I purchased tickets without realizing I was purchasing tickets an hour late. There would be no way to see any of the show. After I immediately called to request a refund, but I was denied the refund. Their explanation for denial was: it’s my fault. I was flabbergasted that tickets for the show were still being sold an hour late. This company has absolutely no regard for its customers. Buyer beware! I will never purchase from this thieving company again.
