StubHub is a complete scam! I will never use them again. I bought tickets in November 2023 for a concert in April 2024. I was told the day of the concert, 3 hours before the concert was supposed to start, that they no longer could provide the tickets I originally purchased. This was a graduation present for my son to see Willie Nelson, his dream concert! StubHub was completely unhelpful & unapologetic during the entire meltdown I was having on the phone begging them to help me since we were already on our way to the concert. They said there were no tickets available for me to chose alternative tickets because the prices of tickets skyrocketed from when I purchased them. I don't even understand how it is legal for StubHub to sell tickets to me when they never actually had the tickets to sell. I wish I would have done more research on this company prior to purchasing. DO NOT TAKE ANY CHANCES ON USING THIS COMPANY FOR PURCHASING TICKETS.
