Customer service leaves a lot to be desired. That being said, I purchased Aerosmith tickets and since all future events have been cancelled until further notice, I asked for a refund for the 4 tickets I bought. NOPE, not gonna happen! Apparently, the future events have been "postponed" so Stubhub refused to refund my money even though no future events have been scheduled and may never be due to the severity of Steven Tyler's injury. I'm not taking this "lying down" - I'm filing complaints with every applicable agency and a civil suit against them. We'll see where that gets me . . .
