“The purchase of the tickets was seamless. I agree a paper ticket would have been helpful, as a backup. I also bought a parking ticket, which brought my stars down to 3. It was almost twice as expensive as the closer lots!”
“You used an inaccurate seating chart which caused us to have a decent seat but in no way a great seat. This could have been avoided with an accurate seating chart. Below is your chart and the actual chart for show. We sat in 103 Row R and the seat arrangement was the one with a wedge shaped section. You can see there is a significant difference in the location. Still good experience but just letting you know.”

“I got great seats and the advertised price was good as well. However the fees that are added at checkout (you can’t see them until you are checking out) are very high compared to other ticking apps. That said, the process of buying the tickets adding them to my phones wallet and having them show up in the MLB Ballpark app was very simple.”
“I recently started using Stubhub because I genuinely prefer their iOS app more than any other ticketing application. I felt it had the most personalized recommendations and I appreciate the Spotify connectivity.
I purchased a ticket via Stubhub a month ago and received my tickets from Ticketmaster immediately. For this event, it took right up until the day before the concert for my ticket to arrive. I contacted customer service, who were ultimately very helpful, and told me that the reseller had until the day before the concert at 4pm to supply me the tickets. I think this system is a little nerve wracking and maybe not the best. I understand there is some sort of customer guarantee up until the day of the event, but I worry that would likely just result in you getting your money back and not actually going to the concert. I think this definitely needs to be updated. It's a shame as I do really enjoy the app and its processes.”
“So tickets for show were great! I also ordered parking. The location was changed and this was originally seated for proximity to dinner and the show. Couldn't access parking by scanning! Had to take a ticket and paid again for parking. Very unsatisfied with this!”

“I ordered tickets for a show in December 21 that was at 7 PM. Without my knowledge or consent they sent me tickets for the 9:30 PM show. I didn't want the 9:30 PM show. I wanted the 7 PM show, but since they gave me 'comparable' tickets they will not issue me a refund or give me tickets to the show that I placed an order for. In my opinion, this agency cannot be trusted to give you the tickets that you ordered.”
