“When I eventually found the phone number , the person was able to reassure me of my issue. Otherwise, I do not like the third party ticket sales. Don’t want to wait for tickets after buying. The insurance for that feels risky depending on the 3 party seller”

“StubHub worked fine. The Atrium garage however had a problem. Because there was no QR code on our ticket we had to call the help desk. This was a problem for the other 25 people waiting to access the garage with us.”

“I had an issue because I'm from the Dominican Republic and to see the tickets I have to Install the Stub Hub App, but I couldn't because the App is not available for my country, so you allow me to buy in the website but can't see what I pay for. This is something you have to improve in rhe near future.”
