I was promised to get my tickets prior a football game and haven’t received them. I traveled to another country and paid for accommodation, waited in a 3 hour line in order to get to that game. As I arrived at the Stadium counter, I was informed that I don’t have tickets on my app account. Because of their bad costumer service, three people waisted money for nothing! Their guarantee doesn’t mean anything! I’m asking for a compensation for this but I’m sure those scammers won’t even answer me now.
