“Photo online was not the view from our seats. Tried to get specific seat location on StubHub and it was not available. Parking pass through Parkwise was not recognized at the parking garage. Parking was very expensive.
However, I really enjoyed Phantom of the Opera.”
“The stub hub part was incredible but the logging on to FIFA was a real hardship and transferring the tickets even more cumbersome. The FIFA site is terrible but the seats and pricing were perfect thank you”
“They did not honor their Fanprotect policy in two tickets purchased months ago for a world cup game. They notified me only 3 days before the event and mentioned there were no comparative tickets available. Although there were tickets - the prices surged since we purchased. They only offered a refund which was completely unreasonable. I spent hours with customer service who hung up on me twice. I contacted senior executives and all I got were crickets. Nothing. We never imagined this could happen.We did not want a refund - we wanted our tickets for a game that meant a lot to us.”
“Patience definitely paid off. I was looking for seats for the NY Liberty vs Indiana Fever for a couple of weeks and a few days before the event tickets were beginning to drop in a price a bit. I scored 2 seats in the Gallagher Club at the Barclays Center in Brooklyn for a steal which included unlimited food and drinks, private entry, restrooms and a bar. The VIP experience and ease of ticket purchase was unmatched.”
