The worst customer service I've ever experienced, they are quick to take your money but refuse to make it right if there was any mistake. If an event is cancelled, they require you to contact the event and request proof of cancellation for them to refund you. Absolutely a disgrace of a company. Stay away at all costs.

Stubhub is not a pleasant experience as a seller. I went to sell MLB tickets, let Stubhub know their 4 hour delivery policy would not work since MLB releases barcodes 3 hours before first pitch. Stubhub let me know that would put a note on my account. Come gameday, Stubhub cancels my order AND charges me. I call customer service and spent two hours to be told there is nothing they can do about it and I will need to dispute the charges.

StubHub advertised Comerica Parking for the 9-20-25 Tigers game. It was NOT Comerica parking, not owned by Comerica - I checked deeds. I wanted something close by as I just had foot surgery. The walk was about 3/4 of a mile and past much closer seats at half the price. False advertising with no accountability. I paid a lot more and got much less

I purchased 2 tickets to an Event in Austin 0n 9/20/25 Stubhub referred me to a parking lot 7 blocks away and I couldnt park until 830 which I followed , when I got to this parking lot it went down from street level 3 floors only to find out all of the about 40 spaces were taken, completely sold out. Had to back up the ramps because there was no turnaround in the garage. And it was about 7 blocks away at night right off of Sixth street on a Saturday night. Full of nonsense and drunks is not how I wanted to walk 7 blocks. Come to find out stubhub wanted pictures of this garage. How is that possible? Are you supposed to take pictures of all the stalls to prove that they were full? Or should the receipt for the paid parking ticket should be the validity that the parking garage didnt acknowledge since no one was there to voice your displeasure at. Thanks Stubhub for that part of the evening that was annoying. I will never use stubhub ever again. And I will eat the cost of the parking,buyer beware of this illegitimate company with their 3.4 rating its true.

We just went to nine inch nails with 4 center stage seats. Seats view were blocked by large pole. Who would thin center stage would have pole in way. Could not see lead singer majority of time. They are offering 25% voucher. Totally unacceptable. I will never use StubHub again.

StubHub is not trustworthy. They took my $350 for a Breaking Benjamin and 3 Days Grace concert but didn’t allow me to claim them. I went to the concert and was rejected at the door. I called them the week before the concert, the day before, and the day of. Don’t go with StubHub go to Ticketmaster.

When I purchased these tickets on July 12, 2025, I was given the option to choose the row and seat number during the process. When I completed the purchase and received the confirmation email with my row and seat number, but the ticket stated ‘Stand-in Room Only’. When I called to report what had happened and request a refund, since this did not correspond to what I had purchased, I was informed that they could not refund my money due to their policy and that I would have to resell the tickets myself. This is not an option for me, as I find it unfair to have to resell my tickets and not receive a refund for something that does not match what I originally purchased. I have evidence in the emails showing that I was assigned a row and seat number, while the ticket states otherwise.

I purchased ticket on 9/20/2025 the day of the event and never received it. I called twice show proof through my email showing that I never received any ticket. This has been the worst experience ever. I will never ever purchase tickets again from this company. The second time I called didn’t resolve my problem then guy told me we have been on the phone for 20 min saying he has to take another line. Please stop purchasing tickets from this company.

Do not use stub hub! I purchased tickets for an out of town concert and never received the tickets! My tickets were promised to deliver 3 hours prior to my even. My family travelled 4 hours for the concert that we did not see. The alternative tickets that were offered were not good seats.

Absolutely the worst i've ever dealt with. They lost my tickets.I was on the phone between them and ticketmaster.44 hours, they sold me parking tickets that were a mile away from the venue with no signage and no attendance.Absolutely avoid at all costs

They are the worst. Bought 2 tickets yesterday. Unable to pull up tickets on my account. Called StubHub three times and they hung up each time. This has been going on for 24 hours. Will never use them again.

DO NOT BUY PARKING PASSES FROM STUBHUB!!! They tell you that the parking passes are completely refundable up until the day and time of the event. NOT TRUE. I tried to cancel my parking pass and was told that they could not refund my pass because it was a ticket "transfer" involving a third party. WHY didn't they tell me that before I bought the parking pass??!!!! Also, their service fees are OUTRAGEOUS! They are complete SCAM artists---STAY AWAY. Go through Ticketmaster instead!!

Buy tickets from StubHub for a concert called Australian Pink Floyd to be at Bridgestone arena in Nashville Tennessee they sent me tickets to a venue in Virginia and when I brought it to their attention they told me the only thing I could do was sell the tickets so going through their website I sold the tickets now they're making me jump through hoops to get a refund but the best part of this is there was no concert in Nashville it was a bogus ad and to me that's fraud and the state of Tennessee should be doing something about it.

Tickets purchased but not released until 30 minutes prior to the event. Accordingly, non-comparable tickets were sent as an alternative after calling and messaging more than 5 times. A refund was requested and the company declined. Extremely disappointed. I feel I have been scammed.

Awful experience! Bought row two tickets for a football game and when the tickets came they were row 24. Called immediately for a refund and was told they would investigate it. That was the beginning of July. I’ve called multiple times since then and have been told that they have until the day of the event to refund me or offer me new tickets! Worst policy ever! I will NEVER purchase tickets from them again.

I bought concert tickets to go see Pantera. They asked me if I wanted a parking pass and I said no. They charged me anyway $45. And to make it even worse I never even got it. I got my ticket so you don't have to worry about that But I am skeptical about trusting these people. The people at Capital One said they get the same complaint all the time.

If I could give them 0 stars I would! They completely stole my money for a concert ticket I sold through them. Never paid me! Even after at least 20 phone calls with customer service and being told it had been escalated. I will be filing a complaint against them with the states attorney general office! If you are even thinking about selling a ticket though them, DON’T!!!! You will lose your money!!

Buyer beware. StubHub is not bad when it "works" but a nightmare that can cost you thousands out of pocket and a horrible experience the same day you're supposed to be having a good time. There’s a chance you will be left stranded in front of your venue either having to buy other tickets or just not be able to attend. They are a ticket reseller that do not actually possess the tickets. They will tell you that your purchase is "protected" but you better make sure you keep screenshots of all your chats when you are trying to resolve an issue of your tickets not being delivered. If you don’t get the issue resolved by the time the event has passed, they will use that as their mantra for not honoring their “guarantee”. I used StubHub a few times before the event on September 13th with so-so experience, but I’ve learned my very expensive lesson and will never use them again. Experience: I purchased tickets for a football game a month prior to the event. I received an email saying I am “guaranteed”, and that you may not get your tickets until the day of the event but “don’t worry, you’re protected”. Never received the promised email and early the morning of the event (around 6 am), I asked StubHub to retransfer the tickets. I received an email from StubHub at 9:55 am saying that the seller had retransferred the tickets and to look for an email from the seller. When I didn’t receive anything, yet again, I started using their chat function at about 10:15 am. BTW, good luck finding a phone number to call and speak with an actual person. Their chat requires you to use a virtual assistant first before finally getting to a “live agent”. Chat experience: I’m presuming my chat kept disconnecting because of the volume since my phone had full bars and I was sitting in front of the entrance watching people go in while I typed away on my phone. Be careful when chatting and take screenshots. I was informed the day after, when I was finally able to stay connected with “someone”, that there was no record of my attempting to get assistance. StubHub will also use this as their mantra and continually say that they would love to help you but since the event has passed and there is “no record” of issues reported prior to the event for your order, there is nothing they can do. Now, I’m having to dispute the charge with my CC company because I never received the goods or services I paid for.
