Loved the experience.

Bad customers service. Worst of all, tickets showed up late making it impossible to attend an NFL game on time. I was forced to purchase last minute parking passes from a street vendor. Stubhub refused to refund my money.

You sold me a parking pass not affiliated with Levi’s stadium, found out day before I had to leave to game. I was under the impression it was located in Levi’s stadium and the parking pass was in San Jose. I’m upset because we wanted to tailgate and we didn’t get to. I would expect a full refund for not using your service and was misinformed. I will not be buying anything from stub hub or nor will I recommend you guys. Hope this gets resolved.

There is no way that 64% of users recommend Stubhub. Read Google and Yelp reviews - these are a far more accurate reflection of the Stubhub customer experience. You cannot convince me that Stubhub does not operate criminal enterprise. Shockingly bad customer experience; worse than anything ever seen. Avoid them at all costs.

I bought tickets to the Suns/Spurs game in Phoenix, together with a parking pass. The parking pass is described as "Jefferson St. Garage", which presumably is proximate to the arena, since the cost, with fees, was $25.34. Turns out the parking is not in a garage, but in a church parking lot which is over a mile from the arena (the arena entrance is on the far side of the arena facility). There is no address on the parking lot, and there are multiple signs that indicate that parking in the lot is solely for church goers, and others will be towed. Had to drive around the block several times to conclude that the garage must instead by this surface lot. It was a 28 minute walk to the arena entrance. The arena is on first street; the parking lot is on 11th street, so it is 10 blocks from the arena. Outrageous that they would advertise this lot as a parking garage for the arena. I'm sure that the parking garages proximate to the arena are much cheaper than this very remote parking lot. Total scam by StubHub. My ticket experience was also lousy. You receive digital tickets, which were supposed to be delivered no later than 3:00 pm for a 6:00 pm game. When they didn't arrive, I had to navigate their website to figure out how to contact StubHub. I ended up chatting with some bot, which initially indicated that my tickets were for a 2024 game. Spent over 30 minutes trying to reach an actual human. Finally I chatted with someone who indicated that they would either issue a refund or alternate seats. I said a refund wasn't what I wanted, and ultimately received replacement tickets which were relatively comparably, but between the delay in receiving the tickets, searching for the garage, and then a 28 minute walk to the arena, we missed the first quarter of the game.

Confusion on arriving at the theatre - something about Ticketmaster and sold-on ticket (never mentioned by Stubhub). Almost turned away. After buying the ticket was bombarded by emails selling other shows.

NEVER USE THEM!!! Day of event they promised I would receive ticket and I paid a lot to travel to NYC for it. $2000! Not only were they not concerned, but NOT helpful. Never calling back. 1 hr before sold out event they sent me a link to choose another seat. Open the link and shows "SOLD OUT!", no other seats available. I got the feeling they knew somethings was up a few days prior and I called every day to pressure them. Has they told me earlier I could have found a ticket. Ticketmaster released my ticket the following day, after the event was over, which I paid almost $1000! While they refunded me, they advised me that it is not possible for them GAURANTEE ANY TICKET. Don't take the chance ! All my friends had to leave me at the expensive hotel, full of people going and I'm dressed up with nowhere to go, and the hotel was fully booked for this event attendees, so no one was in the hotel. - DO NOT USE THEM !! I see they possibly may be struggling to stay in business.....

This company is a joke. Thank goodness for my credit card company. Tickets were stolen and stubhub wouldn't help even a little bit with evidence. We were given the run around with zero conclusion. Worst experience ever, will never purchase from again.

Worthless fraud compliant company!!! I flew all the way to Las Vegas for F1 and paid over $2,000 for tickets through Stub Hub. Received tickets to a women’s Utah Basketball game. Do not trust, do not buy, company will be out of business very soon.

