Jason Mraz was GREAT! Such happy music.
We almost did not make it in to the venue because the people at the desk REFUSED to help us retrieve our tickets on my phone. We are in our mid-seventies and it was a new experience to use our phone to enter. They clearly stated that they do not use Stub Hub and so... no help available!! As we left the area, a nice young man stepped up and helped us. You need to work with Agua Caliente to fix this issue or make it easier to pull up our info on our phones. Terrible customer service for both companies.
