibility ends. DO NOT USE STUBHUB!!”
“Worst service ever. They have no authority with the seller which means there is NO guarantee when you buy a ticket that you will actually get the ticket. This means you are screwed when you try to buy anything last minute. Give me the old days when I took cash and went down to the venue to secure a ticket. Stubhub sucks!”
“Stub hub sold tickets for an event that they knew was rescheduled when they sold them in my opinion . Instead of taking the event down or posting it rescheduled, they continue to allow customers to buy tickets that they can’t use until months down the line . If I wanted an event in February, I would have looked for one then !! Very disappointed and dissatisfied customer !”
“I paid $27 for parking through StubHub near the Peacock Theater, but I was assigned a parking garage several blocks away (0.12 miles) from the venue.
When I tried to validate the prepaid parking code at the machine, it kept showing “invalid.”
After the concert ended, I tried again—this time attempting to pay directly at the machine just to exit the garage, and it still showed “invalid,” but listed the parking fee as only $9.00.
So I ended up paying $27 for a $9 parking spot that I couldn’t even validate. StubHub completely ripped me off on parking fees.”
“A complete scam of a ticket selling venue. I tried purchasing tickets to a play in New York. What I thought I was purchasing was center stage. All that was listed was orchestra and the photo shown was center stage. I go through and purchase and get the furtherest left stage as possible. I contact customer service because they guarantee the tickets just to have them say sorry it says left stage. Yeah I get that. That’s why I’m calling. What a joke”
“This is the WORST company to use for tickets. STAY AWAY
I purchased tickets to the F1 in Singapore 2 months in advance and they left me waiting for the tickets until the day of the event only to tell me that they couldn’t get tickets.
DISGUSTING !!!!”
“Atrocious customer service. Customer did not follow instructions for sale, I contacted the customer service at 6am(sale was at midnight). Stubhub emailed to say the deadline had passed and removed tickets from my account. They then called a day later (while I was at work) and wanted a response within 40 minutes. No response from a human. They are now threatening me with a £46 charge despite their lack of communication and mixed messages. It took a week to get a response to myself. I asked for it to be escalated and they refuse. Avoid avoid avoid!”
