“Scam artists, purchased a parking pass for a close lot to the venue, email shows the correct lot, when I click get tickets, it goes to another company’s website and shows they gave me a parking pass for a lot that is several blocks further and 1/5 of the price but charged me over $50 for it! Bait and switch much”
“We bought Eagles Concert tickets for Global Life Field in TX and purchased the "Parking" tickets as well. The parking is a pure SCAM. When we arrived at the venue we found that we were not parking in the GL Parking areas and the "Pass" was for the Sleep Inn Hotel that was 1.6 miles away. This is a total misrepresentation of what we purchased and were refused a refund. I will never again use StubHub!”
“The tickets I bought a week ahead, were still missing on game day. StubHub said they would give me others that were equal in value. Then those tickets still weren't in my account one hour before the game. I spent time on the phone trying to understand where they were. Eventually the customer rep texted me a link but it only loaded a web page that initially wouldn't scan at the stadium gate. The tickets I ended up with were inferior to what I initially purchased, and StubHub repeatedly failed to locate the tickets they said they were selling me. Then they repeatedly failed to understand how to send me an email with a link. At various times they blamed Ticketmaster, and later blamed the St Louis Cardinals and MLB. It was everyone else's fault. Services was terrible. Tickets were worse. Hard to imagine how StubHub could ever do anything worse. Maybe kidnap my firstborn?”

“Bought floor seats in Section C to the Eagles concert at Vanderbilt Stadium. Over $500 per seat. Got there and there were two Section Cs. One on the floor and one in the stands. Our seats were just about as high up in the stands as we could get and off to the side so we couldn’t see the band and could barely see the screens. There were at least 20 other couples we talked to who got screwed just like we did. I’ve bought many concert and sporting event tickets from StubHub in the past but Will not be buying from them any more. Ticketmaster is much more reliable.”

I Bought tickets on April 22/2026 for a 705pm texas rangers base game for June 5th , but when I received email, Tickets showed 135pm. It had taken me two weeks to finally have a stubhub rep take back/ returned and now two more weeks to try and get money back. Now i find out that stubhub has to send me an email giving authorization..
Fyi - i am the one that keeps having to call them. I have made multiple phone calls for the last 4 weeks and still haven’t received a refund or authorization to have it done.. keep getting the same message “another team has to help”
I will never buy thru them again.
I have also advised on every call to stubhub that the game in question still says 705 pm on their website, 4 weeks later and still jo change ..”
“Stubbub basically stole my money. While trying to transfer tickets I got an error message three times, the fourth time it seemed to go through. My buyer got to the venue presented her tickets on the phone and they said someone had already used them. So obviously the tickets had transferred, actually screwed up and transferred twice. But since I couldn't provide the email about the transfer, and I just don't save any emails, they will not give me the money that at least one person and probably two people paid for the tickets.”

“Very disappointed with StubHub’s parking service.
The parking they sold me was advertised as being close to the Kaseya Center, but it was actually very far away. This was completely misleading and unacceptable. I tried speaking with a supervisor to either get a refund or be reassigned to a closer parking location, but it was completely useless. No one helped resolve the issue.
To make matters worse, I was told multiple times that I would receive an email with a solution or follow-up regarding my complaint, and I never received anything. I also never received the refund for the parking cost I paid.
This experience was frustrating, misleading, and extremely unprofessional. I expected much better customer service from a company like StubHub.”

Yes, StubHub eventually refunded the money, but that does not make up for the anxiety, inconvenience, and risk of ruining a very important trip for my family. Thankfully, we were able to purchase different tickets at the last minute, but we should never have been put in that situation.

“Utterly deceptive. We ordered tickets through StubHub in December for a show in April. The tickets were emailed to us. One week before the show the tickets vanished. The email vanished. StubHub does not provide a phone number. They only have a bot. The bot was useless. We were never able to retrieve the tickets. Credit card dispute did not protect us because we received the tickets initially. You will not be protected. This site is a scam.”
