Stubhub is complete trash. I paid $514 for 2 tickets to see Jason Aldean and $69 for premier parking pass. I never received my tickets for the concert that I took off work for. They did issue you me a refund for the tickets for the concert. But when I called about the refund for the parking pass they are telling me its company policy that they cant issue me a refund for the parking passes. I couldnt resell the parking passes because stub told me to I could recieve my tickets to the concert up to 3hrs before the event and they were never delieved.
