I wish I would have read these reviews before selling my tickets. There seems to be a pattern of them defrauding people that resell their tickets. They said I fraudulently listed them. The day before the concert I received an email saying that there was a problem with my listing. I tried over and over to try to clear it up so the buyer could receive their tickets. I finally called stubhub to find out that ",I" had listed the tickets wrong. First off you have to put the ticket barcode through to list the tickets. If I was to put the code in wrong, you would think that the sale wouldn't go through. Somehow, the tickets were listed wrong. I was accused of listing fraudulent tickets. They kept the tickets. Did not reimburse me the money. I received am email from stubhub saying that I was going to be fined $500 for fraudulently listing tickets. I called immediately. After much arguing, I was told I would not receive a refund for the tickets, but I would not incur the $500 charge. I was upset about losing the money for the tickets but relieved that the fine was dropped 2 months later, they went onto my account and took out $500!!! No warning, no email, text or letter. Wtf!! After arguing with customer service and waiting on hold and being hung up on many times, they said there is nothing I can do in a taunting voice. I have notified my bank. This whole experience has not only cost me $900, but hours on the phone and a lot of stress. Please read their reviews before you decide to use their service.
