My husband and I bought tickets through StubHub in November of 23’ for an event in March of 24. The tickets we were sent were in a different section than what we were promised. We contacted stubhub multiple times over 3 months about this problem and they told us they would work on it closer to the event date because they have up until 2pm of the event to fix the problem. A week ago, Stubhub asked us to return the original tickets we were given and said that we would receive an email with new options for tickets or a refund. It is now the day of the show, after 2pm, and even after calling Stubhub multiple times for the past week including several times today, we are still being told the same thing each time. We have yet to receive an email for the option of new tickets or refund. At this point, the event is in 5 hours and even if we wanted to change tickets by the time we get this email from StubHub, there would not be enough time for the owner to transfer the tickets to us. At this point, we will not be able to attend the event which is disappointing. We have used Stubhub multiple times in the past and have always been happy. This time, we are unbelievably disappointed in the Stubhub customer service.
