Purchased parking passes with game tickets. Got billed from the parking company. Tried to resolve it to no avail. Their guarantee should have been written on toilet paper. Won't purchase from them again.”
“Bought two tickets for an upcoming show - purchased Seats 3 and 4. Have multiple screen shots and emails from StubHub confirming these were the seats I ordered.
However, StubHub gave me seats 9 and 10, which are further away from the aisle and the stage and have a significantly worse angle. I contacted Customer Service and they told me the seller would have to give me the correct tickets (Seats 3-4) or I'd get a refund. However, after waiting weeks, this wasn't done and when I've re-contacted StubHub (many times), they've advised me that they can provide whatever seats they want, as long as they're in the same section and same row - even if they are obstructed, farther away from the stage, have a different view, etc. They cannot point to anywhere in their policy where this is disclosed; I have asked multiple times, and the offshore customer service agents just say that this is their "policy".
I have contacted StubHub 10+ times in an effort to resolve, and they, frankly, just don't care. I will never do business with them again and recommend that others steer clear, as well.”
“My wife and I purchased tickets to a show at the a theater in NYC. We bought tickets for row R, but received row EEE. Since the theater has a zero phone policy and we wouldn't be allowed into the theater after intermission we thought we would contact stubhub after the show. When we called to see how they could help us they told us that since we did not complain during the show there was nothing they could do. They did not verify the tickets were actually row R and they would not reimburse us.”
“We bought tickets to an NFL game. When we went to claim the tickets we’ve only gotten error messages and haven’t been able to claim them. We have, in writing, from Ticketmaster that we don’t have them and have never had them. Ticketmaster confirmed another account not associated with mine have them. We’ve been n the phone with StubHub for hours and hours and it’s been over two weeks now. We sent so many screenshots proving we don’t have the tickets. They still say we accepted them and have them so there’s nothing we can do. They are keeping our money. We aren’t covered by the guarantee. And they won’t provide information on what date the tickets were accepted or transferred and into what account because it’s ‘classified’. Even though it should be my information - as they claim. They are useless and a total scam. I don’t think they can actually see anything about the tickets and do not put customers first.”

“They are crooks! I called Stubhub US throughout the process of selling 7 tickets and they not only stiffed me but also charged me over $500 CAD on my credit card claiming their customer could not get the tickets. In the meantime I show an email that there was a successful transfer from Broadway Direct to Stubhub!!!! Thieves!!!”
“StubHub treats its ticket sellers like dirt. They cut my listing roughly a half day before the event not informing me of this illogical move for a theater listing. Note they used to have a 30 minute roll before events that they no longer continued listing, but they don’t talk clients now. They have treating me badly with the listing that they screwed up because of the app, not updating quickly enough about a sale in which they sold the same tickets twice, but I had to correct their problem and they made me pay for it. StubHub treats their sellers terribly.
Of note, I’ve been a ticket purchase on a lot more occasions than I’ve sold tickets on StubHub. Many of my purchases have gone well, but StubHub when there’s a problem does not take good care of you.

“StubHub are theives they put wrong photos of where you will sit & charge 100 service fee for ticket purchased. You can just go Doritos the site like ticket master & they don’t rip you off. They won’t let u exchange or change a ticket. They are horrible in customer service as well. Please don’t purchase from StubHub you can find tickets elsewhere for better prices. Horrible will never use again!!”
“I purchased a set of tickets and then "upgraded" with another purchase for better seats - specifically as you advertised that it is easy to resell. The fact that your site does not promote your tickets with visibility unless you sell them within your resell range basically does not give the seller to sell at their price - only at your determined range. I thus completely lost the second pair of tickets and had to swallow the cost. I have resold with ticket resellers before but this was the absolute worst experience.”
“I bought tickets to the eagles game relized i got the wrong ones put them up for sale never received them even sent them photos of the rejected ticket ot sold then as they were getting them released to me the buyer backed out then turned around after I was assured from numerous calls they would not charge me then charged me 600$ so not only did I not get the original tickets I bought for 700 they charged me again I disputed it they returned a message saying it was denied so I would highly advise not to buy from them.”
“Paid for the $20usd=$40cad parking that was a suggested prompt after purchasing tickets assuming they would be close to the venue. No address was provided on the advertisement except for “TD Coliseum parking pass” so I assumed it would be the parking that was either associated or attached to the venue or close by. I didn’t get the address until the day of and it was a parking structure 14 minutes away driving from the venue and a 40 minute walk. This is Hamilton okay not Toronto there are places to park closer to this venue. So day of I actually just typed into google maps parking near TD Coliseum and i got a spot in the lot across from the venue and it was $30. Don’t buy the parking find it ahead of time”

Flew to said country and my tickets were never transferred to me. They send the seller couldn't fulfill the tickets so they would refund me. I wanted to go to the concert not get a refund!”
“StubHub provided what has been without a doubt the single worst experience of any concert or show in my 52 years. I planned a trip to Las Vegas for my family focused around seeing the Wizard of Oz at the Sphere as well as some other family oriented activities and National Parks. In late Oct I purchased tickets. Next day they were available in the StubHub app but had to be transferred to Ticketmaster. Transfer was not my choice. I attempted transfer and received an error stating tickets had already been transferred. The "transferred" tickets were however not available in my Ticketmaster account. Over the course of a month and a half I made contact with StubHub no less than 5 times. Called the Sphere and Ticketmaster trying to obtain access to my tickets. The Sphere was unable to assist. Ticketmaster did not have any listing of Wizard of Oz tickets for me under my name, address, or email. Every call or chat with StubHub resulted in essentially the same conversation. Give it a few days, log out and log back into my StubHub and Ticketmaster apps, try another device, call Ticketmaster, let us contact the seller. Ultimately 2 days before the show I was told to contact them the day of the show if the tickets didn't magically appear in my account. The day of the show (12/10) I reached out a final time trying to gain access to tickets I bought in Oct. I was essentially told tough luck as they could see the tickets had transferred. It didn't matter I could not see them regardless of device. It didn't matter Ticketmaster confirmed they could not see any Wizard of Oz tickets associated with my name, address, or email. Ultimately they didn't care so my family and I missed out on the cornerstone of our trip......and we're from the east coast so it wasn't a simple drive to visit Vegas. StubHub will never receive business from me again AND I will post this or similar reviews on every site I can find.”
“I purchased tickets for the November Bonnie Raitt concert in Milwaukee. I purchased them in July, thinking I was set. The day of the concert I had not received my tickets. I received a link stating my tickets were no longer available. They gave them to somebody else.”
“You're supposed to buy tickets directly from them yet it is always from a 3rd party seller. How?! That's the scam from many companies not just Stub Hub. Unfortunately in my case, after utilizing tickets bought I will not be purchasing anymore from them. Ticket cost $90 on their site. When received the tickets it shows original cost is $40. It's insane this companies are allowed to dot his.”
