This was the worst experience ever, not only are you inundated with useless emails, the service is difficult to navigate. We almost didn't get into the concert due to difficulties from them only sending 1 ticket instead of the 2 we purchased. DO NOT EVER USE STUBHUB!

3 hours before the Taylor swift concert StubHub emailed us and told us they could not provide the tickets. This company is unreliable and should not be trusted - use seat geek or vivid seats.

On May 15, 2023, I purchased tickets from StubHub for $158.51 via PayPal for "Celebrating David Bowie - Live in Concert (feat. Peter Murphy & more)", which was scheduled for Monday Oct 16, 2023. The show was cancelled and StubHub denied my refund. I filed a complaint with PayPal, which was denied on 11/4/23 BECAUSE StubHub told them that it wasn't cancelled, even though I have an email from them confirming it.   StubHub then stated in chat, on the phone, and email that I would receive a FULL REFUND within 3-4 weeks. But they NEVER have refunded me and EVERY TIME I call they tell me that they'll refund me in 3-4 weeks. I'll NEVER use PAYPAL and NEVER purchase tickets using Stubhub!

I purchased two tickets to the Madonna concert in St.Paul. Was going with two other couples. We were all sitting in the same section. Two days before the concert Stubhub sends an email and tells me that the seller is not able to provide the tickets I purchased. What happened to my tickets?? Was offered a refund or other tickets in a different section. Since I had/have no confidence in this company, I took the refund. Will miss out on the concert and a good time with friends. Will certainly never use Stubhub again. Very disappointing.

Tickets not delivered drove three hours tried to enter the venue and was told that the barcode I had was no good. I contacted StubHub. They attempted to contact the seller with negative results I paid $782.11 and drove over three hours one way I will never buy from SeatGeek or StubHub again I will never buy from these dirtbags again

Sold tickets on StubHub the buyer never received my tickets StubHub penalized me I never got paid for the tickets I sold because the process gets confusing since the seller has to figure out how to send tickets to the buyer using stubhubs confusing process StubHub needs to take responsibility and send tickets to the buyer once the tickets are purchased not make the seller figure out how to do it all tickets have barcodes and are assigned a unique label number nearly impossible to fake all StubHub has to do is hold the tickets and send them to the seller they have not figured out how to do that yet so I would not recommend this company there are people who are buying tickets and are being frustrated not getting them on time and sellers who are not getting paid like what happened to me

Total rip off website. I purchased my tickets and recieved an email that a link to retrieve my tickets would be emailed to me. It never arrived. I tried contacting customer support 24 hrs before the event and never got a reply to anything. Not email, not im. Nothing. No response to a refund request. Nothing. Just a total rip off. Avoid avoid avoid. Unless you like throwing money away.

I put a pair of tickets for sale on Stub Hub. I sold those by myself at 9 o'clock a monday night. I did not think to remove the tickets from the site that night,they were on sale for 2 months on the site. On the thuesday morning, very early, i received an email telling me my tickets were sold. i was not able to provide them to the buyer because they were not at me anymore. They charge $650 of penalty for no respect of the agreement. I try to reach the guy who were suppose to have bought my tickets. They gave me an email adress to transfert the tickets. That email adress was not even a good adress, trying to reach the guy, the email was never able to be sent !!! They have a sofware who check all the tickets they have on sale on their site, that cam from an other seller (ticketmaster, etc) they are able to see if the ticket change of owner. When they see that, they send you an email to tell you they sell your tickets, but you don't have them anymore ! Surprise, they take money on your credit card. I remove the credit card from the site but they charge me anyway. Stay away from them ! I called them for what they call a waiver... they let you waiting for an answer for 10 days, you call again, they appologize and you're still waiting for 10 to 15 days. After 3 times, you are tired trying to explain your case. So you let go. This is they're way to handle the customers. They arre liars, thieves and their company is a fraud.

I bought tickets on StubHub, but haven't received them. The delivery date was set for the day of the event. I explained that I need to fly to the location four hours before the event and cannot travel without the tickets, considering the significant amount of fraud on the website. The support did not cancel the order or refund the money, suggesting to simply resell the tickets. However, the platform allows you to resell a ticket that you don't even have in hand yet! It's a clear scam.

If I could give them no stars at all it would be a huge blessing . Be aware of this company . For being a first time purchaser they have no mercy . I purchased tickets for a event the seats were already high for top level seats and I was tacked on a very high service fee they say they let you know but they don’t comes on after the purchase. I tried to dispute it with my credit card company it was denied since they had already paid STUBHUB BUT I DIDNT RECEIVE CONFIRMATION OF MY TICKET being ready to print until the day before the event . I had a confirmation receipt of the tickets I did purchase. I go to try to download them . It won’t let me. By now I’m super frustrated . I call them and they proceed to tell me I have to get a case closed letter from my card company before they release my tickets . Mind you the event is a few hours away spoke to everyone and the supervisor there no one made a difference in handling my order. Finally some how I made a account with them on there website and was able to down load my tickets when I do I notice they had issued me higher level seats than what I had purchased at a high rate . I proceed to call them and they say they will issue me a 25% voucher off future tickets . Now they are saying until I send them confirmation of closed dispute , I emailed the sipervisor the letter and email I got from PayPal , PayPal also confirmed to have emailed them the same since the day of cancelling dispute. Save yourself a heart attack with this company . I was just a grandma trying to take my grandson to see his favorite player MESSI FOR HIS 17 birthday surprise and STUBHUB SURPRISED ME 😡

Stubhub charged my card a penalty fee of some sort after tickets were sold of $135. Won't reverse the charge and keep giving me different reasons why. Scam.

