“The ticket purchasing experience was fairly smooth. Unfortunately the ticket that was transferred came with additional benefits that were never clear and that I did not learn about until after the event. It also came in an electronic form that required I scan my ticket in the app - no download to wallet was available in the format that they used. I've used StubHub before without a problem but this was definitely a sub-par experience, particularly considering what I paid which wasn't cheap ($550+ for the ticket and about $100 in fees.)”
“The view was obstructed by a speaker hanging from ceiling. Wish I had known I could have got different seats. So experience wasn't very enjoyable đ.”
“There were two types of tickets being sold: general admission and general admission floor two. I went to stub hub because the venue was out of general admission. I could have paid less on the venueâs website for general admission floor two because thatâs what was sold to me as âgeneral admissionâ with no mention that it was floor two.”
“My complaint is withpricing.I searched Stubhub and Ticketmaster. The same tickets were listed but a different price.I went with ticketmaster(lower price)But when I checked out it went to Stubhub.I wasn't watching and bought. When I sw the total with the service charges,I was shocked! The service charge was 200.00.I have heard nothing but negative things about Stubhub now.I wont be using tubhub or Ticketmaster in the future.”
“It was all good until the baseball game was over. Ever since then you are blowing my phone up with emails and text messages. I dont need that. I probably won't use stubhub again . It was a rare occasion that I went anywhere to begin with”
“I purchased tickets for Yung Blud, Fillmore, Philadelphia for 9.18.2025. The Fillmore concert was cancelled and moved to the Met, Philadelphia. I contacted StubHub and they told me because my tickets were general admission they were not transferable to the Met and that I could not get my money back!!! I'm out $192.99. I contacted Ticket Master and they said I should get an email giving me the option of a refund or to sell the tickets. How can I sell tickets for a cancelled event??? So I want my money back! I've been told so many things I'm very confused and very upset!!!”
“Purchasing the pass was great but there were no directions or description of the location of the parking lot itself and it took us 20 min and several wrong directions from other parking attendants to find the lot. The signs marking the lot are small and not distinguishable. The lot itself was close to the venue and had no problems wi the location except for the above.”
“Stub Hub sold me parking for an event that was 5.5 miles away from the event. I tried to contact customer service via chat after the event but was told I had to contact them the day of the event, even though they do not list a phone number on their website. Do not trust this company, they don't guarantee your tickets and will rip you off. There is no recourse with this company if something goes wrong. STAY AWAY!”
“Price was good but walk to and from parking lot was further than expected and I was a little concerned about the security of my car. It was also difficult to find the small parking lot behind a building and the sign for the lot was broken.”
“Ordered & PAID for tickets for a baseball game, tickets were there for a few hrs, then were unavailable/returned.. game was this past Saturday night, was told I'd get a full refund, after communication with seller went nowhere..it's Tuesday of the following week & have yet to receive refund & been hung up on 3 times today trying to get to the bottom of this..this is the seller fault but stubhub has my money so now itson them.”
“Bought parking tickets for two nights in a row. The first night they never showed up and I had to pay for parking the second night. It was six blocks from the stadium so we parked where we parked the night before and paid full price.
The tickets were great. Spent way too many hours on the phone trying to resolve the parking issues.
Looking for tickets elsewhere next time”
“The parking lot to the stadium was real far that should be informed when purchasing parking tickets the lady handling the line informed me that parking was free! I paid to park their”
“Bought tickets for a show. Did not know until later show was canceled. Instead of refunding to original payment , Stubhub put my money in a wallet. I called told them why would you not credit back to original payment. Now I am being told 5 to 8 days to credit my acct. I was speaking with someone who could hardly speak English making him hard to understand and he gets an attitude. A so called supervisor at that who was annoyed he had to get on the phone. Won't buy tickets from Stubhub again”
“I ordered 2 MLB tickets, with parking. The process was a nightmare. The MLB tickets kept disappearing and reappearing. In line at the gate I got an error message trying to retrieve them, but it was resolved in maybe 20 painful seconds. Trying to get the "QR Code" for the parking pass was almost as bad. It very hard to get and it wasn't a QR code. It was a pdf with inactive links, and a (text) number that got me in the parking garage. Outside of the StubHub experience, game day went very well. Got to see 35,000 fans go absolutely nuts over Duran's inside-the-park home run. !”
“Tickets for concert were pricey, and the seat map was completely inaccurate. The view was so bad that we had to move to staging room only. There was a balcony literally in my line of sight. And of course stub hub isnât letting me upload the photo.”
“The parking lot we paid $200 to park at was actually trashy place and when we got to the location 1.5 hrs before kick off, the turned us away because it was full. I donât know how it could be full if everyone used one paid spot.
I saw at least 3 more folks who also paid and was turned away.
It was a very bad experience and we ended up parking a long way from the stadium.
Never again will I use your site to buy parking.”
“Ticket barcode would not appear until a couple hours before the show. And then it only showed up after I dealt with 2 customer service agents. In one of the chats, the customer service agent was working on my case and then the chat closed out and I had to restart with someone new. In the other chat, I was told to call Ticketmaster⌠who had no record of my tickets at all. I traveled out of state for a concert without having a scannable ticket available until a few hours before the show⌠even though I spent $600 on nosebleed seats. The ticketing process was anxiety inducing and not a pleasant experience. I will not be purchasing from stubhub again.”
