They charged my credit card $500., they called it a penalty for being unable to transfer tickets due to a third parties glitch. All of this took place within the first hour of the purchase, so the buyer was not inconvenienced. They confirmed it was not my fault, but charged me anyway. After 6 weeks, 20+ phone calls and countless emails, I gave up trying to get it back.
