I will NEVER buy anything else from your company,. I have not in my 45+ years of life felt so unheard and dismissed as a customer. I bought four softball tickets for my family to attend the FSU Softball game on Saturday, and there was a glitch rendering them inoperable. I called customer service three times, and got no help or answers. The first hour, I was given instructions on how to resolve the issue, but it only worked on your end. After the next hour, I was told to fill out a form and send a screenshot validating what was happening, which I did, to only be told that a Manager would be reaching out to assist me with resolving the glitch. Another hour later, while the game is ending, and my kids are sad and disappointed, I called back to only be told that the only resolution was that someone would reach out to me in 24-48 hours!