ABSOLUTELY HORRENDOUS EXPERIENCE WITH STUBHUB - AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE! I recently had the misfortune of dealing with StubHub, and let me tell you, it was nothing short of a nightmare. I purchased two tickets for the Madonna Show in Montreal scheduled for August 19, 2023, a Saturday. Little did I know that this would be the beginning of a series of disappointments and frustrations that would leave me questioning why I ever decided to use StubHub in the first place. To add insult to injury, I went ahead and reserved a hotel in Montreal, only to end up losing my entire stay due to the rescheduling of the event. When the new date was finally posted, I promptly contacted StubHub to explain my situation, thinking that they would be understanding and empathetic. Boy, was I wrong. The so-called "customer service" representative I spoke to had the audacity to suggest that I sell my tickets if I couldn't make it to the rescheduled event. Following their advice, I did just that, attempting to salvage something from this whole mess. Unfortunately, my tickets remained unsold, and I found myself back on the phone with StubHub. This is where the true nightmare began. Despite the initial assurance that if my tickets didn't sell, I would be refunded the amount I paid for them, StubHub suddenly changed their tune. When I contacted them for the refund they had promised, they callously informed me that they had no intention of refunding my hard-earned money. In a nutshell, StubHub is a deceitful and heartless company that preys on the vulnerability of its customers. They make promises they have no intention of keeping and, in the end, leave you high and dry with an empty wallet. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS! I urge anyone reading this review to steer clear of StubHub and explore alternative ticketing options that value their customers and uphold their promises. Save yourself the stress, frustration, and disappointment – StubHub is not worth your time or money.

Don't buy from STUBHUB THEY DON'T GUARANTEE THEIR TICKETS LIKE THEY ADVERTISE EVEN AFTER THEY AGREE TO. IF THE BAND CANCELS THEY WILL NOT REFUND.

I actually like and use stubhub. It has been a useful resource over the years as a sports fan to get to that big event I can't miss. My complaint is that the Stubhub fees have grown to such a large amount relative to the actual ticket cost, it has actually deterred me from making purchases. A range of 15-25% is quoted on the web, but my last 2 efforts to purchase what would have been expensive seats for some huge games put the fees at over 32%. This made to total cost prohibitive. If a ticket costs more and the percentage is fixed, stubhub gets more. If the event is high demand and market prices are high, to increase fees in that situation is simply greedy. Also, the 10 minute purchase shot clock is too short. This no longer feels like a great way for a fan to find tickets but rather a high pressure way for stubhub to maximize fees. Disappointed that my go to is no longer that...

Will NEVER use StubHub again. They cheated us on parking for NCAA semi finals and will not make us whole. Terrible, terrible and awful !!!! Worst treatment ever by their pitiful so-called customer service. AWFUL AND UNREPUTABLE

I should have read reviews before I purchased tickets. My fault! I didn’t know StubHub purchases tickets from direct ticket sellers like Ticketmaster. StubHub sent me a purchase confirmation and I thought I was all set since payments were all finalized. But I had to wait to get tickets from a third party and I never received real tickets. I was online with customer service all day and finally StubHub emailed me one hour before the show saying that a third party couldn’t provide tickets. My family were so excited until they found out we were not going to the show. Wow! Please do not put yourself for disappointment!

My experience was pretty similar to all of these other bad reviews. The only reason for 2 stars is because the customer service people were friendly and tried to help. The problem is, they have to work within this rigged system the company has put together. I purchased tickets for the Holiday Bowl. I received the email stating my tickets were ready to transfer. Every time I attempted, I would get an error page that said, "Oops, something went wrong" with a picture of a penguin next to a flag. I reached out to StubHub starting on 12/4. Each time I was asked to try different browsers, clear the cache, you know the drill...and then I would be told my case was "escalated to the appropriate team", and they would be reaching out to me. They rarely did unless I emailed or called. I was sent new links a couple of times, but each time I received the error message. At one point, customer service said I needed to contact Ticketmaster, since it was their link. Ultimately Ticketmaster said that with that error message, it means StubHub did not transfer the tickets correctly. On 12/24 I was assured that I was going to be contacted with replacement tickets. I let Christmas go by and late Tuesday I email again saying I haven't received anything...the event is within 24 hours now. I received a reply stating they were working on it and that I would get replacement tickets...they'll contact me when they know more. No contact! So I call 5 hours before kickoff. After 1 hr on hold and 1 hr with the CS rep, they said there were no tickets available for me and they are issuing a full refund. I did immediately receive an email with the refund receipt. But I think this speaks to what others in these reviews suggest: StubHub had no intention of sending me these tickets. This was a highly desirable event, so they sold my tickets at double or more. If there were any left, they would give them to me. But I'm out of luck. If I had known the tickets were coming from Ticketmaster, I would have just ordered from them. Lesson learned. At least I am local and didn't waste money on hotel, etc. I just feel let down, but well aware that I will be staying in my comfortable home. I'm grateful for that, given what others in the world are experiencing. But StubHub should not be allowed to operate this way.

Beware of stubhub predatory fees. They charged me $70 on top of $220 purchase. Also there is no grace period for cancelling order - not even 5 minutes. The second you pressed the Buy button you’re hosed.
