“The price made me happy but the clarity was disappointing. I brought the parking pass it came as a standard vehicle and I have a suv I tried calling the different companies to make sure their were no issues no one helped me. The parking pass needs more info.”

“I purchased a parking pass via StubHub for the July 1st Red Sox vs. Nationals game at Fenway Park in Boston.
The parking pass seller did not specify that the pass would go into effect at 11:30 am. I arrived at the parking structure at 10:30 am, unbeknownst that the pass would be effective at 11:30 am the earliest. I ended up paying additional, out of pocket, to park in the same parking structure where the StubHub parking pass was designated. To make matters worse, StubHub did not allow me to resell the ticket by allowing for the ticket to be advertised publicly on the StubHub website. I am very disappointed with the process, outcome and poor customer service by StubHub.”
“Didn’t receive tickets for event, customer service said they sent replacement tickets but they didn’t arrive until after the opening sets, by which point I was already on my way home. No refund issued. Absolutely pathetic customer service. All overseas call centers too; broken English, very difficult to understand.”
