When I purchased these tickets on July 12, 2025, I was given the option to choose the row and seat number during the process.
When I completed the purchase and received the confirmation email with my row and seat number, but the ticket stated ‘Stand-in Room Only’.
When I called to report what had happened and request a refund, since this did not correspond to what I had purchased, I was informed that they could not refund my money due to their policy and that I would have to resell the tickets myself.
This is not an option for me, as I find it unfair to have to resell my tickets and not receive a refund for something that does not match what I originally purchased.
I have evidence in the emails showing that I was assigned a row and seat number, while the ticket states otherwise.
