“The process of buying a ticket last minute was easy and quick. The transfer to my Ticketmaster app on my phone worked great and there were no hassles at the venue. The price was pretty reasonable also.”
“StubHub in years past, has been a mixed bag when it comes to purchasing tickets… However, for once I was able to have a very streamlined experience I love the payment options the confirmation emails and the fees transparency upfront.
I no longer get that” sticker shock “ some artists are worth it to pay more others not so much.”
“False advertising games in the stadium I chose. Customer service tried ask for screenshots of the experience to verify if it was true. Why would I have screenshots of my mobile online experience? They refused a refund for 45 minutes while I continued to tell them I wanted to speak with a supervisor.”
“The price was great. Second time I have used stubhub for tickets. It was easy on the site to see what seats were available and were I would be sitting. This time I had to get onto a different app to get my tickets and there it said I had to wait until the day of to see the tickets and I could not upload to my apple wallet even though it said I could. This was a bit stressful waiting to make sure they came through. Last time was a bit better instruction and I was able to see the tickets before.”

The EXTREME and REALLY Overpriced tickets were something that i agree so that's a different situation, there were no available tickets on the official method so i have no other option to get in here.”
