the parking was great BUT when leaving i found it tremendously difficult because I had to use the QR pad whatever you call it I am 73 years old and doing things with my phone is not right for someone my age you should do something about that getting in was hard enough but getting out was terrible

I got my tickets in time. Its frustrating with such a upcharge in feels! What was approximately $50/ ea tickets for 2 days for 2 people after parking & everything was well over $400! And when I purchased parking passes, the pass didnt show up until the day of! Talk about nervous!

Easy execution of order. The tickets were advertised as being in the “on deck circle” when in reality they were at the opposite end of the visitors dugout, in the first row with a fairly limited perspective. Many of the other seats in that first row were empty, so I felt like I overpaid for the seats that I got.

The Stibhub site was great with actual views from the seats to choose from. However the tickets I received were not the ones I picked out. They put me and my family right behind the sound booth. I tried to return the tickets to get the ones I wanted but they said Ticketmaster had until 230pm on the day of the event to get them sent to me. I was concerned that if I waited til then that if there was another issue I would not have time to sort it out with StubHub and Ticketmaster so I cancelled the transfer back to Ticketmaster as just kept the seats behind the sound booth. While our view was obstructed, it was not as bad as I thought and we ended up being under the canopy in case it rained, so that was good. Wishing I would have splurged for closer seats. Seeing Sean Paul up close is necessary!!! I would have preferred not to have all the nonsense of having to contact StubHub and Ticketmaster and having the anxiety of should I wait for them to correct the issue or just keep the tickets they gave me so me and my family don’t miss the show. It was an uncomfortable situation to be in for several days.

Bonjour, je suis très satisfait avec la facilité et les communications concernant l'achat et la prise de possession de mes billets. Par contre, il nous a été impossible d'accéder au stationnement avec mon achat d'espace et nous avons été obligé de payer pour un autre stationnement. (le préposé nous dirigeait à une adresse sur University, endroit où il n'y avait aucun stationnement)

I have used you guys many many times. Generally a great experience. Let's face it, you can't get good concert tix from the main ticket retailers. But this was the second time I bought baseball tickets. The first time was for th World Series game. Right before the game, the seller backed out. I did not realize they could do that!! I was panicked! Thankfully, your wonderful customer service rep found even better ones for me, alls well that ends well. This game, when we got up to the ticket person, the tickets would not scan. They read "invalid". I was panicked once again. I had 5 other people with me counting on me. They rerouted me to a special ticket person and she was able to find my purchase and override the error, but that was not pleasant. So, like with most things, there is good and bad. I would not buy anything again that could be purchased on a traditional ticket site. Thanks!

Why did the ticket come with a University of Colorado app. I purchased the ticket from Stub Hub. When I accepted the ticket per your instructions, I could not get the ticket because it required a University of Colorado account. Not good

Seat tickets were excellent, ordering was easy. The parking pass purchase during the same encounter was terrible. The location was miles from the House of Blues. Resellers via Park Whiz are scammers. Zero stars. Do not recommend.

StubHub is kind of like the emergency room. You don’t want to be there, the fees can be outrageous, and the waiting is stressful, but they will likely get you what you need. So while I’m happy they exist, like the ER, if I’m using StubHub, something has gone wrong.

The system works well, except that you cannot put your purchase in your wallet, you have to go back to the email and open the "get ticket" link.

The tickets didn’t come from stubhub. They came from FIFA Club World Cup and I didn’t get them until hours before the match.

The price for the tickets were great; however, I didn't appreciate waiting until a few hours before the game to receive the tickets.

Everything works great in the process, however, I just can't get over the ridiculous cost with all the secret fees. The only reason I bought these is it's been my wife of 43 years favorite band since the 70s and this was a surprise to her.

Great seats. Could have saved money parking on my own. Your premium parking was more expensive, and a longer walk.

Initially good experience buying tickets. However, the seller never transferred the tickets. I contacted StubHub via chat at noon day of event and was told no problem, many ticket holders don't release the tickets until 5pm or 3 hours before the event. No tickets at 5pm. We went to the venue for dinner in advance and chatted with support again. The app logged me out twice during the process which cancelled my chat. Eventually, I chatted with an actual person about 6:30pm. I have to say she really cared and wanted to get me my tickets. The seller never responded and I was offered alternate tickets which were comparable. However, that still took time and I didn't take possession of tickets until 7:30pm. Entered the venue and had a great time. I had a fantastic experience the prior week for a Yankee game. However, those were automatic download. I will never buy tickets that are not automatic download. If they cannot find you tickets you are out of luck. yes you get your money back but If I had to go to a stadium I never would have made it in time.

While accessing our tickets to enter the concert went smoothly, I did have quite a lot of trouble downloading them in the first place (even with the help of a friend and the support on the phone.) Also, I don't know if this is the correct venue to state this but the ADDED FEES were ridiculously astronomical. We bought expensive high end tickets on the floor and the fees were nearly equivalent to the cost of one ticket! And the "seats" were narrow folding chairs. The medium size man seated next to me was unable to keep his shoulder from touching me. Just what is the justification for additional fees?

OMD was a great show and no problems with the theater but presale parking was very confusing. No instructions on garage ticket to take it with you since you need the barcode to get back into the garage. Then you need to scan the ticket in your phone as a second entry to show that you paid for tickets. No instructions on this whole process whatsoever and very disappointing. Used another Garage on a past show at the same theater and had no problems at all.
