“Las Vegas is hot in June, and I was not very happy with how you all did not communicate to us not to bring small purses to the concert but conveniently had arranged a bag check area for $20 with huge lines, especially after the concert. Now we know that only 1% of the bags that were brought could meet such a small size criterion. Just seemed like such a diabolical way to earn extra money from the patrons. Shame on you or whoever planned this.”
“We did get two tickets for Good Night and Good Luck, but Stubhub failed on quality assurance. They described the mezzanine seats as having a clear view of the stage, when in fact we could not see the singer and band on the right side. Stubhub blames the theater for that. We could not second-guess that judgment because Stubhub didn't tell us the seat numbers until the tickets arrived on the afternoon of the performance. Take responsibility, Stubhub!”
“This process of buying and receiving tickets online and on phone is extremely stressful. I never know that it will work and waiting until last day to receive any thing is stressful. I have received e-tickets that we're not what I have ordered. I got in with printed receipt, but some one claimed I paid for. The policy of hiding extra fees is wrong, I have no confidence that the whole process will work.”

“I didn't like having to download an additional app, and the tickets did not come through on that app as reported, even though I used the same phone number and email to sign up for that app (Dice). However, I was able to troubleshoot with a human eventually and got the tickets about an hour before the show. It was really stressful to not know if we had tickets so close to the event (which we'd flown into NY for).”

I’m accustomed to taxes and certain fees but this is the first time it was a $20 difference. This was frustrating because I arranged a large group and many had agreed to $40 seats but I ended up having to ask them for $60. Many are on budgets so the high surprise fees at the time of purchase was frustrating.”

“Stubhub has an easy to use interface, and you will find the tickets that you are looking for. Be advised that the prices are way understated, because Stubhub adds on a service fee of about $50 per ticket which is outrageous.”

We almost did not make it in to the venue because the people at the desk REFUSED to help us retrieve our tickets on my phone. We are in our mid-seventies and it was a new experience to use our phone to enter. They clearly stated that they do not use Stub Hub and so... no help available!! As we left the area, a nice young man stepped up and helped us. You need to work with Agua Caliente to fix this issue or make it easier to pull up our info on our phones. Terrible customer service for both companies.”
“I purchased tickets without realizing I was purchasing tickets an hour late. There would be no way to see any of the show. After I immediately called to request a refund, but I was denied the refund. Their explanation for denial was: it’s my fault. I was flabbergasted that tickets for the show were still being sold an hour late. This company has absolutely no regard for its customers. Buyer beware! I will never purchase from this thieving company again.”
