I ordered 4 tickets to the Drake concert and had great seats for my budget. I received the tickets and accepted them from a 3rd party person and they were for the Wrong date. My receipt had the correct date and they ran my credit card immediately. This all happened on a Monday. I called customer support 5 times between Monday and Saturday. Nobody responded or did there job until I asked to speak with a supervisor. I had to return my good seats for the wrong date and they were supposed to give me a link for correct date tickets. Well 4 days went by without a message or call from stubhub and so I again called on a Saturday. They Finally found my order and sent the link for new tickets.. Guess what there was no more tickets left for the concert because stubhub took to long to get back to me. The only thing they could do was give me a refund for my purchase, while I lost my seats. It was not even my fault it was stubhubs fault for issuing the wrong dated tickets. They did not help me find tickets for the correct date and they made me feel like it was my fault. So I ended up purchasing crapy seats for more money. They did give me a voucher for a percentage off. But that didn't even help. I paid more money with the percentage off and got horrible seats. I do not recommend Stub hub for ticket buying. The customer service is absolutely horrible. They seemed like they had no idea of what they were doing. Because of the Service I received I lost good seats and the pricing for the concert. Please check tickets from stub hub. There fan guarantee is bullcrap and worthless. Plus you can't understand anyone at stub hub and they don't understand what you are asking. I am so so upset about the situation.
