Ordered tickets in November for a show in April. Tickets never got deposited into account. Months of back and forth pointless correspondence with StubHub representatives. Every person working for them has been polite, but completely useless in accomplishing the only job they have which is middlemanning tickets between those who have bought them and those who are reselling them.
