“All work very well, just the final cost seemed to creep up with charges more than what was anticipated! However, we got to see the show and everything worked out.”
“Stubhub made me happy by providing a great Broadway show ticket, last minute, at a great price. Not 5 stars because, although I downloaded the App and saw my ticket on MyTickets, when I got to the theater the App showed NO TICKET. Thankfully, I had printed out my payment receipt and order # and brought it to the Box Office. They were able to help me and printed out a ticket for entry. I am not tech savvy and am repeatedly uncomfortable with digital tix. Unfortunately, Stubhub did not come through for me in that way, but I was able to take care of it.”

Easy to get tickets and get into the venue. Would use again. Only drawback is the fee charged was a lile high. The ease made the fee more tolerable.”
“The ordering process was easy, however the tickets were incorrect when received. We bought tickets for the 11:00 show, but when we scanned in at the venue, the tickets were actually for the 1:45 show. I confirmed that the email I received from StubHub said 11:00. Maybe there needs to be a time check added to the selling process?”

I didn't love the process of transferring the tickets. The directions were hard to follow. I ended up having to call customer service, and fortunately Jazmine was extremely patient and helpful in assisting me step by step.”
“The ticket seller for my Lady Gaga tickets (Tokyo) never sent me the tickets!! Stub Hub however sourced new tickets 45 min before the show so big thumbs up for that. The tickets were suppose to be released at 3 pm for a 6 pm show. That seems ridiculously close to the show time. It was rather stressful, scrambling to get things sorted out in a short period of time.”
“I was really glad to find such a good seat to see La Bohemia in Palm Beach. Innovation I was a little hesitant to use it as it was my first time, but I figured it out and did it.”
“Competitive ticket prices were provided and after the transaction, the tickets with instructions were made available in quick time. Glad I was able to see this show which I think was a once in a life time opportunity for us!
The only issue I had was accessing the tickets. It proved difficult in a iPhone so had to get them transferred via my laptop. Not a big deal as I am super happy with the whole experience, but important to know.”
