“i purchased tickets in March which said great view/ clear. Well…. that was not the case. we were sitted behind scaffolding for the sound system setup”
“Tickets were never delivered. Called 2.5 hours before game. Was told they would contact seller to resend. 1 hour before game called again. While on hold for 15 minutes while agent contacted seller again. Never got tickets so she sent another set from stubhub. We received them 45 min before game as we paid crazy parking fee. They worked and seats were comparable or better BUT it was hours of stress. Wish I could have verbally accepted the new tickets without having to pull over, find the email and click accept.”
“I recently saw WWE Backlash in St. Louis. We were late in buying tickets so we knew that we would be in the nosebleed sections. Not a big deal. My only complaint with the tickets was that the seats were labeled as "no obstruction". And guess what. There was a huge obstruction that blocked most of the ring. Had to watch everything on the big screen, but being 2 of the 17,000+ there was a blast! My second complaint was the parking passes. Mind you, I have used Parkquiz for parking passes twice before with no problems...once in St. Louis and once in Detroit. This was the biggest cluster eff I have experienced. I could not get Stubhub, which showed the pass, to work with Parkquiz, which wouldn't show my pass. I finally parked after the attendants at 2 different lots figured out where I was supposed to be and were equally as puzzled. Even they said they had several issues like mine that day.”
“ticket seating is not clearly outlined on the map when purchasing on line.
Parking is a nightmare especially if you are ADA.
Parking on the SoFi lot should be made easier accessible.”
“After going to the show and talking to people sitting around us, I realize that I overpay tremendously utilizing StubHub.
I will rethink using this service again.”
“Although I had a blast at the show I attended (Kendrick Lamar and SZA), I feel the “view” rating is a tad misleading. I had a floor seat (Section L) for the stadium and was under the impression I’d have a great view, but it was very difficult to see the stage/performances. If it weren’t for the huge screens they had, I, along with others in the same section or behind us, wouldn’t have been able to see a thing. I feel I would’ve gladly chose a closer seat if not under this impression. If the stage was taller then that would’ve been great, but obviously that’s on the production, not StubHub. I got my ticket as a birthday treat for myself, so it’s a tad disheartening. Based on the videos I saw from others who attended but were in the stands, there view was 1000x better than the one I was in. On a positive note, I didn’t have any issues with buying the ticket and the process was pretty quick! I received my ticket within minutes of purchasing. The pricing was the best compared to its competitors, so not a bad online experience.”
“Transfer was easy, buying the tickets was easy, the resale price was actually reasonable. Why were the fees attached almost more than the tickets?!? Absolutely insane.”
“While I did receive the tickets I purchased through StubHub in a timely manner and with no entry complications, I find the $100+ service fee OUTRAGEOUS! The tickets were about $265 a piece but to add almost 40% as a “service” fee is usurious.”
“The show was perfect if I could see withe the group in front blocked our view 80% of the show had to watch the big screen which wasn't great. But the music was great! The seats were horribly uncomfortable. I'll never attend another concert there. People stamping g your hand at the entry way were rude. Sand n dirt everywhere ( I had no idea an wore heels!!) The walk from the parking lot to the concert area wasn't pleasant all n all
Music terrific but other than that we were miserable. I would never recommend the place. I had easy peasy ticket purchase with subhub no problems. Actually the were great reminding me to print my tickets..smooth.”
“I've used the site to sell tickets for years. I've been extremely happy. However, this year the "system" now generates a Recommended filter. This hides my listing until the system decides to recommend it. Some of my listings are better than the ones that are not hidden. Prior years only showed a recommended notation, like the "good" or "awesome" notations. Get this changed back!
I was told today by the tech support team that IF a buyer calls in asking why there aren't more listings, they will instruct the buyer to remove the "Recommended" filter. Get the filters removed; or, at the very least, give a buyer a pop-up letting them know there are more listings.
StubHub is deciding the price I can sell at! Ridiculous!”
