Order #546876912. The agent said him name was Miles, I asked to speak to a supervisor so he just kept me on hold for over 2 hours until I gave up! These people are scammers! Do not use them! This explains all the bad publicity they are getting! You have been warned!!”

“I was trying to get details about the seating for a concert because I wanted to get tickets for my friend and myself because she is disabled. I called and the guy was explaining the seating and the ones I wanted were available only as a promotional purchase. He had me go get some prepaid cards which was shady but I really wanted the tickets so I followed his instructions. After almost two hours and $650 of prepaid cards he said he made a mistake and I had to be transferred to a supervisor(Benjamin Mathai). He apologized but I’d have to get another card for $450 (this was the same tickets discounted for my trouble) or I wouldn’t get my $650 back. I was in tears. I thought I was a victim of a scam. He said the original guy would most likely be fired because he didn’t understand the promotion. I ended up just giving up and hanging up on him. I have never been so frustrated trying to find tickets to a concert. There is way more crud I had to go through but I’m exhausted from this experience and sooo done. I will never use Stubhub again!”

“Worse customer service ever. Purchased tickets and paid using PayPal, I later learned that my tickets were cancelled. Contacted stubhub who directed me back to PayPal to only later find out that stubhub was indeed paid in full. Stubhub has told me that my case was expedited and being looked into, that was over a month ago with still no answer except to keep waiting. I’ve provided them with all receipts and proof of purchase. The concert is in 5 days and sadly I’ll probably miss the event because stubhub has poor response times and customer service.”

I went to their site, all in a froth to get tickets to a show I really wanted to see, with the impression that the prices were actual and real and reasonable for what it was. Selected seats, held my nose, and said "well it's just this ONE time to see these guys", and pushed confirm purchase. Paid over $1900 US for a show in Canada, Should have been in CAN$ (Mistake #2).
Come to find out a day or so later that Ticketmaster has BETTER seats for at least $900 less, and in Canadian $!
Now, weeks later, the tickets are a fraction of that!!!
Literally, could've waited a few weeks and bought comparable or better seats for about 15% of what I paid on StupidHub! Never again will I use them.
Tried to list the tix for sale, at a loss, or course, no nibbles at all. Why is that -- because the available seats are a fraction of the cost of what I bought.

“Horrible. Scammers. Bought presale tickets for row A, but recieved tickets 24hr before concert for row P in same section. Called them and returned tickets back to them, told me that they’ll email me with tickets same or better, but never recieved tickets so I called them and said to call back tomorrow morning, did not receive tickets so I called them. They told me to call them at 4 PM if I didn’t recieve tickets so I called them 5 more times and they told me they couldn’t give me tickets until an hour before the show started and they promised that I would definitely get tickets that were the same or better so at 6 PM they put me on hold for 20 min to tell me that my tickets were on their way. They never came so I called again and by then it was 30 min before the concert for them to put me on hold for 25 min and then 3 min before the concert started at 7, they told me that there were no tickets left and they were going to give me a refund. I asked for a manager and they refused to give me one. They were still selling tickets and they were selling MY TICKETS IN ROW A FOR DOUBLE THE PRICE. They care more about money than staying loyal to their costumers. So I ended up purchasing new tickets from seat geek instead. 30min after the concert started they offered lawn tickets or tickets to sit behind a pole. I was helpless. Horrible experience and will never buy from here again. No apologies given to me by customer service. And no responses with multiple emails”
