they sent me to a third-party called axs, did not tell me that I had to use the stubhub email address. AXs does not accept apple log in. I requests tickets to be transferred to a good email account. They originally said yes but was dumb enough to do the same email address again. Never got my tickets despite spending 300 bucks on them.

Got ticket for the NCAA final four Monday night championship game. Ticket didn't work. Went to problem resolution. No help. They told me wait at the gate. So I went to the proper gate. No help me I spent 3 hours. Roaming around the stadium. Customer service refunded me. And they promised a voucher. Never came. Thank you Stub Hub for nothing. I would recommend to anyone NOT to use Stub Hub ever

my daughter bought two tickets from StubHub for the Taylor Swift concert in France only one ticket was legitimate the other was a fake and denied entry. I spent 30 mins on the phone with Stubhub who found 2 replace my tickets and they turned out to be fakes as well. Spent another 30 mins on the phone but In the end no concert and a huge waste of time. StunHub is a joke :(

Tried to list a resale ticket for 3 days. Kept disappearing. Wouldn't allow me to select "paper ticket" even though it's a mobile transfer. Called and spoke with someone at StubHub 5 times. Was told each time it was fixed. Never got return phone calls when told I would. Blew smoke up my rear-end just to get me off the phone. Now I'm out a $100 ticket because the service they provide didn't work.

bought Neil young tickets, never got them, got strung along long enough, the day of the concert by Stub Hub Customer Service, to not be able to get tickets from the venue that were available.. it was too close to show time, no time to get there, by the time Stub Hub said "sorry no tickets" even though there where some still available. why did they not get them for us?? Customer service literally did nothing, no idea what their purpose is.. . Stub hub is one serious joke. our stupidity for using them. Google sucks for making stub hub the first search result for a specific venue tickets.

I had an absolutely dreadful experience selling a Coachella ticket on StubHub for the first time. Two months before the festival, I purchased two general admission tickets for myself and my husband. Unfortunately, close to the event, my husband had a job change and couldn't attend. Left with no choice but to sell his ticket, I opted for StubHub. Despite selling the ticket for less than what I bought it for, I thought things would go smoothly. I sent the wristband via priority mail to the buyer, only to face a nightmare after the event. The buyer claimed the wristband was invalid, well after the festival had ended. In a desperate attempt to resolve the issue, I provided StubHub with ample evidence: pictures of the wristband, barcode, the associated code number, confirmation emails from the original Coachella website, bank statements showing the purchase, and receipts from FedEx proving shipment to the buyer. Despite all this, the response from Stacey, the person handling my case, was abysmal. She took weeks to reply, only to inform me that my case was closed due to the passage of time, effectively fining me an additional $468 on top of not receiving payment for the wristband I sold. This experience left me frustrated and deeply disappointed. I will never trust StubHub again. Their lack of accountability and disregard for sellers' efforts is appalling. Steer clear of StubHub if you value your time, money, and peace of mind.

I was checking out for 2 concert tickets. The price was to be secured. I am glad I put a limiy on amout. As It was to be a little over 500. They jumped up $100 each. So 767 would of been total. But after looking again they kept increasing prices. Never will I try from here again. Ticketmaster is the way to go.

I made a mistake and bought the wrong ticket for the event , when I realized I tried immediately to cancel my order but the website doesn’t work as expected until I find a number to call , then 30 min pass and they said it was too late and they couldn’t do anything to cancel my order . I will never buy from this third party ever again since they can’t help you when you need it .

I bought a ticket for the pit area. I was then sent 2 " free " tickets. There was never any pit ticket. Complained and got TERRIBLE customer service. No 100% guarantee AT ALL!!! DO NOT BUY TICKETS FROM THIS ASSHOLE COMPANY!!!

Beware!! This company is a criminal organization. StubHub scammed us badly. We flew from Toronto to Mexico City to see Madonna. Tickets they sent were invalid despite me calling them the day-of the concert to ensure their validity. We were turned away at the gate, along with hundreds of others who also purchased from StubHub and Viagogo (sister companies). Heartbreaking for us and thousands of dollars wasted in expenses to travel there. Don’t get scammed like we did.

On 10 January 2024 I ordered three tickets, as a Christmas present for my sons, through Stub Hub for the football match Girona FC v Barcelona FC on 4 May. A specific location and price was given. We booked flights and hotels and other activities. On 30 April I was informed by email that the tickets were no longer available. No apology and no offer of finding replacement tickets despite Stub Hub still advertising tickets for the match on Google. Let this be a warning to others that this is a company which cannot be trusted to deliver.

