“We ended up with great seats to Hamilton in NY, but didn’t text them until an hour before the show. They were better seats than I originally purchased. We loved the show. That being said it took a lot of finessing and working with customer service to get our tickets. We were on the phone while out to dinner trying to get the tickets. It was too stressful and almost ruined our evening. Even though we got the upgraded tickets I won’t use stubhub again. The woman in customer service was amazing, but having to wait until an hour before the show to get tickets I purchased the month before is not acceptable.”

Order #625573916 was for a Parking Pass. The parking spot was located in an unattended garage and did not accept my parking pass. Ended up having to pay for parking again on my own after already paying Stubhub for parking in advance.
Order # 625575739 was for a Parking Pass. Received the ticket on game day after I had already departed for the game, however the pass required you “to print out” the pass and write your license plate number on the pass in order to avoid being towed. Ended up having to pay for parking again on my own after already paying Stubhub for parking in advance.
Informed Stubhub, no response received even though their AI Chatbot said they would contact me.”
“The reason for giving a three out of five is because I ordered tickets received a confirmation and ended up having those tickets cancelled by the system and new tickets were distributed to me in a different section that was farther out. I did not receive any refund for the difference so it was pretty upsetting , although I did enjoy the concert.”
“The ticket purchasing experience with Stubhub was excellent. My first purchase had to be refunded due to the show getting canceled due to Billy Joels health. I was able to replace the tickets for Stevie Nicks and the show was amazing. The issue that I had was that I purchased the parking pass offered by Stubhub. It was for an open lot with poor directions and signage. If that wasn't bad enough it was a 20+ minute walk from the event. NOT WORTH THE MONEY. DON'T BUY THE PARKING PASS!!”
“well, I spent close to 2k on tickets to take clients to game in texas that I flew on for. I later found much cheaper tickets in a better location, actually FRONT ROW from a competing company that was so much easier to use and efficient , seats were on the dugout. cant get better. so, i posted the ones I had for sale originally hoping to get my money back. they keep the fees, so i didnt get those back,and, i kept lowering lowering lowering the price, no buyer, and this was like 2 weeks in advance of the game. I then purchased parking tickets, that i wanted to transfer to the locals that were driving and it was impossible. kept getting error messages, finally, i just relisted them for $5 and they bought them, but THEN, we had to wait and wait and wait to be released. I called and talked to someone in what would be my guess india perhaps. it was just horrible mess. as a business owner I know the power of reviews, but im small biz, this is billion dollar business, so not even sure they care or will this make a difference. Im saying check out other options before using them. i HAVE had good experiance but recently we didnt get our tickets for a show until the MORNING of the event, thats frustrating, especially when its for the kids and you are freaking out thinking "what if" something happened and we dont get them. We were on the train on the way to venue when they finally became available. not something I want to be doing.”
“Unfortunately there was someone in my seat, he was a season ticket holder and thinks he got hacked. He let me have the seat since I had the ticket but I felt bad for him. I think he had to go to the SRO section”
“Printed the tickets in both Stubhub provided formats AND kept my e-ticket on my phone. Upon arrival, they said one of my tickets was invalid. Fortunately, the venue manually found my order on their printed list and allowed us entry, but this shouldn't happen for $700 worth of tickets...a lot of money for us.”
“The show itself was excellent. The venue was an AXS entry only venue and my stubhub tickets did not transfer to my AXS app, no order or tickets found in AXS. The email said there would be directions when the claim ticket button was pressed but no directions came up. This led to hours of messaging and calls between myself, stubhub and AXS which could have been prevented with better instructions and/or better communication between apps. Also getting the tickets delivered the day of the show really is unacceptable.”
“The show Garbage was fantastic the only issue I had was couldn't find which parking to park too went to the one closes to the venue and the parking attendant was clueless didn't even know if I was in the right place,looking forward for more tickets purchase which I never had an issue”
“We received our concert tickets very far in advance. However, the advanced parking tickets we purchased never arrived. I was on the line with customer service for half an hour. After we paid cash to park, the customer service agent finally agreed to issue us a new parking pass. By that time, we were already entering the concert venue. I was told that a refund would be issued, but time will tell if and when that is honored.”
