I was in a panic, but I contacted a Stubhub rep by phone and he walked me through the crisis. Because it was so close to the concern, he provided a recommendation to successfully ensure the "lost" tickets made it to the right people.”
“It was very easy to purchase tickets from stub hub. I did have a few issues with installing axs app. Now that I have the app installed I will use stub hub more often. The seats we were able to purchase at a late date were very good.”

However, customer service was so diligent in spending the time with me to ensure that the situation was remedied. Although, it was 30 minutes until the show began, customer service really went above and beyond to ensure that I was satisfied. Anything less would have caused me to miss the show. “I purchased tickets for the November Bonnie Raitt concert in Milwaukee. I purchased them in July, thinking I was set. The day of the concert I had not received my tickets. I received a link stating my tickets were no longer available. They gave them to somebody else.”
