I didn't like having to download an additional app, and the tickets did not come through on that app as reported, even though I used the same phone number and email to sign up for that app (Dice). However, I was able to troubleshoot with a human eventually and got the tickets about an hour before the show. It was really stressful to not know if we had tickets so close to the event (which we'd flown into NY for).
