“In the end I ended up with great seats at a fair price. Having said that the process to get there was not ideal.... I used the guest registration and have since been getting lots of emails from stubhub. It seems like the only way to resolve this is to sign up for an account. I also had to setup a ticketmaster app on my phone to try to get the tickets but they ended up being through an email afternall. The fees were also quite high.....”
“Ease of purchase was great but the description wasn't so great. I purchased what I believed was to be VIP club access with the ticket and it was not full VIP access, just allowed into 1 club that was open to the public with an admission price. This part was VERY disappointing and VERY unclear on the website!”
“What did not make me happy was the parking pass I paid for it but apparently that parking lot was occupied by police cars my gps couldn’t even find it. Kept saying you arrived and on top of that it was not by the theater”

“I just have a suggestion. I purchased tickets in the chandelier area at the Midland Theatre in Kansas City. I knew it was in the very top section of the theatre, & that was ok. Maybe your description of that area was supposed to indicate that it was standing area only, no seats. But for someone that doesn’t attend concerts that often, I didn’t realize that. So my husband & I left & didn’t stay for the concert. Just be clearer. The front railing to stand against to watch the performer was full of people & we couldn’t even get a clear view. Just a suggestion to make it clearer. Thanks!”
“I'm very happy with the ticket purchase experience; it was smooth and easy. I'm less happy of the incessant hounding to leave a review after the show. I received 5 requests for feedback in 7 days. IMO, if I'm going to leave feedback, two reminders to do so is sufficient. Beyond that, I feel like I'm getting spammed.”
“Well this was the ONLY option to be part of the Real Madrid match. I brought two tickets and only received one ticket via StubHub. The reseller person contacted me by email with both tickets, so this may cause some stress because I was expecting to received all the information thru the official site.”

“I had a good experience with Stubhub regarding event tickets. I did not like having to wait 8 hours for FedEx to deliver the parking pass. THAT in today's world is ridiculous! It required a signature!! I received tickets via technology but the actual parking pass had to be delivered and could not be left without signature. That is a pain!”
“I bought tickets to Jelly Roll. While looking at different options there were some tickets that said they were an “obstructed view” so I made sure to avoid these. Ended up with an obstructed view anyway.
I did receive the tickets well before the concert and they worked just fine at the door. So overall it was okay. But I would suggest getting yourself acquainted with the venue you are looking at and making sure you’ll have a good view from where you’re sitting.
I’m happy the tickets were legit and we had a great time regardless but I wouldn’t have bought those seats had they informed me they were obstructed. Our only saving grace was them showing the concert on a big screen in front of us.”
“The seats were in the right location. However, there was water dripping from right above us. We got drops of water on ourselves periodically throughout the game.
We sat at row 19 behind home plate. Seats , 8, 9,10, and 11. Section ibx1. Lecom park.”
