“I purchased VIP ticket for Inkcarceration 2025 on 7.14.25 through StubHub. Got confirmation. On 7.16.25 I received email that the ticket is not available and StubHub would get me an alternative ticket. Click on Alternative Ticket. Next page says that no tickets available. I'm already in Mansfield, Oh, with booked accommodation and now have no ticket. More timely notification would have been helpful. Needless to say that I will never purchase anything with stubhub again.”
“AWFUL EXPERIENCE. My friend and i had tickets for Coldplay, a decent section that had an amazing view. Ended up being fake tickets and we were on the phone with Stubb hub about it, they gave us other options, them being an obstructed stage view that we can barely see the concert. I do not recommend buying tickets from here they are most likely FAKE!!!”
“Tried buying tickets 4 times, they told me there was a problem with authorisation from my bank. 3rd time i tried to buy tickets i bought it with a bank representator on the phone they told me theres nothing wrong. Stubhub declined transaction 3 times telling me its my bank and their system and that theres nothing they can do. First try on vivid seats with same card went through and got my tickets 5mins later. Stubhub is unreliable and customer service is useless.”

I then spent over ah hour on the phone with 2 separate CS reps. (obviously off-shore) and no refund yet. If not reversed, i'll be reporting and challenging the extra charges. won't be using their platform EVER again.”
“Order ticket form Stubhub in June for an event that was taking place in August. The description on the ticket did not match the description of the tickets on the website. Contacted Stubhub customer support to confirm I received the correct tickets. StubHub requested a screen shot of the tickets and forwarded it to StubHub escalation team. StubHub escalation team confirmed the tickets were not correct. StubHub sent information on how to return the tickets. SubHub picked up the tickets and has not provide replacement tickets or a refunded.”
“Bought a parking pass to a Yankee stadium, which was listed as such. When we got to the parking lot address listed on pass, we realized it was far from stadium. We ended up being late to the game. When contacted customer service, they said they realize we received different parking than what we reserved, however we had to report this within 2 hours to get refund. They offered 25% voucher instead. Parking they sent us to was very far, and cost about $5, vs $40 we paid.”
“Completely misleading and a scam. Purchased tickets from StubHub back in February for a Luke Bryan concert in Toronto in July. Order confirmation said tickets would be released on day of concert by 4:00 p.m. Received e-mail that tickets were released but no tickets were received. Spent more than 2 hours on phone and virtual chat with agent who said they were 'working on it'...long story short, they could not reach the original seller, there was some sort of 'technical difficulty' I never received my tickets, and since there were no tickets available, just told me the only option was a refund. This is an hour before the concert while we were at the gates of the venue! Spent hundreds in travel and hotels only to miss the concert and unclear when or if the refund is coming in. Complete scam and will never use StubHub again. Buyer beware!”
“I’d give them zero stars if I could. Like other people have said their customer service is absolutely horrible. Been on the phone multiple times for hours trying to find out where my credit went to when a concert we were to attend 5 years ago was cancelled. Stubhub said they can see our credit on their end but we can’t access it. They keep saying they’re sending it to upper management and they will get back to us and we ask why we can’t talk to upper management ourselves and they say it’s under review and they will get back to us. Not once in 3 months have they emailed or called us. We just get the run around every time we call. I will just mention that you’re taking a risk of losing your money if you use them so don’t !!”

I was promised a refund two months ago and despite 27 phone calls and over 40 hours on hold, I’m still being told it’s “with management” and “being processed.”
We’ve spent a lot of money with this company over the years, and I’ve never experienced customer service this poor. There’s zero accountability, and no follow-through.
Frankly, it’s embarrassing on their part. Customers deserve better than this.”

Why did I have to be the one to initiate that? Now I have been waiting a month for my refund and they keep saying it takes time. Never ever again will I use stubhub”

I purchased a $173 parking pass on StubHub just an hour before soccer event in Philadelphia .When I arrived at 9:10 PM, all gates were closed except Gate Q. There, the staff scanned my pass and told me it had already been used three times earlier that day. The manager confirmed it was invalid and also said they do not work with StubHub. Then they offered to let me in if I paid another $30 in cash—completely unprofessional and shady.
I spent over 40 minutes trying to resolve it, called StubHub customer support, and was repeatedly put on hold. I couldn’t get through to anyone in time and eventually had to leave. I missed the entire event because there was nowhere else to park safely.
StubHub completely failed me. Their platform sold me a fraudulent parking pass, offered no timely support, and ruined my night. I demand a full refund not only for the parking pass but also for my event tickets—I couldn’t attend because of StubHub’s negligence. This was a total scam, and I will never use StubHub again. Hire better support staff and stop selling fake tickets.”
