I have went to many concerts but recently purchased tickets through StubHub. When I bought the tickets, they were in section 110 and it wasn’t until I finalized the sale that I realized there was no seats attached. I was promised tickets would be released, but they never were. On the day of the concert, I contacted Stubhub four times before the concert to say the tickets haven’t been released and was only told they have a guarantee and will find me new tickets. At the time of the concert, they finally responded and said the tickets are not available and there’s no other options. StubHub did not care about any travel expenses, gas, lodging, or the parking (that was paid through their website). They did absolutely nothing to fix the issue other than refund the price of the tickets. I went online and found tickets on StubHub that were still available for purchase, but StubHub would not transfer those to me because they did not meet their criteria. I will never use Stubhub again

Not happy . I will not use this platform again . The concert will be tomorrow and I did not get my ticket as they promised . Now I have to wait the day of concert and the person I spoke with said it can be even 2 hrs before show I wont know if Ill the ticket . Sounds crazy and criminal I say after all the money I spend with hotel and travel . Never again I will use stubhub. Buyer beware!!!!

Bought Green Monster tickets for a Red Sox game, and when I tried to scan in was told it was an invalid ticket. Red Sox ticket office said after I had received the tickets into my Stubhub account they took them back out. When contacting stubhub they said they cannot fix my issue and get me into the game and took 45 min to have them say we will review if a refund can be provided. Never use this service they will just defraud you

Total awful experience. Bought tickets in December for my grandkids for dude. Perfect. Went on to try to get them. They say the digital tickets were claimed in Ticketmaster, but they’re not in my Ticketmaster account and I do not have any other account I’ve spent two weeks calling them and it’s a joke. Why in the world could you not resend a digital ticket to the same person that purchased it that does not make any sense. Here it is two hours before the event and I keep calling and getting disconnected. I would never recommend anybody using this service.

I purchased a ticket to a show over 4 months early and never received my tickets for the event itself. I even requested a retransfer from the company itself. After reaching out, I was told I would not be given a refund, despite being charged over $30 dollars in fees and never recieving the ticket at all. Never will be using them again. Very frustrating all around.

They sell fraudulent tickets. Highly recommend not using this site got scammed out of 1500 dollars and they came back to me and said I made that up!! Avoid at all costs!!

The sale and transfer of my tickets were confirmed. Payment was received 5-7 days after the event. A month later, I get an email from StubHub saying that I was being charged $600 to my checking account, and remaining amount was being held on my stub hub account for any future sales. I filed a dispute and was told that it would take 25-30 days to review the case, and would not be reimbursed until then. I will never use StubHub again, nor will my family.

I purchased two tickets to a Colorado Rockies Baseball game on StubHub. I then purchased a parking spot at an adjoining parking lot. Turned out it was a parking garage with a VERY low ceiling and I was unable to park there. Despite their 100% guarantee thru FanProtect, StubHub disavowed any responsibility and refused to give a refund.

Living on a fixed income makes me cautious. So when I saw a famous face promoting a crypto investment, I thought it was the real deal. But it was a scam. I lost more than $10,000 and felt crushed. Thankfully, my son reached out to Mrs. Napua Francesca. Her team treated me with care, honesty, and respect. No gimmicks — just results. I was able to recover part of my money. Scams are more common than you think. But there are honest people who can help you move forward.

I ordered tickets a week before the concert. They HAD to be physical tickets. They were supposed to arrive the day before the concert, instead, they were in transit all day with UPS and we found out 3 hours before the concert they were not going to arrive. They refused to send us the tickets electronically. They refused to give us new tickets. 1 out of 10 stars. So sad I didn’t get to go to the concert. Who still uses physical tickets? Is this 1909?

I did not receive my tickets to see Wicked. I was told they would arrive the day before, then told not to worry, they'd arrive two hours before. They did not. The human representative I spoke with said they would find me another ticket. They did not. Now I wait for the refund. Will I get it? I am so disappointed. This was my first and now last time ever using Stub hub. My college aged children warned me. I didn't follow their advice. I'm so disappointed.

I purchased a digital ticket to an event, but when I tried to ‘sell’ it using the site, they required financial information (my address, bank account number, institution details) in addition to my card details (name, number, date, CVS). I became uncountable with this e-commerce site having this much information and tried to cancel the sale. But it was not possible at that stage of the process. So rather than give them those details, I exited the site and eventually used the ticket. 4 days after the event I was charged 32 dollars for not ‘delivering’ the digital ticket. So eventually I paid for the ticket AND the the fee for not delivering the ticket. Their customer service on the issue is limited to a chat with an agent online and their approach is robotic and inflexible. I will be deleting their app and my account with them. Beware!

I purchased tickets in December for my grandchildren for dude. Perfect. They were digital tickets. I go on now to get the tickets because the concert is coming up and they’re saying that they were already claimed. They are nowhere in my Ticketmaster and nobody can help me and everything is all under the same email address and I’ve called multiple times and spent hours on the phone. It’s ridiculous that they can’t resend a digital ticket to the person that was purchased from.

Horrible, horrifying, and hapless experience! Chatted multiple times with virtual assistant, as well as live agents, to no avail! Eventually, the wrong ticket was sent the day of the event, past the start time!!! Requested a refund, which is in process, but of course, it will take 8 days to complete. A friend said they were not a fan of StubHub, I should have heeded their advice! Missed an amazing day of tennis at the DC Open as a result. The stress has me exhausted, as though I played myself, instead of being there to cheer on my faves. I'm one and done with this vendor! If I could give a big fat 0, I would! Total Ridiculousness -- attached are images of the ticket I purchased, and what was sent to me?!?!?

We will never buy tickets through Stubhub ever again. Stubhub sold us invalid tickets, and now has the audacity to fight our return request because they don't... believe us??? We sent them proof and they are basically calling us liars.