Terrible . Orders three tickets for Miami Grand Prix . Three different sellers. No problem with the Saturday or Sunday tickets but Fridays passes came up invalid. StubHub help centers making it our fault . Won’t guarantee anything . I’m losing my money for the tickets . Ran me around for days with no resolution .

Tried to sell concert tickets since Ticketmaster wud not allow for this specific event. Inadvertently clicked L13 (loft) instead of section 113, with row/ seat number. Stubhub allowed me to post and sell these seats even though they don’t exist. Numerous unsuccessful attempts to speak with management. Buyer sent me back tickets within 12 hours of purchase. StubHub charged me $330 as a penalty. I wud if received $268 if they sold and StubHub service fees wud of been about $60.

It’s a third-party. I bought tickets. It was switched two times on the date. I was unable to get my money back was very difficult to resell the item which I lost over $200 when you called the company they weren’t very helpful. I would never use them again.

A show in Austin on April 20 was canceled during performance because of severe weather in an outdoor venue The venue confirmed and Ticketmaster is giving a refund. StubHub will not give a refund because they’re a second party and said they cannot process even though a refund is being given by Ticketmaster, who was the primary seller when I asked to have my call escalated by the service representative, I was told they cannot do it because there is no valid reason escalate I proceeded to ask him about their policy. They quoted me sexual 11 .3 and the global policy I’ve begin asked them to read the rest of the policy because there is other information pertinent to a refund they would not read it and said there was no reason escalate the call, buyers beware it purchasing any tickets from StubHub refunds are hard to come by from these people they will keep coding to you that you access the gate, even though severe weather, lightning and particular was in the area my guess is they don’t care about customer safety I would rather have a sitting there and not get a refund

I have never used this online service before to try to sell tickets to a music venue. I posted my tickets and had to take quite a hit on the original price that I had paid for these tickets. I followed the instructions after someone mysteriously bought my tickets at half the price that I had paid. I sent the tickets to the Buyer via the federal express as I was instructed to do prior to the event. The buyer was not happy with the tickets for whatever reason I asked for StubHub to just send me back my tickets. I called numerous times to a generic phone number. No one seems to know anything about your account and can give you very vague answers, even though they claim that they record the calls, every time I call back I get someone new and they give me a different answer on the resolution for the sale of my tickets. Don't use this platform. You can't specify anything about your tickets. You can't communicate with the potential buyer of the tickets that you have sometimes there are More details that you need to share about the tickets that you have then it's misleading to the buyer. And this is the worst customer service possible and you can't accelerate to any sort of management to get your problem resolved at least to meet you on a middle ground. Horrible horrible, horrible !!!!! stay away

Misleading company. Nof trust worthy at all. Avoid buying tickets from them. They dont care for customer service, i was promised a middle zone ticket by the vendor and after i purchased it, i was given the last row tickets for $330/each when the same tickets on ticketmaster were sold at $200/each. I made a mistake by not checking ticketmaster first.when i called claiming i have received a wrong ticket, i was informed there was no promise, when i can clearly see the seats promised was in middle of the section. Dont repeat the same mistake i did by trusting them. They will wash their hands from helping you.

I have sold tickets on Stubhub for 10 years. When selling it’s typical to list your tickets on a couple sites to give a better opportunity to sell them to a buyer. For the first time ever tickets to an event sold at the same time (within 5 minutes) on both sites. Since my tickets were Ticketmaster tickets, they automatically get sent to the purchaser, thus making it the Stubhub sale unfulfillable. I called Stubhub immediately asking them to please cancel the sale so the buyer could have an opportunity to purchase new tickets. After being hung up on 4 times by them, and spending an hour just asking them to please do what’s best for the customer, they refused. I called back the next day, and they simply said that they will try and find replacement tickets and charge me whatever they feel like charging me. In my opinion, I should be responsible for the commission they lost ($40 / 10% of the sale) by me not fulfilling my order. The customer ended up canceling the order on their end as they wouldn’t accept the tickets I offered in exchanged. Stubhub charged me $360 because they cancelled the order, instead of the $40 commission they lost. Jose the manager and all ten people I spoke with could care less that they are doing this. It is not legal to charge someone for something no one received. Disappointed that they are not willing to be reasonable. They do not care about their customers (buyers or sellers). Hours of wasted time and stress. They lost a guy who sells and buys a lot from their site.
