“I will never buy tickets from them again! I purchased 2 tickets to a WNBA game in Atlanta in March 2025. I never received the tickets. Each time they sent a link, it said no tickets. This went on for 2 months ! I was assured that I would get either my original tickets or replacement tickets under their fan guarantee. The day of the game, still no tickets and they send a link after I called them with 45 minutes before the game, tickets were sold out! Which I knew they would be! I called them every week for 2 months, no tickets! This was a graduation gift for my granddaughter! Thanks StubHub for disappointing her!”
“Recently purchased tickets through stubhub and found out a week later that I would not be able to attend, so I decided to sell the tickets through their platform as they recommended. A few days after the sale, the person I had purchased the tickets from canceled the order. Since I had sold those same tickets, and this was all done through stubhubs platform, I figured it should be a simple process to resolve, especially as I had not received any money from the sale yet. After a two hour long conversation with three different customer support representatives, I was given various conflicting information about whether I would be charged to supply the ticket I had sold. Once the third customer service representative informed and assured me that if I followed her exact process, I would not be charged as I was not the one responsible for canceled the tickets (which is also what is clearly stated in their terms and conditions). Come to find out today that I was charged 400 USD to supply the replacement ticket, which I will be disputing with my credit card company with documentation of all communication from the first two communications (did not record the phone call I had with the third representative unfortunately). Genuinely avoid wasting you time and money with these people, and just find your tickets elsewhere. If you do run into a hiccup, you will need to spend hours to resolve a simple issue, for which you WILL be charged for even though you were clearly told you would not be.”
“Terrible don’t ever but from here. I purchased a ticket and the seller never gave my any information. I called stub hub and they said they couldn’t replace my ticket which is on their policy. So they said a refund was the only option. I was already at the entrance for the concert. DONT BUY FROM HERE”
“i paid for a parking pass and the venue closed all access to the stadium. i was diverted away from the venue and wasn't able to use them. Stub hub basically told me to suck on it”
“The worst business I’ve ever delt with, customer service is horrible. No help at all. I was left stranded in a city I traveled to and a hotel I paid fir with no tickets to the event”
“This has been a horrible experience. I will tell anyone to never use this site. I purchased tickets for my mom’s birthday, she’s turning 75 by the way. I get an email that it’s no longer the original artist that I purchased the tickets for but it’s Kodak Black! I call customer service to find out what’s going on. I’m told that because the original concert was not cancelled but the artist was changed I could not get a refund or any other accommodation. Either we go see Kodak Black or forfeit the tickets. If this is not the worst form of BS. This is a complete SCAM!!!!”
“ORRIBLE! DO NOT PURCHASE TICKETS FROM HERE. The day of the event we got an email saying our tickets were ready, we were on our way to the event which was almost two hours away, i was on the phone with them the entire time, they kept telling me they were fixing it, when we were at the door of the venue they told us they don't have the tickets available that the only thing they can offer is a refund. WHY MAKE ME DRIVE ALL THE WAY TO THE VENUE IF YOU CAN'T PROVIDE TICKETS I PURCHASED MONTHS AGO!”
“StubHub has failed me in a SPECTACULAR way. I bought my tickets for Stray Kids Orlando in November of 2024. I bought a very specific section and row in order to near the stage. Two days ago, several months later, they emailed me saying my tickets have been “upgraded.” This “upgrade” meant that I was moved to the VERY TOP and VERY BACK of the stadium. This is in no way an upgrade. When I called and asked about this issue, they assured me that they would find me “comparable tickets.” After two days with no communication from StubHub I finally called back and they informed me that the “upgraded” tickets WERE the comparable tickets and they could do nothing about it. They kept repeating that they were “third party” but refused to give me any information about the original seller which meant any resolutions had to go through them. I repeated that my current physical condition did not allow me to climb to the top of the stadium. They refused to acknowledge this and did not offer any other solutions. They refused to let me speak to any managers or higher ups. They have given me no other explanation as to why the tickets I bought last year are suddenly unavailable to me.
Please avoid StubHub. Do not use this service. They will give you awful seats (which cost a fraction of the small fortune I spent on the originals) and tell you to be grateful that you are in the arena at all.”
“I bought my first ticket at Studhub, but when I scanned it at the entrance it did not go through. I went to the ticket booth to talk to them and was told “those are fraudulent tickets”. In the end, the exact same seats were sold on site, so I bought those tickets. I called Studhub on the spot, but after 2 weeks, I never heard back or heard from them. They would not give me a refund either.
Is Studhub selling scam tickets? I will never use them again.”
“Although prices were listed in Canadian dollars, credit card was billed as US prices. When Stubhub was contacted about this, they said that the event is billed on the currency of the country where it is located. I feel prices were falsely advertised. I will never use Stubhub again. Vivid’s Canadian website gives you the final price, with all fees and taxes included.”
“I purchased concert tickets through StubHub. Everytime I tried to download the tickets I got message saying they were downloaded by another email. I tried to resolve the issue all day the day before. Then I was told they had up until the start of the event to deliver tickets. Which would mean paying$80 to park and waiting outside the stadium until the started?? The tickets were never delivered and StubHub will not defend my money.”
“They charged me for $100 while we could park for $30 at the venue!!
The tickets could not be saved on phone or transferred to ticket master. Called the multiple times that couldn’t provide me with individual tickets!”
“My tickets got ripped off from StubHub and it appears to have been an inside job as there were unapproved transactions on my ap and my credit card. StubHub insisted that I transferred my tickets to someone else. And I did not. So I was left without my tickets on day of concert. And StubHub was no help in assisting with the problem. I will never purchase from StubHub again - even if it means never going to another concert. I lost almost $5000 in ticket costs.”
“We ordered tickets for the Meghan Mooroney concert in Washington DC in December 2024 and they said tickets wouldn’t be delivered to me until May 2025 5:00pm the night of the concert! Well the tickets NEVER came- stubhub operator was no help and we had NO tickets to get into concert while I was waiting in line with my two excited girls! It was SO disappointing! AND we were NOT the only ones this happened to that night via stubhub! I will NEVER use them again.”
“Subhub is an organization I would NEVER use again. The venue of the event I bought tickets for through Stubhub would not guarantee the seats. I bought additional tickets through the venue to guarantee I would see the performance. When I called and talked to Stubhub they could not guarantee the seats.”
“I purchased 2 tickets for Mets game at City Field stadium in a specific location and after I paid they change the location, when I call customer service they said maybe I make a error , but I know I didn’t and I don’t have time to sell it b/c to expensive two days before the game . Was so unfair and I will never use this platform again. Be careful and take pictures when you purchase because I didn’t.”
“Never been to the uptown theater where the event is being held. StubHub sold me a $40 parking pass twenty blocks away from the event in a terrible part of KC. They do not tell you they sub parking to a 3rd party so you cannot cancel and refund. Turns out the theater offers free parking across the street in 3 different lots. Never, ever, will I buy anything from StubHub again. Be warned.”