StubHub does business with a lot of scam sellers. On February 15, 2025, I purchased tickets for an 11/22/25 Patti Smith show in NYC. The show starts in 33 minutes, but I will not see it. On 4/15/25, I received an email from StubHub stating my tickets are ready. On 11/16/25 I received an email from StubHub stating that “the primary ticketing vendor unexpectedly canceled the transfer of your tickets. Don't worry! We are contacting your seller about this to ensure you can get your tickets in time for Patti Smith.” I spent an hour on the phone only to be told this will not be sorted out until ONE hour before the show, because “This is StubHub’s protocol”. I was also asked to download the TicketMaster app and look for the tickets there, knowing full well they weren’t. I spent an hour on the phone this morning, and another 45 minutes just now. Even the “Replacement tickets” they offered us at 7:15 p.m. (for an 8:00 p.m. show, and we would need to wait for up to 30 minutes to receive) did not materialize. The StubHub agent suggested there’s an issue with my phone, and that I should try to download the tickets on my desktop, knowing full well these were scam tickets also. Needless to say, no tickets on the desktop either. I will be receiving a refund supposedly, but that’s a small consolation for the close to THREE HOURS spent trying to get what I paid for NINE MONTHS AGO, and the aggravation it caused. Never again, StubHub.

The tickets I purchased had a fraudulent description. The "tickets" were actually passes for a club in the stadium. You had to purchase the game tickets separately. There are multiple tickets with this same situation that are not listed on other ticket sites.

They offered a parking ticket in addition to venue tickets which I initially thought was great. Only after I purchased the parking did I realize it was 2.5 miles from the concert. What a joke, that should never been an option to offer me, and trying to resolve the issue through their customer service, who could care less (even after I finally got to a "real" virtual assistant, was a total joke! They said that they escalated the issue and NEVER got back to me. I was TOTALLY scammed, beware this very shady company who can NOT be trusted.

They host scams and then make it near impossible to resolve. Oh, great we have everything we need including documentation and will resolve. Nothing happens. Oh, we need to send it to this department. Nothing happens. Oh event passed while nothing happened so now it is a past event and needs to go to another department with their own timeline. Now that you have spent over an hour over 2 weeks chasing it through our stupid system, we will take another 2 weeks to issue a refund. Absolutely ridiculous. Scam company. Chase should cut ties.

I purchased tickets in June and paid in full at that time. Today, November 21 was the day of the concert and no tickets. They offered inferior cheaper tickets at the same price or a refund. I will never use StubHub again. When I pay $1000 for a ticket five months in advance, I expect to get it. They are crooks. !

Very unprofessional and bunch of crooks . They just scammed me with more than $200. Unbelievable. I bought tickets and sold with them as I was not able to go to the event. I purchases in USD and when I sold them they gave me back in Canadian currency that same amount which was less in value. On top when I tried to contact the customer service they did nothing about it just denied it. Scammers that what I call them.

I purchased tickets through StubHub, but due to a death in my family, I was unable to attend the concert. On the day of the event, I listed the tickets for resale on their platform at a significant discount. Someone purchased them immediately. However, when I attempted to transfer the tickets to the buyer, I discovered that the tickets I had originally purchased from StubHub were fake. I could not deliver what I didn't legitimately have. StubHub's response? They charged me a $200 non-delivery fee. While they claimed I would be refunded, it is now [insert current month] and I still have not received my refund from the August 7th incident. To be clear: StubHub sold me fraudulent tickets, then penalized me for being unable to deliver those same fraudulent tickets to another buyer. I am out the cost of the original fake tickets AND the $200 fee, with no resolution in sight despite their promises. This is unacceptable. StubHub's guarantee should protect buyers from fake tickets, not charge them additional fees when those fake tickets can't be transferred. Still waiting for my refund months later.

I think you do a horrible job at transferring tickets to the people who purchase. I should have been excited to go to the concert but instead, I had to go on an hour long CHAT bot. The customer service was decent but they couldn't even put me on the phone and it took me being VERY frustrated to finally get an option of a replacement ticket. Next time you resale, maybe grab tickets and give them more than 2 hours before the concert?
