Purchased 4 tickets in Nov 2023 for a concert in March 2024. Never received tickets. Started contacting StubHub via online chat 3 weeks prior to concert and just kept getting the same information of their "100 percent FanProtect Guarantee". The day of concert after another lengthy 1 hour online chat with StubHub representative and still no tickets, was told my case was being escalated to the "Relevant Team" and they would let me know something soon. I just wanted a refund at this point. Literally got an email a few hours prior to concert saying to download a link from TicketMaster no less in order to receive my tickets. Never, ever will purchase anything from StubHub again.
