“Selection of seats and various prices available, but honestly, my tickets were pricey and should’ve been listed with an obstructed view as unfortunately part of the visuals were missed due to stage set up. But easy to purchase check out and access tickets.”
“My seats got cancelled on Thursday before the show on Saturday. I was in a panic because we are 5 hours from Houston. We were leaving from work on Friday because it is an hour closer. Without tickets i was not going to make the drive. I spoke to 4 reps at stub hub before the last one on Friday. I wish I could remember her name. I told her the problem and in about 2 hours we had our tickets. They were even better than the original tickets. The show was great. Thanks for fixing the problem. The only reason for 4 rather than 5 is that it took 4 reps to get to the bottom of the problem. Rock on.”

“I’ve bought two tickets for Billie Eilish - Vienna (6.6.2025). They were transfered to my ticketmaster account a day before the show. The tickets were legit, everything was OK.
The only issue I’ve had - I’m from Slovenia, was with tickets tranfer to Ticketmaster account. Ticketmaster doesn’t operate in Slovenia, so a friend from Austria helped me create a Ticketmaster account using his phone.”
“Purchasing tickets was easy for the stray kids concert on June 10th which I had purchased back in April and received two days before the concert the only trouble I had with StubHub was the hassle of going through to transfer my parking pass that I sold to a buyer and I had to contact customer service for it and luckily they got it to the buyer and completed my transfer. I have used StubHub last year for a breaking Benjamin concert and receive my tickets fairly quick”
