“The tickets were not as advertised. I purchased seats 9,10 in row 3 and when I arrived at the venue, it was open seating in metal folding chairs or standing room only. I contacted StubHub after the event and was told I had to contact them prior to the event for a full refund. Because I contacted them after the event I was given 25% credit for a future purchase. This is unacceptable and poor customer service.”
